Resident Evil
(2002)

Just don't call it RE
The film itself is actually pretty solid.

The story, costume design and atmosphere are perfectly crafted.

Also the acting is pretty good.

So is it a good horror film? Yes!!!

Is it a good Resident Evil film?

Sadly not at all.

The story doesn't line up to the games, or at least the games I played from the series.

A lot of the characters aren't in the games which is why I question why they didn't just turn the first game into a movie. It tries to follow the first game, but fails miserably at the same time. There is no Jill Valentine or Vesker in the film. Of course they are introduced later on(in the following films) but those aren't really good at all.

If you know nothing about RE and don't care that movie isn't really about it also you will have more than a good time with this film. Like I said it isn't bad at all, it's actually fun watching.

I still give this movie an 8 because it aged pretty good and is always enjoyable when watching it.

Snowfall: Hedgehogs
(2019)
Episode 8, Season 3

Hedgehogs
In the episode "Hedgehogs" from the show Snowfall, Franklin undergoes a transformative experience as he crosses a moral boundary by killing Mr. Wright, the police officer who has been pursuing him relentlessly. This pivotal moment marks a significant shift in Franklin's character, as he transitions from reluctantly participating in violence to becoming a deliberate and calculated killer.

Despite Mr. Wright's persistent pursuit and the threat he poses to Franklin's operation, Franklin initially hesitates to take his life, reflecting his reluctance to resort to extreme measures. Even after discovering Mr. Wright's knowledge of his criminal activities, Franklin considers allowing him to escape and start anew elsewhere, showcasing his conflicted feelings and desire to avoid unnecessary bloodshed.

However, faced with limited options and pressured by the escalating tensions, Franklin ultimately chooses to confront Mr. Wright and ultimately takes the drastic step of ending his life. This decision marks a turning point for Franklin, as he grapples with the consequences of his actions and the realization that he is capable of ruthless violence when pushed to the brink.

Overall, "Hedgehogs" delivers a gripping and emotionally charged narrative that explores themes of morality, consequence, and the complexities of navigating a criminal underworld. Franklin's transformation in this episode adds depth to his character and sets the stage for further exploration of the moral dilemmas he faces as he navigates the dangerous world of drug trafficking.

As my time of watching this show(nearly completed season 3) this episode was without a doubt the best in the show so far. It's exciting yet sad at the same time. Can't wait to see where this leads.

Spider-Man
(2002)

The Best
"Spider-Man" from 2002 holds a special place in my heart as it was a significant part of my childhood. This iconic movie, which I've watched countless times, has left an indelible mark on me, and I find myself enamored with every aspect of it.

The acting in "Spider-Man" is top-notch, with Tobey Maguire delivering a memorable performance as the titular character. His portrayal of Peter Parker strikes the perfect balance between relatable vulnerability and heroic determination, making him the quintessential Spider-Man for me. Maguire's chemistry with Kirsten Dunst's Mary Jane Watson adds depth and authenticity to their characters' relationship, further enhancing the emotional impact of the film.

The movie's production values, despite being over two decades old, still hold up remarkably well. The special effects, particularly Spider-Man's web-swinging sequences, were groundbreaking for their time and continue to impress audiences today. The film's atmospheric cinematography and dynamic action scenes further elevate the viewing experience, immersing viewers in the world of Spider-Man.

But perhaps what I love most about "Spider-Man" is the nostalgia it evokes. It transports me back to my childhood, filling me with the same sense of wonder and excitement I felt when I first watched it. From its iconic dialogue to its memorable soundtrack, every aspect of the film brings back fond memories of simpler times.

In conclusion, "Spider-Man" is more than just a movie to me-it's a cherished childhood memory and a timeless classic that I will continue to revisit for years to come. Tobey Maguire's portrayal of the iconic superhero remains unmatched, making this film an enduring favorite in my eyes.

Back to the Future
(1985)

Timeless
"Back to the Future" is an absolute classic that stands the test of time, and my love for this movie knows no bounds. From its ingenious storyline to its unforgettable characters, brilliant acting, and seamless aging, it's undoubtedly one of the best movies I've ever seen.

The story of Marty McFly and Doc Brown's time-traveling adventures is both captivating and heartwarming, filled with humor, suspense, and heart. The concept of time travel is brought to life in a way that feels both imaginative and grounded, making for an incredibly engaging viewing experience.

