Adam-12: Trouble in the Bank
(1974)
Episode 15, Season 6

Leo Gordon
This was a good episode. The whole thing with Officer Pete Malloy in the trunk of the getaway car was a little hokey. Where did Officer Pete Malloy get the keys to a stolen vehicle? And would Sergeant McDonald really allow them to drive away like that? By the way, whoever decided that these reviews have to be over five hundred characters takes the fun out of reviewing these episodes. We aren't novelists here, just people that like to watch old shows. So, I'm filling here. There's really not much more to say except that Leo V. Gordon is my absolute favorite character actor from this era. Everything he did was really good.

Gunsmoke: The Gallows
(1962)
Episode 22, Season 7

The best episode
All of the other reviews have it right. This might be the single best episode of Gunsmoke. When Matt Dillon slugs the smart mouthed deputy in Hays City and told Pruitt "that was for both of us" was classic. A well written episode, perfectly directed and acted. I wish I could rate this 11 stars.

Green Acres: A Girl for Drobny
(1971)
Episode 21, Season 6

Where's the humor?
Somewhere Green Acres jumped the shark. It was obviously never supposed to be intelligent humor and that's part of the reason we like it. But a whole episode about a Hungarian duck? No thanks.

Green Acres: Star Witness
(1971)
Episode 18, Season 6

Grandpa Munster
Any episode with Grandpa Munster and Otis Campbell from The Andy Griffith Show is a win in my book. The plot here is basic Green Acres foolish fun but it's worth it see Grandpa!

Hogan's Heroes: Heil Klink
(1967)
Episode 22, Season 2

Maybe the best episode
Klink arrests Hochstetter? Schultz has a double? Carter imitates Hitler? Maybe the funniest episode ever. Of course it's dumb, but that's what makes it funny.

Hogan's Heroes: The Pizza Parlor
(1966)
Episode 22, Season 1

So bad it's good
I really don't know why I like this episode so much, but I really do. It's pure Hogan Heroes! Of course it's dumb, but who cares? And on a side note, I prefer Vito Scotti's version of the Italian major, but Hans Conried is good here.

Hogan's Heroes: The Kamikazes Are Coming
(1971)
Episode 20, Season 6

Not again
I was in jr high when Hogans Heroes was new. I had a crush on Marya. But now? Meh. All her episodes are exactly the same. I used to think Crittendon was the worst guest star. But it's close.

Hogan's Heroes: Lady Chitterly's Lover: Part 2
(1970)
Episode 5, Season 6

Jumped the shark
I loved Hogans Heroes. I don't know exactly when the show jumped the shark, but it could have been here. Maybe it's just me, but I never liked Crittendon.

Hogan's Heroes: D-Day at Stalag 13
(1967)
Episode 3, Season 3

A good episode but
This is a good episode but for me there's a lingering thought that D Day wasn't and isn't funny. Maybe it's the same as those who don't like the POW aspect. Maybe I'm overthinking it. It's still a good story with funny lines. A good watch.

The Rifleman: Old Tony
(1963)
Episode 26, Season 5

Awful ending to a great series
I love The Rifleman. Loved Lucas and Mark. Loved Micah. But this is simply an awful episode and a terrible way to end the series. If someone were to discover this series and watch this episode first, they'd never watch another. No part of this makes any sense Mark singing Greensleaves? Why? The quick sand scene? Please no. It's unwatchable.

Adam-12: Log 165: Once a Cop
(1971)
Episode 19, Season 3

Leo Gordon
I really like the old character actors, and any episode with Leo Gordon automatically gets 3 extra stars. Today he plays a retired cop who kills drunks.

Happy Days: Hello, Flip
(1982)
Episode 19, Season 9

Awful
How many times can one show jump the shark? Rogers brother Flip is another example.

Happy Days: Poobah Doo Dah
(1982)
Episode 15, Season 9

Jump the Shark?
We forget how awful Happy Days was the last couple seasons. This episode is another example.

Adam-12: Log 103: A Sound Like Thunder
(1969)
Episode 6, Season 2

One of the worst episodes
Not much to add. Started bad, ended worse. I'm a fan of Adam 12, but this episode is awful.
