Unfunny comedians realise their comedy isn't very funny so try to add sketches to make themselves funny but they're still not funny.

Good to excellent British comedians acting out their sketches, alternating between stand up and sketch? What's not to like? The visualisation of the stand up routine adds an extra dimension to the stand up and in the main hits the spot. Even when it doesn't the routines are short and snappy and your pretty much guaranteed that the next one will.
Completely perplexed at the 1 star reviews as for me this is a fresh take on stand up, and a genuinely funny 22 minutes of bite sized entertainment.

Didn't so much as grin once, never mind laugh. A lot of the 'comedians' seem to think pulling a funny face or jumping about using a silly voice will disguise the dreadful, unfunny nature of the material. I'd like to think comedy isn't dead but the fact this made it onto a mainstream television platform says otherwise.

I love this show! A hilarious, fresh take on comedy. Charming and quirky scenarios and characters. The cuts between the live standup set and the reenacted sketch scenes are just brilliant.

This show is closer to awkward than funny.
The stage is suplimented with visuals to boost the por execution of "comedy" and this still dosent manage to get a laugth
There's no funny material here. Quite a lot of middle class city kids mostly from camden (I imagine) talking about mundane experiences they never had. How is it on Telly!

I cannot believe that this show exists. If it doesn't get cancelled quickly I'll be shocked. Just terrible, cringy and very cheap.
I'm not sure who feels this dreadful platform was a good idea or how it made it passed the pilot episode. It's terrible. Showcasing terrible comedy that isn't in anyway improved by using animation to showcase the "talent". There are some fantastic comedians in the United Kingdom, for some reason only the worst have been selected to showcase their unfunny, egocentric unadulterated boredom on this awful show.
I'd describe it as pound shop comedy, but that would be incredibly unfair to the pound shop, which may have a lot of junk but also occasionally has a great bargain that is worthwhile. There is nothing good about this show. It takes awful comedy and ads animation. Obviously by the very few 5-star reviews some people actually do find this nonsense amusing, don't let that fool you into thinking about it is worthy of being on TV or existing in any way shape or form. It appears to be filled with comedians who think the smell of their own excrement is incredible, so incredible in fact that everyone should have to smell it. Egos will be egos but how this show was commissioned is beyond me. There is absolutely nothing redeeming about it, it's an embarrassment to the word comedy. Perhaps they are trying to copy the format of the Ricky Gervais show which uses animation whilst listening to Gervais rabbit on about things that he finds funny with his mates.
In fairness to the Ricky Gervais show it may not be funny but it is still better than this.
