Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi
(1983)

The Final Episode, released over 15 years before the first!
Excellent movie,

all I have to do is wait till 2005, then I'll obtain all of the six movies, and watch them, the new ones, then the old ones,

SIX GREAT MOVIES. (if the sixth is any good)

Star Wars Episode 1, 2, 4, 5, & 6 are excellent,

but we'll just have to wait to put the 3 before the 4.

Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back
(1980)

The Empire of Star Wars Strikes Back Once More!
What could possibly be criticized in this movie, great action scenes, fabulous story, outstandingly funny dialogue, basically everything a Star Wars movie should have,

STAR WARS FOREVER.

George Lucas did it, and will do it again in the upcoming Episode III.

Star Wars
(1977)

I know this came off a cereal box, but it expresses what I think of this movie-- The Original & The Best!!!
Star Wars, oh Star Wars,

The Quotable Dialogue,

The Amazing Action,

The Fabulous Villains,

Star Wars is everything good, packed up in an even better way.

He's done it, he did it and he will always do it, three cheers to George Lucas!

Ned and Stacey
(1995)

Very... Interesting!
The show is really quite funny, but the fact that it very commonly uses graphic violence as a subject of humor is very disturbing, a few scenes, in a commercial, the animated character pulls off his head to use as a basketball, and the scene was very gory... And when an arrow shot right through a main character's stomach, blood spread all over his white shirt... And when an old woman breaks her rib... What morals does that teach? And the show has often contained nudity and implied or shown sex. Anyway... quite a good show... for adults!

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone
(2001)

Faithful and great adaptation.
Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson are fabulous in the parts of Harry, Ron, and Hermione. Being a huge fan of the books, I can't say that the movie wasn't very faithful to the book, but Hogwarts was a little less exciting in my opinion, and in my imagination, things happened much more mysteriously then this movie. But I was highly delighted by Hagrid in the movie, he was way better than my imagination. Too much motion, far too much motion. 8/10, for fans of the book, go see it, but for people who haven't read the book, don't bother. Read the book instead.

Charmed
(1998)

A Review of "Charmed"
Charmed is another masterpiece of television from the WB network, Aaron Spelling uses his wonderful writing skills to create a light-hearted yet dark horror/drama show. The Halliwells are sisters with supernatural powers, they have to fight all sorts of demons, including vengeful ghosts and eyesight stealing monsters, if you hear that this show is like Buffy, don't believe it, cause this show doesn't even have vampires in it, it also focuses more on witchcraft than on prophecies. Overall a wonderful fun, suspenseful, intriguing, and scary drama.

Mission: Impossible
(1996)

One of the best movies of all time!
Mission: Impossible is much more serious and thrilling than the second and incredibly stupid movie, I wasn't imagining Tom Cruise asking John Woo for attention like I did while viewing the second movie, or rather the amount of the movie I could bare to watch.

Mission: Impossible starring Tom Cruise and directed by Brian De Palma is a good, serious, action thriller, there were very little martial arts scenes, so what? The movie has got a complicated yet fabulous plot, action relies much more on shooting and running than stupid superhuman karate action like in Mission: Impossible 2.

This movie is an enjoyable, amazing and thrilling movie. 10/10

The Journey of Allen Strange
(1997)

Nickelodeon really pulled it off this time!
Spoilers!!!

I may praise every Nick show listed on Imdb (except Clarissa and stupid cartoons) but this show really enables kids to experience drama (without the usual unsuitable content in drama series) while laughing at the jokes and loving the adventure, also many times the series has suspense and stuff, it's fun to watch. 9.9/10!

The Secret World of Alex Mack
(1994)

A half hour of pure and wonderful fun!
Spoilers!!!!

This show is very good, its about the life of Alex Mack, a girl who is walking home after her first day in Junior High when a chemical called GC-61 is dumped on her, and this chemical has some unusual side effects...

The show is basically about Alex's life, her sister uses her as a science project, her friend shares her adventures, and her parents have no idea, well not until the final episode...

The show started maturing in the 3rd season, soon Alex had a boyfriend, the show was getting more and more serious than before, and also kept getting better.

It's very tough to place genres for this show, you can call it a comedy but there's too little humor, you can call it a drama but there's too little drama, you can call it an adventure series but... there's too much normal life placed in the episodes.

Vince was funny and creepy throughout, and boy could you have chosen a better villain than Ms. Atron, Dave is bound to make you laugh in all scenes that he is in.

