Tokyo Vice
(2022)

"There's no murder in Japan"
The show is mysterious, dark, and raw, which paints a picture of How the Japanese underworld is and How scary the yakuza can be. It is a beautifully shot show that includes the yakuza gaze and silent scenes that will give You goosebumps. It is a show that always manages to keep You on the edge of your seat.

I enjoy seeing the Japanese culture and How they manage to show it from an American's point of view, and also the attention to the backstories with the emotional building of the characters.

"Football is life!"
Such a brilliant show, i could not stop watching it. A comedy is intented to incite laughter and amusement, this show most definitely did, while also making me tear up, made me heartbroken in seconds while still bringing me to laughter just as fast. They made me so emotionally connected with the characters and the story while pushing such a meaningful theme, just wonderful.

Overall a great show!
Promising storyline, interesting plot points, with a realistic cultural context aswell as the social dispute. Squid Game has many interesting and unique elements trough out the show while showcasing our present reality and how cruel it may be, with a decent written script and great acting. The only cons about the show is defiently the VIP's acting and the ending. Would recommend.

Dune
(2021)

A work of art
This movie is a true work of art, with stunning scenery, delightful music, an incredible score, and such amazing actors. There is a lot of different and unique elements to this thrilling and fascinating movie, such as the environment, the characters, the dialogue, the script, and so much more. This movie has an intriguing story that will keep you guessing throughout if you are unfamiliar with the classic novel or David Lynch's version, which I was. I think that Dune Part 1 is an amazing setup for a couple of sequels, this is just the beginning, this is only part 1 of such a unique, captivating and beautiful story that's being told. This is not a Sci-Fi movie to joke around with, this is exactly how a Sci-Fi movie should be.

I know that some people might say that this movie is slow, and is leaving so much stuff uncovered and unspoken about, and it has a lot of plot holes, but I think that it's necessary to leave breathing space for the characters and the audience, this is such a broad universe to cover, and it is so hard to fit all that into one movie.

With all that said, I really think that you can see and tell what depth and passion that has been put on the movie screen by Denis Villeneuve, and I am excited to see how the story unfolds in the years to come.

I definitely recommend it.

A Quiet Place Part II
(2020)

Well done!
This movie is a perfect example of a sequel well done, i was shaking, i was scared, i even think i cried a bit during certain scenes, i had goosebumps, and felt all kinds of emotions during the movie, i was amazed and stunned by how amazing John Krasinski made this movie. Creating this sequel was a bold move, there is a lot of things that could have gone wrong, it could have been overdone and it could have lost it's uniqueness from the first movie but Krasinski continued doing an outstanding job with the whole movie and how he continued to tell this story. I personally think the movie was excellent, i loved everything about it, it is simple and it's also so execution based, it's all about the tension. The whole performance was amazing, the story telling of the characters the development and everything was flawless, with a movie like this, the creators and actors have to rely on all the visual story telling, the silent communications, they simply have to go on their looks, sign language and body language, which made us more invested in the characters and made every sequence of the movie so amazing, it is a movie where the actors can play around and truly shine. Krasinski made every shot stunning, every sequence filled with tension, with lots of high music that fit right in, every little detail just made the movie better and better. It was truly a real experience to see this movie in the theater, i truly recommend to see it in a theater if you ever get the chance.

The Walking Dead: A Certain Doom
(2020)
Episode 16, Season 10

Well Done!
Great episode, lots of interesting and good scenes, they ended it well with the whisperers, the episode fully had me at edge, because there was this dramatic music all over the place, last episode, and you just know the have to fit in that good cliff hanger, so you don't really know what's going to happen, but for real tho, where did the storm troopers come from?

Upload
(2020)

"You couldn't have done a better job, Nathan".
This show has a remarkably interesting premise, such a light hearted and feel good comedy, it's very intriguing and interestingly different. Loved the show from the start, it really made me feel for the characters and gave them a lot of sentimental value, in such a short period of time, such a good sci-fi/romance/comedy show. Even tho it feels lighthearted with lots of comedy and romance, yet its very deep and philosophical, and the more you sink in and think about what they are talking about and the whole situation itself between the real world and the "Upload" world the more deep it becomes, just brilliant.

Tenet
(2020)

Couldn't be more satisfied!
First of all, i went into this movie blindly, didn't read plots or reviews, the hype was definitely there. All i can say is that Christopher Nolan did an outstanding job, such an extraordinary movie, it was unique in every way, definitely original, with so many interesting and surprising plot points. The movie was mind bending and perplex, with an outstanding atmosphere, music was fully on point, and made the stunning and ascetically pleasing scenes even better, he even made the "Protagonist" extremely bad ass.

I was a tad bit disappointed in the beginning but fully satisfied at the end.

Pandemic: How to Prevent an Outbreak
(2020)

Eye opening
A good show to watch to make people aware of a situation that can turn into a reality, this show, highlights and shows all of our past mistakes and also make sure to show how to tackle these issues and how to stay cool calm and collected under bad circumstances. This is not acting and this is not made up, this show, are showing us the real and cold world, how people are living. how people are working, dying and much much more. They really highlight the real heroes in our world, and show us how much people are actually working for our greater good. A really good choice to release this show right now because of what situation the world is in right now, this show is eye opening and made me and will probably make others realize aswell how easy it is for us to get ourselfs into such a situation. Make sure to stay quarantined guys!!

Joker
(2019)

Outstanding movie
Let's give Joaquin Phoenix a huge applaud, he delivered one of the hardest roles in history, such a mesmerizing and amazing performance, this is something that we will remember for years! Heath ledger would be proud. Much darker version than I'd expected, the movie definitely reached my expectations, with the realistic, dark and gore joker. They finished the loose ends and made us realize how "joker" was made, all of the physicality and emotional depth that triggered Arthur Fleck's inner joker was stunning and pure, the movie also had one of the best character development in movie history, this is such a role to remember!!

The King of Staten Island
(2020)

Heartwarming
Movie was great all and all, such a feel good movie, original concept with a lot of funny moments and interesting scenes. The movie production may not be the best at some parts, and people may think that it looks a bit amateurish, but that's just a fraction of the movie. I really enjoyed the movie, it gave me some insights on how the real world can be, because I am a young dude myself trying to fit in and find my place in the society.
