This was such a mind-numbing rollercoaster of disappointment in "Spy Illusion," a cinematic catastrophe that masquerades as an action movie while desperately attempting to mimic the sophistication of a spy thriller. From start to finish, this film serves as a poignant reminder of what happens when ambition wildly exceeds actual capability.

How Gal gets these roles is beyond comprehension for me. Aside from her looks; which like every human being, will fade, she is just horrible at acting. Please hollywood/Netflix stop making movies with this horrible actor.

I find it funny how I have to have 600 characters for a user review. Saying the movie was terrible is not good enough?

Gotta love the "give it time; it improves past episode one!!" comments. No thank you. There are hundreds of other shows to watch that will keep me and the rest of the world entertained; where we will not miss a second of this laugh track of a show. This is the reason I do not watch network television and I pay for Netflix; to not watch garbage like this.

I was not going to waste my time on this garbage. The acting was terrible from the beginning but watching the father abuse the son was so despicable. I tried my best to go beyond 15 minutes and we to as far as 22 minutes into episode one when I realized this was a complete waste of brain cells and time. I love Netflix but not everything can be a hit; this one was a solid mistake and piece of junk.

Oh my goodness; this movie was mind blowing in the worst possible insulting way I can imagine. I could not even understand the point of the movie.. maybe it was ...... Spoiler alert......... That the star gets pregnant and decides to stay in the fake Greek islands which is not in Greece? Such a shame to see talent at complete waste.

Carbonaro effect was funny for a few minutes and then you realize it's lots of camera work and it gets old very quickly. This show was exactly the same. I imagine he had to pay the audience to pretend they were "amazed" by what he did. OOOOOOhhh so magical. The preview even said "real magic" well if real magic is tricking people with slight of hand and camera work then it is NOT real magic. This show was predictable and boring.

I was very surprised, or should I say disappointed at this movie. The rating seemed to be very high when I rented it and boy was I regretful that I did. This movie was rated as a comedy and it just stayed dull throughout. There were a few scenes that made me laugh, but I think it's because the movie dragged on that I had to laugh at it. Definitely not Oscar-worthy either, there was nothing special about the acting or the story line to make it worth winning any awards. This story was like watching someones life that had very little interest, they took a 5 minute plot and tried to stretch it into a 2 hour movie, with very little content aside from the pretty "Wine country" scenery.

I cannot believe how uneducated this movie is. It's like watching police academy, except it's with people that have no clue of what they are talking about, and...Wait, there is a stupid robot that is supposed to be a sidekick. I can understand suspension of disbelief, but this is just complete stupidity. Not only is there no plot to this movie. It's like watching someone that pretends to be a doctor, throw non-medical words around as if they were chief of staff at a major medical facility. Plus the people are wearing clothes that are un-befitting for a space program. I feel like I'm watching a valley-girls "b" movie, in space.

I was wrapped up in the excitement that everyone had over this movie and I decided to buy the DVD. We watched it last night and thought it was a very cute movie. But honestly didn't understand what the big deal was about. There were parts of the movie that were pretty slow and boring, and as someone else commented, this movie had the same story line as Toy Story 2, where they had to go into the human world to get them back to the toy (in this case the ocean) world. I gave it a 7 because it was cute, but this movie is not at all exceptional.

I don't know what they were thinking when they came up with this one. I need someone to explain to me why it is that in the future, when people live underground, they wear primitive tribal clothing and dance primitive primal dances?????? I could go on and on, and rip this movie apart. It was somewhat entertaining but I would not expect it to be anywhere near as good as the original. I'm curious to see if the next on is better or worse!

Wow, is all I can say about this movie. I was so extremely well done, there were many subtleties throughout the movie and the plot was so rock-solid. Many scenes where there was no talking at all but you can completely understand everything that is going on. This was a fantastic movie.

This movie was a bit of a disappointment. The plot and the action didn't seem to have a good flow and lots of time passes where very little of anything happens. It's somewhat entertaining but I would not expect much of it.

This movie was very similar in dialogue to another movie I rented called "100 girls" the whole movie the star is discussing the difference between men and women, and it goes on, and on, and on. It has a descent, yet predictable plot, but you really get sick of hearing all the differences and theories about what makes men and women different.