But what truly sets "Back to the Future" apart is its cast of characters. Marty, Doc, and the rest of the ensemble are brought to life with such depth and charisma that they feel like old friends. Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd's performances are nothing short of iconic, and their chemistry on screen is electric.

What's more, the film's production values have aged like fine wine. The special effects, music, and overall aesthetic still hold up remarkably well decades later, adding to the movie's timeless appeal.

In short, "Back to the Future" is a masterpiece in every sense of the word. It's a film that I hold dear to my heart, and one that I'll continue to cherish for years to come.

Bullet Train
(2022)

Staying Alive
"Bullet Train" is a thrilling ride that left me thoroughly entertained from start to finish. While some may argue that it's overrated, I personally believe it's an underrated gem that deserved more recognition, including an Oscar nomination.

One of the movie's strengths lies in its diverse and engaging cast of characters, with standouts like Tangerine and Lemon stealing the show. Their dynamic personalities and quirky names add an extra layer of enjoyment to the viewing experience.

The film's fast-paced action, clever dialogue, and stylish direction evoke the spirit of Quentin Tarantino's best work. From the gripping plot to the well-executed action sequences, "Bullet Train" delivers on all fronts, keeping me on the edge of my seat throughout.

Even though 10/10 may be overrating I still believe that this movie got to much hate from some people.

The Walking Dead: Four Walls and a Roof
(2014)
Episode 3, Season 5

Too far gone
Rick's character transformation is strikingly evident, and it's a compelling reason why I appreciate this episode. Gone is the "Officer Friendly" persona we initially met; instead, Rick has evolved into a hardened survivor who will stop at nothing to protect his group, even if it means making morally wrong decisions.

Rick's journey from a principled leader to a cold-blooded pragmatist is both fascinating and chilling to witness. He's no longer the man we once knew, and that evolution is depicted brilliantly in this episode. His actions may be reminiscent of Shane's behavior in Season 2, but they're also a testament to the harsh realities of their world and the lengths one must go to ensure survival.

Overall, this is a standout episode that not only delivers intense action and suspense but also delves into the complexities of Rick's character development. His evolution from "Officer Friendly" to a ruthless survivor adds layers to the storyline and keeps viewers engaged as they witness the darker aspects of human nature in the face of adversity.

Vinland Saga: Oath
(2023)
Episode 9, Season 2

A True Warrior
Oath is probably my favourite episode out of the whole show. In the episode Throfinn undegoes a transformative journey within his subconscious. Knocked out and confronted by his inner demons, Thorfinn experiences a profound dream sequence where he reconciles with his father and confronts the consequences of his actions. The emotional depth of Thorfinn's dream conversation with his father, adds growth to his character late on.

Moreover, the encounter with Askeladd in Thorfinn's dream is a pivotal moment, as here is shown how many people he has killed within his time in war. Having killed 100 of people Thorfinn starts to cry about what he did and what he has become. Askeladd encourages him to fight his true inner battle ''Take the people you have killed with you. Become something even worse than a monster! Become a TRUE WARRIOR!'' These words encourage Thorfinn to climb back up with this finally waking up. From now on he has a point of living a again and proceeds to become a greater person as well as a true warrior.

I loved Oath so much because the things said to Thorfinn stayed in my mind. I myself did not understand what a true warrior was until this episode.

''Now you understan son.... you have no enemies''

Huo Yuan Jia
(2006)

Fearless: A martial Arts Masterpiece
"Fearless" deserves a perfect 10/10 rating for its captivating story, breathtaking fighting scenes, mesmerizing choreography, and soul-stirring music. The protagonist's journey from loss to redemption resonates deeply, reminiscent of the themes in Vinland Saga. His realization of what it truly means to be a fighter culminates in a beautifully executed act of redemption.

The last fight scene, where victory hinges on both protagonist and antagonist understanding the essence of being a warrior, is a masterclass in martial arts storytelling. The acknowledgment that the protagonist's victory is not solely his own, but also a result of his enemy's growth, adds depth and poignancy to the climax.

"Fearless" stands tall among the best martial arts movies, appealing to fans of Ip-Man, Jackie Chan, and Bruce Lee films alike. While some may argue that a perfect score is excessive, the timing of my viewing experience couldn't have been more perfect, making it deserving of the highest praise.

