I have remembered this movie since childhood. I had forgotten the title and a lot of it but certain parts of it remained in my mind. It came up in my suggestions the other day so I watched it and thought hey this is that movie that I remembered vague details about but couldn't remember what it was. Any how the story has a lot going on definitely a horror movie as well as a bit of a psychological thriller. The story was pretty original then and now. The casting couldn't have been more perfect. Especially Jamie Benjamin the kid playing him was excellent he really delivered. His creepy pervey energy brought the character to life. I don't want to give any of it away I totally recommend checking it out.

This movie wasn't great but was entertaining enough to keep my interest. This was a basic done before plot structure . Killer foster kid deceives everyone into thinking he is an innocent kid before he starts killing. This was sort of a Mikey rip off without the clever kills. This kid was too obvious and sloppy as depicted in the end. It started out really well and kept my attention. The problem was they used guns too much they were definitely going for a California liberal anti gun message but instead created a message about proper gun storage ( which I support) and if that was the intention I give it one more star. Anyhow the movie started out good but fell flat in the 3rd act. They should have been more creative with the story. This movie was a decent watch but could have been better.
