i still can't get how can a person like this movie... this is one of the worst movies i've ever seen... i respected Mel Gibson very much before this movie, but he's really let me down this time.

i mean the movie is stupid, senseless... think about it... the alien come to conquer earth... a planet wich is 74% water, and water kills them.... come on...

and their behavior is exactly as the boy's book... i mean how can be that possible? did the aliens write that book and sent it over to us? because i don't see any other explanation.

and the shoots the director took? what was that... get his profile, cut, now get his other profile... great thats in the movie?

then... the aliens got to travel millions of miles... and they can't figure his way out of a basement?

the aliens left the wounded aliens in earth... i wonder their conversation... hey he's got no fingeres anymore... oh he's discusting... lets live him in earth... otherwise hes getting our spaceship dirty with his blood.

i could say more things about this stupid movie, but i prefear not to think about this movie anymore... gets me in a bad mood.

my rating 1/10 because thats the lowest grade it can get...

Flawless is the best movie Schumacher has ever done, when i first heard the plot, and the the bad reviews this movie got, i thought it was going to be a bad movie... anyways i saw it just because I'm a big fan of Mr.DeNiro, and believe me folks, this is a really good movie... with flawless performances... Robert DeNiro as a cop who had a stroke and couldn't move half of his body... well done... and Philip Seymour Hoffman as a transvestite who gave DeNiro singing lessons so he could recover himself of the stroke... this was also a great performance... i mean he could get to Mr.DeNiro's acting level in this film... this boy has a big future... he has already co-stared movies with actors like of course Robert DeNiro, Al Pacino (Scent of a woman), Tom Cruise (Magnolia) etc... of course this is his best performance... and yet the academy did not even nominate them for the academy award nor the film nor DeNiro or Hoffman... anyways... this is a two hour worthy movie... with a good plot, good sense of humor and flawless performances... so don't get yourself lead by others reviews and see it... you'll enjoy it. my rating 9/10.

this is the kind of movie you'll always love to see, the plot is very well taken to the screen, with great performances, good sense of humor etc... it is a movie that makes you feel fine, the movie is about a retarded girl (Juliette Lewis)who is coming to live with her parents after spending some years in a special institution... she comes back and gets in school, where she meets a boy just like her (Giovanni Ribisi), they get to know each other... get to be good friends till they finally fall in love and get married... since the beginning of the movie you feel charmed... it is a charming movie... i cant imagine someone who doesn't like it... this is a must-see film. my rating 9/10.

this is a great movie... i have not seen the first one but i cant imagine it could be better than this one... i mean what a perfect cast Scorsese picked... lets start talking about Robert DeNiro... well i'm his #1 fan... i love almost everything he has done... but this time he really gives an outstanding performance... the one i've liked the most is in awakenings and then here in cape fear... he didnt win an oscar in any of this 2 but he surelly diserved it... after these 2 i've liked of course raging bull's... taxi driver's... flawless etc... perfect performances... but lets focus on this film... the way he plays Max Cady is completly flawless... great... you could swear DeNiro is really Max Cady... and that is between other stuff what makes DeNiro the greatest actor ever. Nick Nolte: he gave what his character demanded... a good performance... Jessica Lange... same as Nolte... Juliette Lewis: the role was for her... she played it beautifull so naive in the movie even having Cady seducing her was not easy to play ... and she did it great... there you see she was to be a good actress. Scorsese: well just an other masterpiece... do yourself a favor and see it if you havent. my rating 9/10

This is one of my 8 favorite films... when i first saw it i was so touched... i mean i almost cried... the scene where doctor Sawyer finds Leonard awake for the first time when he tells Leonard... its late... everyone is sleeping... and Leonard answers: I'm not asleep, I'm awake... makes you fell so good inside... that scene is full of emotion... what a beautiful movie...and now lets talk about the performances: first of course Robert DeNiro... I'm his fan #1, I've seen and loved almost everything he's done... and this in my opinion is his best performance and the best performance I've ever seen of all... (2nd.- cape fear, 3rd.- raging bull) i mean what a great performance superb I'd say... flawless... i was amazed by seeing that great performance... the way he first improves himself and later the way he gets worst and worst is... you know i don't even have the words to say it... as i already said the best performance ever... obviously the academy didn't give him the Academy Award... but who cares... we all know the Academy sucks... Robin Williams did also a terrific job playing Doctor Sawyer... Penelope Anne Miller... everything was great... if you haven't see it... do it NOW... you wont regret... my rating 10/10