Berserk and the Band of the Hawk
(2016)

Good but simply not Berserk
The Game covers a lot of what the Berserk Manga hast to offer, like the Golden Age Arc and some other following the story of Guts. It depicts the Golden Age Arc the best, showing scenes from the three movies that covered The Golden Age Arc from Berserk.

Before I talk about what I dislike let me first mention what I liked about the game.

-Gameplay -Character selection -Endless mode

Now let me mention what I dislike about the game.

Even though the gameplay is very good it just doesn't fit the Berserk World at all. For instance, in the middle of the second part of the Golden Age Arc Guts is known as the 100 Man Slayer. In the manga the number seems very high but in the game it isn't at all. Even in the first couple of missions you can kill 1.000 of people as Guts.

Don't get me wrong, the gameplay for Guts and all of the other Characters is very amazing but simply doesn't really fit them.

Story: 100/10(R. I. P. Miura) Gameplay: 8/10(could get repetitive) Graphics: 8/10 Music: 6.5/10 Difficulty: 4/10(depends on how you play) Level Design: 6/10(The Eclipse is great though) Overall Enjoyment: 7/10.

Kenpuu Denki Berserk
(1997)

The best adaptation of Berserk(Golden Age Arc)
Berserk holds a special place in the hearts of many fans, including myself, for several compelling reasons. Firstly, the series masterfully adapts Kentaro Miura's dark fantasy manga, capturing its gritty atmosphere, complex characters, and intense narrative with remarkable fidelity. The animation, though dated by contemporary standards, possesses a rawness and authenticity that perfectly complements the brutal world of "Berserk."

One of the standout features of the 1997 adaptation is its distinctive art style, characterized by its detailed character designs, evocative backgrounds, and atmospheric use of shadows and lighting. This art style has become iconic within the "Berserk" fandom and has inspired numerous fan projects, tributes, and even professional works that pay homage to its unique aesthetic. The show's visuals are not only aesthetically pleasing but also serve to enhance the series' themes of darkness, violence, and despair, immersing viewers in its grim medieval setting.

Furthermore, the 1997 adaptation stands out as the best adaptation of "Berserk" to date, particularly when compared to subsequent attempts to bring Miura's masterpiece to the screen. While later adaptations have attempted to cover more material from the manga or utilize newer animation techniques, they often fail to capture the essence of the source material in the same way that the 1997 series does. The pacing, tone, and emotional depth of the original adaptation remain unparalleled, making it a definitive portrayal of the "Berserk" saga for many fans.

Ultimately, my appreciation for the 1997-1998 "Berserk" anime stems from its faithful adaptation of the source material, its distinctive art style that has become emblematic of the series, and its status as the best adaptation of "Berserk" thus far. It is a show that continues to resonate with fans, captivating audiences with its dark storytelling, memorable characters, and unforgettable visuals.

Heavy Rain
(2010)

The old Detroit Become Human
Heavy Rain(2010) is a game which has multiple different outcomes just like Detroit Become Human.

In the game you play as 4 different characters who all loock after a missing child.

You play as Ethan(the father of the missing kid) who lived very depressing with his son after his other child died, a private detective who has a lot of experience and knowledge about this case(the Origami Killer already did this a few times with children in the past), a woman who later on in the game meats with Ethan. The last person you play as is a guy from the FBI whos has special glasses which can make him analyse multiple places throuout the game but work like drugs in general.

Ethan gets task from the Origami Killer which, if he succesfully completes them, give him the info where his son is kept in hostage. The FBI agent can also find out who the Killer is if they find enough evidence. The woman can also find out who the killer is by investigating by herself and with Ethans infos.

Near the end of the game it turns out that the private detectve, who a lot show simpathy for before, is the Killer.

Like I already said there are multiple endings to this game which means that you can find the missing son with Ethan alone or with the FBI agent as well as te woman. You can also fail with all characters which to the son dying at the end of the game. There are also endings where Ethan finds his son but gets shot by the police for the FBI agent not solving the case which to them suspecting Ethan.

I really enjoyed the game and would recommend playing it at least more than one time.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
(2004)

Best Game Of All Time
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is without a doubt the best game I have ever played. Of course it is outdated in some factores like the controlls or maybe even the graphics but that didin't really matter that much to me.

The game was just to good for its time. The Story is still to this day fantastic and without a doubt the best in the Metal Gear Solid series. To those who don't know the MGS games, they all have a very impressive Story, Boss fights as well as characters.

