I couldn't finish this I have to admit I couldn't finish this movie. I'm so tired of hearing people blame God for, in this case "taking another one." I've lost my mother, father, sister, brother, best friend, and many other friends, all in the span of about 10 years, but most of them are now blessed to be with my Lord. So the only thing I can be angry about is that I'm still here.
After seeing the previews, I thought this was going to be an uplifting movie of faith and hope. Disappointed to find it's based on "God should do what we want without consequences" as so many others uneducated in Christ.
Hollywood has gotten so lazy, they don't even do their jobs in research anymore. Just throw together a new script of words that worked before, with new characters that people might like and a new twist. The age difference between the husband and wife is so great, Quaid could be his wife's grandfather.
I gave this a five, but I was being generous.
