Literally has no plot. You just keep waiting for the story to happen and make sense and it just doesn't. Every character in the movie is completely insufferable and annoying. The action sequences are cliche and completely irredeemable.
The story telling is also annoying, not clever. It keeps telling in random flashback sequences which gives me a headache. Over all one of Besson's worst work. I think he is going down the path of Nick Cage, but director style.
I wish I could get my 2 hours back. Seriously, 2 hours for an action film is always a red flag, warning sign. They should never be more than 1 and a half hour.

I find the film well made and pacing well. The acting is solid and pretty much interesting enough to carry you to the end. However, the story itself and the subject matter seems rather unrealistic and even a bit cliche.
Human beings are human beings, they're not comic book villains and what not. Though there are exceptions to the rule, such as sociopath and psychopaths, but to believe an old man dying of cancer would behave this way is really stretching the imagination.
I also find the protagonist's behavior also unbelievable that he would react this way when caught red-handed by the owner of the car. Most people beg for mercy when they know they are trapped like mouse. They would beg for their lives rather than argue and put on that tough guy image, especially for a man with a daughter... something valuable to lose.
Overall lack of suspension of disbelief killed it for me. Average film, one time watch, then you'll probably forget it.

Yup. The title of this review is pretty much it and what you should expect. Nothing original. Everything cliche. The awful lighting makes it unbearable.
This is really an indy film made in someone's basement. For that I give it a 3. It tries. It honestly tries and they spend a lot of money on the visuals. However, without a solid script, original concept, it is a yawner.
Go watch Pandorum if you like this kind of movie, or Event Horizon. This one is just a good indy practice. Is it so hard to have original ideas these days? Or something creative in the filming? I mean, literally every cliche in the book.
