Brooklyn Bridge
(1991)

"BBBB" (Bring Back "Brooklyn Bridge") on DVD!
The short-lived television series "Brooklyn Bridge" was one of the finest family programs ever. It was nostalgic... and funny... and sad... and entertaining... and educational... and worthy of many other superlative accolades, as well.

With a good marketing effort, "Brooklyn Bridge" on DVDs would, we believe, be the popular program it should have been when originally aired, but was prematurely canceled.

PLEASE... "BBBB"-- Bring Back "Brooklyn Bridge" for a new generation (as well as for those who remember it fondly).

World Trade Center
(2006)

"World Trade Center'"... a 'must see' film!
One of the best motion pictures produced in the last couple of years! "World Trade Center" presents a balanced view of one of this country's darkest moments; and, while it obviously must include violent scenes, they are done without sensationalizing the tragic events portrayed. It is, ultimately, an uplifting experience to see this movie... for all of the family, ages 13 and up, I believe. The entire production--the acting, directing, special effects, et al--is superb! It was especially satisfying to watch this story enfold objectively, and without any political commentary. If you see one movie this summer, I highly recommend that it be "World Trade Center."

Cinderella Man
(2005)

A Great Film!
Ron Howard's "Cinderella Man" should rank among the best films for this year's awards. This movie, in addition to being entertaining and engrossing, is truly a work of art! Howard's directorial skills continue to improve with each and every effort. And, even though there are graphically-violent scenes in the boxing ring, this is a family film which can be appreciated by the young and old alike. My wife and I agree that "Cinderella Man" is among the best motion pictures we've seen over the past several years. Everything in the film... the camera work, and its unique angles... the sepia tone which emphasizes the period it represents; that of the national depression of the 1930s... the music... and the positive messages conveyed throughout the story... GREAT JOB, RON HOWARD!
