The legendary duo return for a sixth series, sketches include The Ministry for Mispronunciation and The Eye test,
Piggy Malone and Charlie Farley begin their investigation at Drake's Bottom. Music comes from The Nolan Sisters.
The scene in The Opticians is a classic moment, one of my favourite sketches, a shame it's gone from YouTube, it meant digging out the DVDs. My old optician used to have a picture of the sketch in his room, it's brilliant, 'no you're reading all the furniture.'
Stop you're killing me is awesome, it's up there with Phantom Raspberry blower and The worm that turned. It's very funny, gloriously over the top, love the music.
Ronnie C's monologue is terrific as always, his glorious delivery about the man that went out to shoot the bear is wonderful.
The pair just got better and better, their word play and delivery is unmatched, the duo were phenomenal.
8/10.

Eliza is hired by Sinclair, a newspaper publisher, to solve the mystery of a famous magician, The Great Alfonso, who disappeared whilst on stage during an act. The Duke is already on the case,
Good episode, perhaps not as intriguing or sharp as others, but still very watchable, intriguing enough and visually decadent as always. A few clever moments, some nice characters, although I did think the twist with The Magician was a little signposted.
I've said it before, the episodes are always boosted when Ansu Kabia is present as Moses, he's such a presence, the man's voice is sublime. I can't wait to see Fitzroy's development.
It is always great to see the super talented Simon Lowe, Mr Baggot was a really big, fun character.

Gone are the days where I rush to the cinema on the opening weekend of a Marvel film, it's now become something I get round to, in this case late.
My intuition wasn't wrong, this was another poor, clunky ordering from the once great franchise. It wasn't terrible, but I don't know how anyone could have any love for it, it left me cold.
The first word that came into my mind, dull, it was just a dull movie, dull characters, dull storyline, dull villains, a predictable outcome, I never felt engaged in it.
The film felt more like building blocks, that things would potentially come from it, half baked ideas, half soaked characters that may be picked up in the future.
I'm not sure what to say regards Anthony Mackie, he wasn't bad, but not do I want him to return to the role anytime soon.
This franchise really is running out of steam, this was a yawn fest.
