F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers
(2021)

I don't want this to end!
Thai version of Boys over Flowers tells a tale as old as time and covers all the aspects that many viewers found uncomfortable in the earlier versions. Every episode is also packed with symbolic meanings and its just so fascinating realizing how much effort the production have put into this story. Thyme & Gorya are the enemies-to-lovers couple i just love to pieces, with their faults and all. I root for them with my whole heart and i find Thyme's pure love for Gorya sooooo beautiful and endearing that i cry for it at times. Its been like that in all the versions, with Domyjoji & Makino, Daoming Si & Shancai and Goo Jun Pyo & Jandi. Power couples all of them!

Tree of Heaven
(2006)

This drama will never let you forget it...
I actually never planned to watch this until i stumbled upon a Mv in Youtube. Thinking how good Lee Wan looks (i was not particularly a Fan of Shin-hye) i just HAD to watch this Drama, despite guessing this is a tragedy.

Already from the first moment there is a hint of sadness...of how it all will end.But for the imagination of it you try to hope, and that hope grows greater when the main-leads first glance at each other.

Park Shin-hye deeply expressed the purity and innocense of Hana, and her optimism for life.Reuniting with her "Stairway to Heaven" co-star Lee Wan who plays the introverted step-brother Yoon Suh. Lee Wan is captivating in the role, and you just Can't take your eyes off him when his piercing eyes shows pain and love from his deepest soul. Hana and Yoon Suh are star-crossed lovers, and in life all they ever wanted was to be together."Tree of Heaven" is a heavenly tear-jerker about life, sacrifice and love. Its so raw and meaning-ful, and brings unforgettable songs to the whole melodrama and romance. This is a classic that will stay true to my heart forever...!

Neung Nai Suang
(2015)

One of the best thai lakhorns!
I didn't sleep at all when i first watched this lakhorn! Its a very charming drama and full of romance that captured my heart.Urassaya Sperbund is my favourite actress and she always manages to impress me with her amazing acting and incredible beauty. This is also my first lakorn starring James Tangsrisuk, and i really understand why many girls love him. Became directly a fan of him over his performance as Neung Anawat. His chemistry with Yaya is also undenyably electric, and their hate-love relationship is a delight to watch. The villians are also worthy of hating.

The Crown Princess
(2018)

I loved it!
I watched the Master Edition of "The Crown Princess" that consisted of 13 Episodes. Being a hard-core NY-fan myself i was one of the many people who looked forward to this lakhorn since the start of 2017.I have watched and do appreaciate Anne Thong's former productions, so i knew this would be a terrific story..and starring our beloved koo-kwans as the main-couple already made this golden for me. As you can see by my rating, i was not disappointed. The plot itself is around a throne that has to be protected, but it so much more than a throne everyone wants. Its the life of everyone around this story, and that it can touch everyone.

Ngao Asoke
(2008)

Original version is much better!
This 2008 version actually made me less impressed,as i enjoyed it but didn't come close to loving it.Pong Nawat brought out the life into the character Monthai Mahartawet, his optimistic smile just charmed me to my toes!I love his chemistry with Peung Kunya (although Ae and Ek had stronger chemistry) who played the golden-hearted Beeyachat Prakaiprik. It was the actress first and only female lead role,as Peung left the thai film-industry after its success.Beeyachat was so adorable when she smiled, but it frustrated me when she had to cry everytime Monthai confronted her.I know that she was tormented by her masters, and that she was learned by early age that being grateful is the most important thing in life. For that she always tried to protect the evil Viyada, despite her cruelty.

Monthai and Bee have an early bond that only grew stronger with time. With Bee writing letters and sending gifts to Monthai for 8 years when he was in Australia, when it was Viyada who was Monthai's girlfriend and was supposed to do it.We all watchers can see that it is all along Bee,that Monthai truly loves. It also takes long time for him to realize it.I also wish we had more sweet scenes between Mon and Bee,they always fought throughout the story..and the few sweetness we got was so swoon-worthy!

As i have mentioned,i do prefer the original version starring Ek and Ae,just because they have way better and intense chemistry, and because Ek's Monthai realizes earlier the bitchiness of Viyada, both Ae and Ek excuted the characters of Bee and Mon much better actually. We also got to see a wedding scene in the original version's ending!

(2003)

A Tearjerker for sure...
I don't know what to say.I came into this drama knowing what to expect, but couldn't imagine how hard it would hit me to the stomach."Stairway to Heaven" is a classic of its own, that takes over the list of star-crossing love-story over all other love-stories that have been aired in Korea and throughout Asia.Every 20 episodes is worth it...you live into their world of splendid happiness, pain, heartbreak, grief, hate, jealousy and bitter-sweet love that easily destroys the individs "Stairway to Heaven" is surronded by.The cast is simply amazing, and in my mind Choi Ji-Wo and Kwon Sang-Woo and Shin Hyun Joon are the true stars in the drama, all of their performances are heartfelt and expressive. All of them shined together on-screen,and delivered amazingly.By the way,i found the main-characters Jung-suh and Song-joo very beautiful together, wheww what a mind-blowing chemistry they have!!!

Jung-suh (played by Choi Ji Wo) is an admirable heroine with her heart on her sleeve.Every man easily could fall in love with her,as her beauty is inside and out.Her strength and bravery and care-free nature is what lures Song-joo into her net,he is her beloved child-hood friend..and her lover and soulmate.Even falling into the clutches of amnesia, her heart still belonged to Song-joo.

"From the moment i saw you,i thought you were Jung-Suh and that thought hasn't changed at all...I look like a crazy fool, huh?I think i am gonna go crazy,I don't think i can live anymore! What should i do?What do i have to do?Do something to me!" - Song Joo

Song-joo (played by Kwon Sang Woo) is a hero to die for and i love him so so so much. The actor playing him is so deliciously handsome, and showed the eternal love and longing Song-joo have towards Jung-suh so well that i cried for him.He can't live without her,and we all root for him to find his beloved Jung-suh again, after she was so cruelly taken away from him.