In MGS 3 you play as Snake who later on in the game face some people with interesting skills like the End and the Boss. I won't go too much into detail because I don't want to spoil anyone.

The game has a very good pacing over all and has good twists throughout.

One thing I would recommend is playing the game on the PS3 or the X-Box 360 because it is over all better in quality and graphics then the PS2 version.

Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions
(2010)

"peak"
Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions is a game that lets you play as 4 different Spider-Men. Every single Spider-Man has there own 3 levels in 3 different Segments. Like I sayd there are 4 Spider-Man.

At first we have the well known Spectacular Spider-Man voiced by non other than the How I met your mother Barney star.

The second Spider-Man is the Ultimate one who wears the black suit throught the game which makes his Levels more battle focused.

The third Spider-Man is the 2099 one who can slow down time.

The last one is the Noir Spider-Man which levels play out similar to the Batman Arkham games(stealth based).

One thing that meaks this game so great is that in every Level of the game you fight a different Villian.

For example there are Kraven, Electro, Skorpion, Vulture and even Deadpool.

Breaking Bad: Fly
(2010)
Episode 10, Season 3

Fly
Although this is withut a doubt a "filler" episode it is still entertaining and not that boring.

The Fly episode only plays inside the Lab where Jessy and Walter coock Meth. A fly comes into the Lab which makes Walter and Jessy hunt it. I know doesn't sound like Breaking Bad at all, yet it still had some funny or worth mentioning moments like Walter falling or him nearly admitting to Jessy that he watched Jane die back in the finale of season 2. Jessy ends up killing the fly and they return to there homes.

I find it kind of funny how many people think that this is the best episode of Breaking Bad because it shows Walter and Jessy in a situation that many could refer to. Others even say that it shows a lot of character.

The Walking Dead: Service
(2016)
Episode 4, Season 7

"That isn't you anymore"
This episode focuses on Negan entering Alexandria for the first time with his people. They take everything the group has to offer leaving them unarmed and weak. Too many this episode might seem boring or even like a filler yet I really enjoyed it.

Rick makes clear that he isn't in charge anymore, Negan is.

Rick talks about Shane for the first time since season 4(the episode where Rick and Carl leave the destroyed Prison) and makes it clear that he wants to see his daughter grow up which is why he can't fight.

I especially liked two scenes.

The first one is where Negan sees the old recording off Rick where he first entered Alexandria(the Interview from Season 5). Negan himself admits that he wouldn't have messed with that guy but Rick isn't "him" anymore.

The second one is where Spencer confronts Rick about not dealing with Negan before they fought him. Rick walks away but after Spencer mentions that they are as lucky as Glenn and Abraham Rick tells him that he will brake his jaw and knock his teeth out if he will ever say sth. Like this again to him. Rick who is broken at this point still wants to show some kind of superiority.

Season 7 is said to be the least best out of all yet I really liked episode 1, 3 as well as 4 of this season so far.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II
(2022)

Getting back to the good old days
Having the title MW2 they knew that if they mess up nothing will be left of COD because the OG is still one of the best if not even the Goat of the series.

Gratfully they made an amazing with an amazing Campaign like MW2 back in 2009.

Graphics in the cutscenes start looking like a real movie and the gameplay was good overall.

With MW2 you will at least have a 9 hour long Story(played on Veteran). From my point of view, this is a near perfect COD game.

Does it surpass the MW from 2019?

By far!

Story 9/10 Gameplay 8.5/10 Cutscenes 10/10 Graphics 10/10 Missions 8.75/10 Ending 9/10

Overall 9/10.

Better Call Saul: Saul Gone
(2022)
Episode 13, Season 6

Ending an incredible storyline
After 7 years and six long seasons Better Call Saul came to an end.

First I will name the things that I liked and then the things I didn't really enjoy

-The Episode started with an flashback wich included Mike and Saul -The Walter White Flashback -Saul bringing his Jail time down to seven year (still can't believe it that he is that good at his job) -The Chuck Flashback

The Bad Things(I just didn't enjoy them but don't hate on people that like it. It is still an amazing show)

-I wished they did one Howard flashback (giving his character a bit more weight to the story even though Kim already spoiled everything) -Saul being caught because of a stupid grandma(let me explain. Walter White has been caught because if Jessies actions near the end of the show, but Saul gets caught for being searched up?! I was literally laughing like they not doing that right and then they did it) -Saul turning back into Jimmy(this could have been amazing. Think off how good this would have been if Saul actually showed sth. Near the last episodes. But it just came out of the blue in my opinion)

Do I like that Saul has been caught? Yes I do

Do I like how he had been caught? No, definitely not

Do I like how the series turned out? Yes, the series is amazing

Do I like the ending all in all? I don't know because I have mixed feelings about it

Do I like how they raped un lose ends? No, I wanted Saul to become Jimmy in another way or stay as Saul

Is BCS better than BB? No, but still good.

