Silver Linings Playbook
(2012)

The Silver Lining.
Let me start off by saying that Jennifer Lawrence is my favorite young actress as of right now because of this movie, she and cooper have such a great chemistry together, i loved her acting. She and cooper are two people suffering from problems caused by different traumas in there lives, one being psychological and the other being physical/behavioral. You really connect with the characters, if your someone who has been or is in a similar situation you automatically connect with them, an no i am not just talking about having a mental problem, but having feeling that no one else gets you, that life is just passing you by while your living in your parents house and because you can't get over certain aspects of your life you feel like there is no way out unless you change completely. Well this is the story of two people very much alike in a weird but good way, the honest direct nature of these two individuals is just captivating you cannot look away, many of us have things you just wan't to say and release but you can't because of how people might think of you. Bottom line these types of movies aren't for the feint of heart and if you like, straight forward no bullshit direct type of movies with drama and some romance than by all means, watch this movie i highly recommend it.

Pacific Rim
(2013)

Best Eye Candy Film of 2013
OK so let's get straight to the point here. why do we all see movies? TO BE ENTERTAINED! Pacific Rim does just that. From the beginning to end the movie starts off explosively, throwing you right into the fight. The Plot is fresh the characters are well thought out, i loved Raleigh and Mako's chemistry it was well paced. The action was intense, come on, giant robots vs big monsters? how is that not cool? the CGI is gorgeous, very well done and realistic. Bottom line Pacific Rim grips you and makes you want more more. It is fun, entertaining and deep enough to enjoy, literally it's deep, there is actually and underwater scene at the end which is pretty cool and you don't expect the end. Pacific Rim based on entertainment alone 9/10

Memoirs of a Geisha
(2005)

A Beautiful Movie
There is no better word to describe this movie than Intensely Beautiful. From the very start this movie grips you with a strong opening scene an it only gets more intense from there on. You see the the cruelty of how her life was when she was a girl in the geisha house, you see how she desperately tries to fight but also you see how she accepts her destiny only to saver her own heart. This movie is very sad at times and it's packed with a lot of emotion. funny instances also are a good relief in this movie, but overall you just feel so much for this character that is Sayuri, a lovely girl thrown into the cruelness of reality who held on to her hope for many years until it was time to let go, at the right time.

Star Trek Into Darkness
(2013)

J.J. Abrams does it again!
OK the first star trek was amazing, plot characters, effects and what not. This one is so much deeper than the last one it just blows your mind. Benedict is an outstanding actor and portrays Khan very well he brings a new feel to villains. The rest of the crew are as should be, great. The movie starts off well an picks up really fast as it goes along just like you expect it. The special effects rock and are more than eye candy, the dialog is funny especially Bones lines, you will see why. all in all this film is wort watching, trust me when i say that you won't even feel the 2 hours pass by, you will be craving for more as it culminates to the end! hoping they do another movie, JJ your my hero!

Argo
(2012)

A Politicalllll-Spy Movie thats not boring....
From start to finish Argo held you tightly, the movie was made in such a way that it makes you tense, you actually feel the emotions these characters experience. Ben Aflect shows his true potential and it is refreshing, i never expected this film to be this good, its a great political-spy film with a lot of crucial historical moments that makes it even more intense to see how things were at a time were most of us reading this weren't even born yet, and how we can relate to things that are currently happening in our world. Better than a decent film, if you like these types of movies, watch it, if you don't, watch it, cause it's not what you think it will be like, trust me.

The Words
(2012)

The True Words...
It's difficult to really determine what this films true intention was at first, but then you realize that this movie is more honest and open then you hope for. It's deep to say the least, it really pulls you in and makes you feel for the characters involved, especially Jeremy Irons Character (past and present). The true price of falsely claiming a work of art is yours isn't the guilt that you didn't write it, its the realization that you could never create it on your own. This movie is inspiring as it is overwhelming, not to be taken into high regard but it was very much worth paying attention to. If you write, if you draw, if you create anything that makes you proud that you did it, share it, if not you will regret it for the rest of your life, that was the true message of this film.

End of Watch
(2012)

Best Cop Movie Ever...
This is hands down the best cop movie i have ever seen, nothing depicted here is new, gangs, money, drugs, torture, cops, death, etc...it is the way that its depicted that makes it stand out, the last time that these issues were well shown was in SHIELD. Jake gives his best performance yet, he really does stand out all the way till the end him and his partner play amazing cops. You really feel the intensity and reality of thee life of a cop shown through Jake's recordings, its just amazing how it all feels so real...you will not regret watching this film if you can handle it that is... This movie will keep you glued to the seat till the very end. End of watch was a great watch.

Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn
(2012)

Forever Forward Unto Dawn
This was just excellent, from the moment it starts you feel the intensity and stress of becoming a young soldier and how each and everyone is different yet fight under the same cause, that and being you've enlisted in the UNSC is downright awesome. Seeing it first hand and live what a halo movie could be was very inspirational, i don't know about you but i love the look and feel of a well made short-film, there's something about it that just seems more real and in depth than most of the movies out there, this is how it should be made, hurray for Microsoft to spend 10 million on a promo for Halo 4. it was so worth it.

The Bourne Legacy
(2012)

Better than the last bourne movies hands down...
I found this movie a lot more interesting than the last ones, bournes personal vendetta wasn't here which after the first 2 films just made the third one (Ultimatum) Unbearable, yet you watch it to see the END of it. After the trilogy ended i never thought about bourne again until i heard that Jeremy Rener was going to play the lead CIA experimental agent/spy. It starts off well, right from the start you know what's going on and you see how deep it actually is and how many people are involved and what the people in charge will do to keep it secret. It really keeps you interested all the way till the end. No complaints here...looking forward for another.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
(2009)
