The film, itself, as a documentary, is bad. Too much boring with some interesting music and that´s all...As you go watching, if you are old as me, you can remember the old times, the Copacabana that don´t exist anymore.. the boites, the striptease clubs, the night girls...I am a great fan of Fausto Fawcett, since the early days and I recognized a few persons that appear there, but and the other ones ? Who are those people ? I don´t know and most of the people don´t.either. WHY DON´T PUT SUBTITLES there ? I recognized Regininha Poltergeist - the most beautiful of all time, Debora Colker, Dado Villa lobos and a few others..

First thing to know: The analyst dies in the last chapter!

I'm not going to waste my time, or yours, saying obvious things. Steve is and always has been great. The kid, who is red-haired in real life, is also very good. Yesterday I watched the last part of the endless 10 chapters. My wife gave it a score of 9 and I gave it a score of 1, so the average was 5. The kid, a serial killer, thin, emaciated, kills left and right, without any fear of being caught by a hidden camera, nothing... There is no such danger and there is no danger of being beaten by his victims, none of them turn against him... His mother gives full support to his atrocities.

In short: I was waiting for some twist. The guy is trapped in the basement, how is he going to get out of there?

None of that happens... a lot of small talk and none of that comes to light and the analyst, finally, is murdered.

Full stop: Grade 1 for me!

There are two bad points in this film: SPOILERS AHEAD 1 - It is a gay film... they lost a lot of time with the love scenes, semi-explicit, by the way, of two men.. the "doctor" and his assistant, and they are not pleasant scenes if you think that is seeing a film about a real peson.

I spent a lot of time reading about his life and, in no moment, is said that he was an homossexual or if he had an affair with his male assistant... anyway, let´s go to the second problem.

2 - If you watch the movie, as I did, you will know that he, and his assistant, were convicted to death, OK ? The film ends with both of them going to jail, perhaps, waiting for the penalty.. but no ! He was sentenced to three years, that was reduced to 1 1/2 years and lived freely almost more 10 years. It is an absurd ! You see the film and find the truth thru Google... Bad film.

Helstrom (2020)

If you are a child or teenager, you can like this... but the adults..

I think that this kind of series is made for kids, or teenagers, because everything and everything is about the same thing we, the adults, are tired of seengin in a lot of other films, horror films... The only, real only thing that could be called new is that we have catholic priests confronting the devil... but the rest is crap....

What are you waiting for ? A Shakespeare version of a Statham opera ? C´mon...this is a pure Statham film, with everything you can expect from an action movie ! Excellent !

Simonal (2018)

Bad movie

There are some problems with the actors in this film. I will talk just about one: Carlos Imperial. He was a fat man, not so big at that time from Simonal, but he was fat. I think that they started the film with Leandro Hassum and he was fat at the time, super fat, but he he was operated on for weight loss and went sucessfully. But that Carlos Imperial thin that we saw never existed... Probably the film lasted too much to be produced and the author lost weight.... But, the film as an entretainment is not good... Os Espetaculares (2020)

Excellent movie !

It is the typical film to see with the entire family, funny, very humorous with many jokes and excellent humor. Everyone is great, including the daughter of Heloisa Perissé, who is on the right path, besides being beautiful. Very good and I recommend! ( and there is Neville DÁlmeida, a real director - from Rio Babilonia and others )

Well, Dad said to his son: Go directing a movie. The last one was horrible, let´s try again. I´ll show you all : Put a lot of blood, a confused script, some fingers cutted, a child assassination, some nudity and that´s all... Put all of this in the liquidificator and voilá, you are gonna be a sucessfull director ! I have to tell ou: The script gone wrong, ok ? Tsc, tsc, tsc... don´t waste your time...I lost mine....

I am not british and I don´t live in England and What I know about politicians and so ones from England ? Nothing. So I think that I am not the target for this kind of serie. This is too much about talking and talking and talking. Almost none action. Poor Hugh Laurie...

Well... I don't know what was all about. Of course mr. Zach Galifianakis is a good guy, he is a friend of a lot of actors, it is the only thing that explain this kind of movie with a lot of "expensive" actors doing nothing... It is not funny at all, OK ?

