The film's target audience is 5 to 15 year old kids and it does brilliantly. Both my kids loved it. It's a decent entertainment for adults as well. Critics shouldn't be allowed to review adult movies.

This film has inspired films like Pyar ka punchnama which are now regarded as cult movies. However this movie is the original source. The acting and comic timing of Rahul Bose and Mallika Sherawat is top notch. This movie lets you see the side of Mallika Sherawat as an actor. What a great performance. The humor is top notch. We appreciate stupid slapstick comedy of Hera Pheri but cannot appreciate a great humor of this movie. It is just SAD. Watch it. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (Remember this is the source and many movie copied this and added their own material to make their movies better)

Normally comedy movies has 1 punch in every line which gives audience a space to laugh until the characters delivers punch in the second line. However, this movie has 2 or 3 punches in each line. While audience laughs at the first punch they miss the other two.

It takes intelligence to come up with smart jokes which shows stupidity. I highly recommend to watch a couple of episodes of instant khichdi before watching the movie.

I don't know why and where the film goes. Actress have no say in the film except for one scene. Lead actor does whatever he wants and nobody dares to stop him. Could not understand what the hype is all about. No proper storyline with no proper ending. This could have been stretched into 12 episode serial.

Both leading actors have given good performance. Specially Mohsin Khan who was a crickter. The script is tight enough to ensure there is no dull moment. Dialogues by Robin Bhatt are great. I am sure it deserves a higer rating.

First half of the movie is beyond amazing. Second half of the movie is ok nothing great. Shahrukh excels as a selfish brat in first half and again as emotional lover in second half.

Zero has its moments. It is far better than Dilwale and Harry met sejal. They have tried to make it different and it deserves a salute.

People are exaggerating in their reviews because In India people are stupid enough to support another movies just because its in their local language. KGF might be good but it does not make Zero bad.

A must watch but one time only.

People remember Naam as a Sanjay Dutt film. However I consider this as a Kumar Gaurav film because he did the tougher job doing a role with so many different emotions. His character is heroic who stands true even in his toughest time instead of choosing an easy path of earn money. Many dialogues gives me goosebumps specially the one when he says JAB VICKY NE MUJHE KAHA KE MUJHE APNE BARABAR KHADE HONE KA EK MAUKA DE DO BHAI, MUJHE APNI US CHHOTI SI UNCHAI SE NAFRAT HONE LAGI.

I mean when would this guy's learn that a good film needs a good story. What is wrong with Tamil and Telugu film makers. They should learn from Malayalam industry. CGI does not make a film great. I am utterly disgusted by it.

I am yet to see a movie which has Sci-Fi, Comedy, Romance, Music, Action, Drama and Patriotism in it. This film excels in every department. Anil Kapoor and Sridevi are great in their parts. Amrish Puri has an unforgettable role as Mogambo.

THIS ONE IS A MUST WATCH. THE BEST OF BOLLYWOOD.

Aamir Khan has always been an average actor. I have NEVER seen any extra ordinary facial expressions from him in any movies but he makes it up by choose great scripts and changing get-ups in movies. Then I think of movies like Tum mere ho, Mela and Thugs of Hindostan. These movies are worse then any Salaman movies. Even Salman has not made such bad movies.

This movie had nothing. I mean literally nothing except a couple of action scenes which you can watch in any recent bollywood period movies. Acting is horrible and even Mr.Bachchan hams. Avoid at any cost.

This is not TWD. Don't expect the characters to act like the ones in TWD. It is the dawn of apocalypse. Yes the cherecters are often stupid and acting like teengers (i.e. Madison turning the hotel lights on) It makes us angry but then those are characters which makes the show interesting. They have not adjusted, they are are adjusting to the new world and often day dreaming about it being like it was before.

I am about to finish season 3 and the writing is good. I am hoping this show to merge with TWD. Madison meeting team Rick

You are going to watch a movie and if it entertains you it is a good movie. If it does not, it's bad. Ratings should not be by comparing it with other movies.

This movie had good comedy and good action. Two things which this movie promises. Jackie's fights are awesome and please don't compare it with project A. Chris tucker's comedy was good. Don't compare it with first part. Overall decent entertainment.

Average movie. Akshay kumar tries hard to act but he has his limitations. Distorted history and added too much drama. Second half is faster than first one. Very cheap attempt to make a movie hit (either target pakistan or british)

When we'd rise up from it and make another chak de india which has no cheap tactics or even stupid commercial elements to make it a hit.

It has Salman khan so we do expect a movie which needs no brains (just like his fans) but on top of that its boring as well. Now that is bad. Govinda movies were same but they were thoroughly entertaining as Govinda was a good actor and also an exceptional dancer. Salman khan on other hand is below average in all departments.

Avoid at all costs.

So when you go to watch Salman khan movie you don't expect good acting or even a good script or a script at all (Bajrangi bhaijaan being an exception in script department)

This movie does not disappoint you since u go inside expecting bad acting and bad script. However, if you are an action movie lover, you would like it. Making this movie required a wafer thin plot to add action sequences in it to make all his fans happy.

Watch it only if u have nothing to do or if you are a Salman fan or you want to see a bad copy of Schwerzenegger / Stallone 80's movies.

Shahrukh is back. A film has no dull moment. Nawazuddin stands out with his superb performance. If you love gangster and crime thrillers, this one is definitely for you. One of the Best performance of Shahrukh khan.

The treatment of the movie would remind you of the 80's. Being a Gujarati I am impressed how accurately they have shown Ahmadabadi Muslims. Action scenes are awesome. Shahrukh does action with such an ease it leaves you in awe. Direction is top notch Rahul Dholakia surely has a way to go in future. Songs does not disappoint, it moves storyline forward. Mahira khan is wasted.

I have been a movie buff since I was a kid. Been watching a lot of movies. After watching Veer Zaara now I can say that my way of watching a movie had been divided into two parts. Pre Veer Zaara and Post veer Zaara.

I have never seen a movie which combines a message of patriotism, emotions, respect, love and humanity with touching songs and wholesome entertainment. Until I saw Veer Zaara, I thought of Yashji as a very good movie maker. After Veer Zaara, I think he is not just a good movie maker but also a very good human being. Only a man with a heart of gold can make such a beautiful movie.

Excellent direction, great acting, touching dialogues, melodious songs, brilliant cinematography, awesome locations what more I can say about the movie. It is a citizen Kane of India. Hats off to Yashji

Brilliant! A movie par excellence. What happens when a great actor like Shahrukh khan acts very natural and gives career best performance ? What happens when a great director like Maniratnam, a great cinematographer like Santosh Sivan, a great music director like A.R.Rahman, a darn good choreographer like Farah khan, a great singer like Lata mangeshkar, a great lyricist like Gulzar and producers like Ramgopal verma and Shekhar Kapoor gets togather to make a movie ? Dil se...is direct from the heart. It takes a sensitive heart to make a movie like this and each person who is evolved with this movie has really worked Dil se... One of the best movies of the decade and highly recommended for those who are studying movie making.
