Most critics didn´t get the message Outstanding & beautiful feature with unexpected deep reflections. While you may blame & feel frustrated on how Dog couldn´t get his friend back, you can perceive how this story is portraying human relationships. Dog & Robot go through a rollercoaster journey of friendship, loneliness and lost. Dog sincerely felt he did all he could to rescue him & Robot, even when he was in grief & overwhelmed about being forgotten & replaced (on his dreams), never keep hard feelings on Dog. They learnt & grew from the circumstances, moving on with their lives, understanding that beyond all the love, sometimes people just come to change and touch your life even if it isn't mean to last forever. Its amazing how Berger & Varon portrayed meaningful scenes by using no gender, speachless characters. I believe everybody can relate on Robot or Dog at some point of our life.