Dead Volume (2019)

What a beautiful actress in an horrible movie

The only thing that is enjoyable in this film is Fernanda Vasconcellos. She is beautiful and after some events we ( me and my wife ) went sorry for her. But the film is weak, as there is only one location, the college where the boy ( the "volume morto" or "low volume" or "dead volume" ) study. He is a brazilian student of a english class and he doesn't speak in the class, but he is not mute, he seems to have some kind of social disability and speaks normally at home ( according to his parents ) Another excellent actress is Julia Rabello, the mother. She is a well known brasilian actress and we used to see her in a TV show named "Porta dos Fundos". It is not an enjoyable movie, don't waste your time !

Probably Willis and Nicholas Cage are the richiest guys in LA, because they get every film they are invited to. And what a lot of crap. When I saw poor Bruce Willys nude with a skateboard I said "No it is not possible, he is at the end of the well...."

Well... I have to confess that I don't put up with this kind of series with sad, sad histories without a clear end, that burrows me a lot... And this one is fantastic, all the episodes are hilarious and David Schwimmer should appear in othes movies because he is the best commedian in America.

What is Jude Law doing in this film ?

Even though I asked that above, I found out why Jude Law appears on the list of actors in only 3 episodes .... No doubt, he found out where he was and ran away from the set. The first episode is great, but the second and third are very bad. I have a doubt: He stayed on the island and probably stayed there as seen at the end of the third episode and what happened to your wife? She was waiting for him to come back and he did not come back or will come back ... all because the "dead" son was alive and living on the island. Did he change his wife for his son? And the other children who stayed with the wife? Terrible ! I'm a big fan of JL but it's complicated .. Let's see the second part, if anything improves!

I gave three stars because it is an english movie and I usually like english movies, But after this comment, talking about this film, it is an horrible film with a story - ops.. is there a story ? - with no sense argument... it is really horrible ! Of course you will see it, but you must know that you will want your time back !

I remember Sidney Magal singing in boites in Rio de Janeiro's downtown in the middle of the 70's. And suddenly, later, Sidney Magalhães turned into Sidney Magal. This documentary is a complete road from the life of this brazilian single and dancer and is exactly everything you would want to know about him and his family. Fantastic ! Thank you very much to the production crew !

Mulan (2020)

Fantastic movie

First of all, I didn't watch Mulan in 1998. I found this movie spectacular to watch with the family. There are a lot of battles but no severed heads, bodies or blood. There is no blood anywhere. This is fantastic ! Very good, well done, well produced, with excellent performances. I couldn't even identify the famous Jet Li ... Congratulations to Disney! My wife and kids and I love it!

My friends, I don't have patient to watch some kind of serie. Those series where you know what will happen in the next minute, where the personagens are dumb or bad writing. If you think like me, whatch this serie. It is the most fantastic serie of the year so far. It is the kind of movie if you loose one chapter, you are completely lost. Every chapter have things happening and the last one is superb ! You will enjoy this as much as I did !

Yes, of course, we can have another ones worst than this one, but I think that it will be difficult ! What a lot of gratuite images, nudity, violence... And, mainly, no interesting story ! Me and my wife hate it !

Interesting but with a disappointing ending. The first chapter was fantastic, telling the story from its end. Was cool. And the following chapters, from the first to the fifth episode, were very good but the last one was terrible .. There is only one witness for the prosecution and is she credible? I didn't like the ending, OK?

Werner e os Mortos (2017– )

Very good production

I saw this serie in 2017 at "Canal Brasil", but I never forgot this. It is incredible and the actors are superb. I really don't know why there wasn't more episodes... If there is a lot of trash around here, but that is what life is all about !

Where is the goatee of Johnny Depp ?

I'm a big fan of Johnny Depp, I see all his films. I confess that I don't appreciate most of them, but I always admire him and in this film the highlight is watching J.Depp without the goatee. Ok ... It's a good movie, but not for me. We are in a world where there is too much violence and indigence for my stomach and this film excels for exposing a lot of evil ... I don't like this type of exposure to evil things. But seriously, apart from these comments, the film is good (on a scale where we would have "very good" and "excellent") with excellent performance by the award-winning Mark Rylance and Depp himself.
