Top Gun: Maverick
(2022)

The Best Military Movie of the Decade
Tom Cruise, Jennifer Connelly, and Miles Teller did an amazing job of acting. This film has amazing special effects, like the scene where Maverick runed from a helicopter. When I watched the movie in the cinema, I was truly amazed by it, even if I don't like watching a lot of Military-related movies, I wasn't bored. In the movie are a lot of explosions, romance scenes & airplanes. Rarely do you see sequels that beat the originals, but this one is much better than the first. The budget for the movie was $170 Million, which is kinda low for a Military movie, but still, there are a lot of great scenes. The British Aerospace Harrier II (British fighter jet) from the movie is flown by the actors in real life. The filmmakers did an amazing job with the Military costumes. Tom Cruise made $100 Million from the movie, only 1% of the movie's total Box Office. The film began production in May 2018, and this is why the sequel to the original was 36 years long. My opinion is that "Top Gun: Maverick" is the best Military movie of this decade because the movie had the heart in the story. If you want to watch this movie with your family for a night, it's a great choice.

Jurassic World Dominion
(2022)

A great way to end this wonderful Franchise.
This film has a lot of "Easter Eggs" to the original movie and it also gave me some feilings of nostalgia to some scenes. I like that they did a collaboration with "Minions: The Rise of Gru" (you can see the scene, I think, only in cinemas before the movie starts). It, also, maked me happy that they put some "light" for the secondary dinosaurs, not just T. Rex and the others. This movie was a great way to end this wonderful franchise. I don't know why people disliked the movie, i think this film had everything you wanted: action and stuns, funny moments, some jumpscares that the one with Dimetrodon actually jumpscared me and, of course, LOTS of dinosaurs.
