Loved loved loved the episode! While the whole hacking thing might have been a little over the top, I thought it showed very well the actual, real life vulnerabilities of our societies and infrastructure today, which added to the drama! I loved seeing Ernie in his hacking groove, especially since the others on the team can't talk his language. I'm excited to see where that foreshadowing they dropped at the end goes, which is the sign of a good development! Also I love what's happening with Lucy and Whistler - the way they wove their own personal situation into the action was well done, and I feel like their stances on the situation really accurately reflects the characters they've only had 18 episodes to show us: Lucy with the black and white, right and wrong, and Whistler always seeing the nuance. I LOVED their conversations about apologies, and I'm REALLY loving where their relationship is going. They fell into bed so fast they didn't *know* each other, and now they're building a fantastic, strong base, and what they will have is better than what they would have had!! Love where the show is going :D.

I have been so invested in finding out what went down in Kai's past with his father and getting more of a peak into that puzzle was such a delight tonight! Alex Tarrant was in top form tonight and I got such a kick out of his gig in the kitchen. Plus I just LOVE the dynamics of the relationships between Jane, Daniel and Alex - I really love the balance they strike here of people who really do love each other, but the two ex'es have a little too much friction and then you've got slightly rebellious teenage Alex thrown in for good measure! Their chemistry as a family feels very organic and very true. Such a pleasure to watch tonight!

Love love love the episode! Felt like it was the perfect balance of high tension, but also bits of humor which served to make the action-filled bits that much better. I always love a good "one person in danger" plot specifically to see their loved ones worried and showing how much they care, and NCIS HI delivered beautifully: we got to see their tension and their stress and their love for Jesse, while still advancing the plot and not losing their heads. And to top it all off, Noah Mills was AWESOME in this - total bad*ss, taking names! Great episode!
