Ananthu is an advocate from an orthodox Hindu family and likes Nusrath, a young judge who is from an orthodox Muslim family. The love is one-sided and Ananthu tries to win her over. The film has a simple story and keeps you entertained in the first half. A scene where Ananthu's grandmother scolds him after he eats onion-garlic food and asks him to purify himself by drinking gau-muthra is hilarious. The second half has many sentimental scenes and is heart-touching to watch. Ananthu takes up cases of couples who have filed for a divorce and helps them to get together once again. Suresha, who plays the character of Ananthu's father deserves a special mention for his brilliant, intensive acting. All the other actors have also performed well. Latha Hegde looks very pretty. The climax is emotional where we get to see how Ananthu & Nusrath get together without their religions creating a barrier.