Annie and Ray are wonderful sidekicks for Alex.

The Final two episodes are the best, wow! When the bomb was set we certainly thought that Alex was going to die although usually the main character never dies, and Ms. Atron's threatning, vicious speech to Alex, and the wonderful meeting between Dave and Alex at the end, excellent, I rate these 2 episodes 1000/10.

Kids and Teens have to enjoy this excellent humorous, exciting adventure series.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer
(1997)

Witty, action-packed, and dramatic!
Every episode of Buffy is hilarious, all forms of humor are present, dark, light-hearted, sarcastic, and slapstick (not much), and they all have suspense, and drama is present all the time.

Australia's M rating is rather too much for this show, I always get confused with Australia's rating system, they rate extremely violent and disgusting movies like Mimic with an M rating, and rate movies like Rush Hour 2 with an M rating, look at the difference between both movies.

Also Buffy doesn't deserve to be slammed by critics because of it's so called "unrealistic" portrayal of vampires, give me a break, how can something that isn't real be portrayed unrealistically.

Buffy's spectacular special effects just make the show better, and all actors perform excellently.

SMG adds action to the show as Buffy with all those martial arts moves and it helps that SMG has a brown belt in Taekwando.

I read in many reviews here that Buffy didn't win an emmy, this information is wrong, it won an emmy and was nominated many times too.

Excellent show for teenagers, some adults do like the show.

Who's the Boss?
(1984)

Probably the best sitcom!
This is the only sitcom that a person can watch for 7 years and not get bored! This show is wonderful for kids and teens to watch and grow up with the characters, I personally rate this show PG (MPAA) for mild language and some not-graphic sex-related dialogue.

******************SPOILERS***************

The writing is excellent and the ideas are great, the story is easy to follow and simple. The acting is WONDERFUL, I mean look at Alyssa Mylano, while Sam, her character, changed from a tomboy to an unpopular teen to a mature MARRIED woman, she was able to act all 3 of the "Sams", and Danny Pintauro's character, Jonathan, changed from the smart good boy to a teen that can't stop thinking about girls, Tony Danza and Judith Light, well, they act excellently, and the emotional tension between Tony and Angela was very well acted, and Mona is always a treat!

Lonely Planet
(1994)

Great travel show that really gets you to know the places!
This show is really excellent, all the travelers are funny, and are good hosts, the only travel show that is funnier is "Travelers"!

You really see the culture, and get to know the people in the countries, I think that Discovery Civilisation made a good step snatching this show away, Megan is my favorite traveler, my favorite episodes are Egypt and India.

Enjoyment: 5/5 Violence: 2/5 Family Viewing: 4/5

Rating: 4 & 3 quarters out of 5.

Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place
(1998)

Hilarious show about nothing, better than Seinfeld!
Where I live this show is shown only twice a week, so I haven't seen "Two Guys and a Girl"(the 3rd season) yet, but judging by the first and second season, this is definitely an EXCELLENT show, every episode has a thick, interesting plot, and sometimes the plot is in a series (like the Berg and Ashley saga).

To me Norm (from Cheers) was the king of verbal humor, and Kramer (from Seinfeld) was the king of slapstick humor, but Berg has funnier lines, and comments in store for us than Norm did, and he has more crazy, weird, and hilarious moves in store for us than Kramer.

Pete is very funny when he sings out of happiness at the top of his voice (SWEET VALLEY SUNDAY) and gives comments like "what a great day to be me", after he broke up with Melissa, he can't find one steady relationship with anyone, and he gets into a lot of trouble.

Sharon is funny with all her comments that have consequences, like in one episode she tells Berg that he's "smaller" causing him to spit out soda that he's drinking!

Bummer that the pizza place is going in the 3rd season, it made some very funny jokes.

Enjoyment: 5/5 Violence: 0/5 (excluding Halloween episodes) Family viewing: 3/5

100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd
(1999)

Fun enjoyable comic romp, better than some nick shows.
One of the best nick romps of recent years, I have to thank god they didn't bring back Clarissa instead of starting this show (there was some talk about this). A big bully is turned into a dog by "The Drifter"(as referred to in the later episodes), and he has to do a 100 good deeds to become a boy again, with the help of Justin, a shy geek in old episodes, and a shy cool guy with computer in the later episodes.

The acting is pretty good, but with the addition of Tori, who's supposed to be British but certainly American. The acting goes down to average.

Enjoyment: 5/5 Violence: 1/5 Family Viewing: 3/5

Rating: 5/5