Am I going to miss this show? Yes definitely

What episode was the best out of all? S6 ep7+8

What season was the best? Season 5 and 6(episodes 1 to 8)

Did I like the Black and White episodes? No because I think color plays a big role in a series like this (great job on the last scene in episode 12 where the commercial from Saul is in color)

Can I understand that people like it? Yeah of course. I mean a lot of people wanted Saul ti become Jimmy and wash his name free.

Have a nice day everyone.

Better Call Saul: Breaking Bad
(2022)
Episode 11, Season 6

The moment we all have been waiting for
It finally happened after six long seasons.

Walter White/Heisenberg and Jessy joined the show.

The black and white story was sometimes a bit boring for me but all in all ok.

The real pleasure was seeing the color scenes with Mr White and Jessy. I am looking forward to seeing more from Saul's perspective in BrBa.

Normally I would rank the episode an 7/10 because the Black and White scenes are too long for me but the colored scenes just carried it to an 10/10 for me.

Better Call Saul: Fun and Games
(2022)
Episode 9, Season 6

Saul Goodman
The best way to explain this episode is by just saying Jimmy becomes Saul for real.

Kim leaves Jimmy which leads to him becoming the Saul from Breaking Bad.

I think next episode we will see Walt and Jessy.

How I Met Your Mother: Last Forever: Part Two
(2014)
Episode 24, Season 9

The last 2 minutes
Just don't watch the last 2 minutes and you will have an ok ending.

If you have watched the last minutes all I can say is I am sorry for you.

This is like the worst ending in tv history next to Game Of Thrones.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Eminence
(2013)
Episode 14, Season 5

Comeback
Maul and Savage return after they lost the fight against Kenobi (s5ep1) and make a deal with the death watch.

Maul has a new outfit which just looks really amazing and Savage has a new arm. But most importantly Maul has a plan to take over Mandalore.

You know that when Maul is in the episode it has to be good.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Revival
(2012)
Episode 1, Season 5

Rematch Kenobi vs Maul and Savage
This episode has one of the best fights in all of the Clone Wars.

Kenobi is outnumbered by Maul and Savage but wins the fight by cutting off Savages arm leaving the brothers running away.

The episode shows that Maul and Savage aren't invincible, foreshadowing their loss in this season.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Revenge
(2012)
Episode 22, Season 4

The Comeback we have been waiting for
This is the moment I have been waiting for the whole series.

Darth Maul finally returns and wants to take revenge on Kenobi for destroying his life.

He makes him suffer but loses Kenobi because of Ventres help.

The season ended with an cliffhanger leaving us with Maul and Savage looking out into the galaxy for Kenobi.

Stranger Things: Chapter Seven: The Massacre at Hawkins Lab
(2022)
Episode 7, Season 4

The Reveal
This is the moment where the season should have ended because the cliff hanger was just so good.

Although episodes 8 and 9 disappointed me this episode caries the season for me.

The reveal that Vecner is 1 who is... what was his name again? Sorry I actually can't remember 😂.

Seeing the young 11 fighting 1 was just amazing in every point of view. In my opinion this is the best episode of the show and will be for all time.

I hope i triggered nobody by not knowing ones/Vecners name anymore.

Stranger Things: Chapter Nine: The Piggyback
(2022)
Episode 9, Season 4

Why did they have to end it like that
Just tell me why. Why did it have to end like that?

Before anyone tells me that I am a Idiot let me explain myself.

-The Show is too scared of killing one of the main Cast -The episode was way to long for what happened in it -The first 7 where so much better (7 is in my opinion the best with 4) -Vecna is the slowest character I have ever seen. That guy is slower then Darth Vader but he disappears in no time -What did Mike, Jonathan and Will do in this season? Exactly nothing -Why did they skip a few days after Eddies death? I wanted to see Steves, Robins etc. Reaction on his heroic death

I just didn't enjoy it as other people did but respect their opinion with liking this finale.