I could not stop laughing throughout the whole movie. There is nothing funnier the someone pretending to be like Eminem, or Justin Timberlake. From everything I hear that is exactly how those two talk in real-life.

The great twist about this was this person lived in Malibu. I would say this is truly one of the funniest movies I have seen in a very long time.

Obviously this movie would have been terrible without the attractive women, but it was still very entertaining. I'm surprised at people that gave this movie a score of 1, I don't know what people expected of this movie but it was exactly what I expected, and cute comedy with a somewhat very thin plot with some fun times. Nothing more.

There is nothing mysterious or magical about this movie. This movie was very uneventful. Sure it's the coming of age of a little boy, but personally I don't care about a movie that shows the daily life of a little boy. There really was no plot to this movie; it's just the day to day life of a little boy and nothing more. Movies like this are very frustrating to watch because you see many people that wrote great reviews of it and then you watch it and think that you didn't get it. It's like going to watch an Opera, because people think it's the cultural thing to do, and you go watch the opera and you realize you hate operas. This movie was like a opera to me.

The way to watch this movie is watch the first 10 minutes, then fast-forward to the last 10 minutes. I guarantee you will not miss a thing.

This movie was very pathetic, even the wife came down and started watching it and stated after about 5 minutes that she can't believe I'm watching such a slow and uneventful movie.

This movie was very pleasant to watch. It was a fun romantic comedy about a man that has always ended up with the wrong type of woman He seemed to always attract the wrong women, throughout his life.

I really enjoyed this movie.

I didn't realize this was a made-for-tv mini series until after I rented it. I seemed pretty entertaining, but it was 3 hours long. It reminded me of a cheezy show that one would see on lifetime network; lots of over-dramatization ,and a story to be told.

After the movie I looked up the history of Attila and wasn't surprised at all that much of the story in the movie was fabricated.

The first one was horrible, and people said this one was much better. I decided not to watch it at the theaters because it looked like it was not good and boy was I right. It came out on video today and I managed to get it as a free rental, and it just stunk. I can only imagine how much more pathetic the next one will be. It's hard to believe that Lucas is able to talk investors into giving him money to create garbage. Hmmm. I can now understand how easy it was for Enron to do what they did.

I was very skeptical about watching this movie because a lot of my friends and many reviewers told me they didn't like it. I was pleasantly surprised that the movie captivated my attention during the whole length.

For those who are skeptical about it, it's primarily a love story, it's a great love story, and yes there is some war fighting somewhere towards the end of the movie.

I believe this is where the mixed review came in. Most of my friends that hated it, were expecting a war movie with lot's of fighting, shooting, air battles, etc. I should have known when they told me that I should only watch the movie for the special effects that they really weren't into the movie for the story but they just wanted to see a blood and guts type of movie.

I really enjoyed the movie, and recommend it to anyone that is looking for a great story.

I have a difficult time believeing that our youth is brainless enough to even consider this movie as being cute. This movie was horrible. I also kept getting tired of the underlying comments about the three little girls from RIVERDALE. They kept mentioning that throughout the movie as if it was supposed to make us think of something, but what? This movie was terrible.

this is another case of mistaken rating of a terrible movie. I rented this based on many people giving it a 7 or an 8 on IMDB, and was completely disappointed. Aside from it having no plot it had no entertaining value what-soever. Come on people this movie wasn't even artsy!!!!

I don't understand it. The movie starts of pretty descent, and then as it progresses the star and co-star seem to forget what acting is all about. This movie was not very good unless you want to see a rich kid, who is psycho, act really bad, and of course people start dying but you don't know who it is......DUH!!! You probably figured it out in the first 15 minutes of the movie. .....

I have a difficult time believing that this movie won all the awards that it did. I know it was supposed to be an artsy film but it was very slow and the fight scenes which showed the people flying were very annoying. Not only did they defy all physics as we know it, but why did the actors have to keep moving their feet as if they were running, while they were still in mid-air.

I didn't think this movie was very good, and it was too long.

After I read a lot of negative comments I wanted to add at least a positive review. This movies was very funny. I enjoyed the off-color humor, and the 3 kids that played Jim Carries sons' were hysterical. I especially liked how his sons used the phrase.. Mo..FO.... in between sentences.
