I was hesitant about this I pretty much started watching it because Ted Danson was in it. It turned out to be a very entertaining series having comedy, mystery, poignancy, and realism. I was hooked within the first 5 minutes and it became a binge watch after that.
Ted Danson was fantastic but it also had an excellent cast some old time TV in Hollywood stars, combine that with excellent writing rarity and Hollywood with these days.
They manage to wind together a mystery with a comedy while intertwining it into the realistic conditions faced by the elderly in assisted care facilities.
This turned out to be a very enjoyable , Entertaining and poignant story.

The Most Dangerous Game was a short story released in 1924. It has many incarnations in moviedom and this may very well be one of the worst. Even The Hunt, 2020, which was pretty bad was better than this.
The writing was not good. The acting was poor. Roark and Dien gave a performance that would make you think it was their first film ever. Perhaps Rourke was upset because they didn't bring him back for The Expendables 4 If you're interested in the genre movie you'd be better off looking up Van Damme's Hard Target from 1993
This movie represents a new low for Mickey Rourke and Casper Dien.
On the other hand it's not bad enough to turn it off and go to something else.
