Doctor Sleep magnificently brings Kubrick and Stephen King's vision all together. While it is very different than The Shining it manages to make it intriguing and keeps you on edge the entire time. I honestly think Doctor Sleep is more creepy and unsettling than it's predecessor. The callbacks to the original blend it in perfectly well and even offer more background while expanding upon the original idea.
My only wish is that Jack Nicholson would've reprised his role, but the actor has Alzheimer's so you can't really blame him for not wanting to do it.
I think this is one of the best Stephen King films I've seen and can't wait to see what can top this.

Hazbin Hotel is a show that is brimming with it's own personality and creativity.
I saw the pilot back in 2019 and was instantly hooked, when I heard it was getting picked up by Prime Video I was very excited.
Characters are very well thought out and the songs are absolutely catchy, I still find myself singing to them, "Loser Baby" and "Stayed Gone" are amazing.
Despite my nine star review, the show is still not perfect. The gripes I have with it will mostly get resolved in future seasons, my main one is I don't think the characters got enough development or screen time, now I know this is mostly due in part to the eight episode limit, but could they at least up the runtime of them? I also felt like the humor could be....a little better? Most of it is just swearing or sexual jokes which I get it, if your show takes place in Hell you'd expect the characters to say raunchy stuff and out of pocket things but at some point it stopped being funny. They are funny sometimes don't get me wrong, but it does start to get a tad dull.
With all that aside, Hazbin Hotel is a very fun musical adventure and I can't wait for season 2!

Mononoke is a very interesting case for Japanese anime. It uses a very unique art style which I enjoy quite much. And psychological elements which I am a big fan of.
However I have..many..MANY issues with it. Maybe it's because I'm not the target demographic as I don't understand Japanese folklore, and somewhat understand Yo-Kai, so maybe take my review with a grain of salt. Mononoke seems to drag on a lot, dragged on a bit too much for me that I was wondering when it was gonna be over. But when it gets going you can see actual storytelling and deeper meanings. However it's inconsistencies outweigh it for me. It went from being very confusing when you first started an episode and it slowly fed you details over time, but I really didn't like the way they did it.
The concept of the truth and regret with the Medicine Seller's sword got old very quickly, like why can't he just kill the mononoke and get it over with.
Overall, despite very confusing I still somewhat enjoyed it and would recommend giving it a try if you want something different from anime.
