Juno
(2007)

A Delightful Movie That Delves Into Dangerous Waters
Teenage pregnancy is still a taboo subject in American society today, we all know it. This movie sheds a light onto a relatively unexplored topic.

The main character Juno is a 16 year old who engages in some promiscuous activities and ends up pregnant. The story follows her from the beginning until she gives birth.

That is not the point of this review though, the main point is to reveal what is hidden by the previews, the utterly amazing soundtrack with the wit and sarcasm that is prevalent throughout the entire movie. From the main character to her friends and her parents, it helps show that teenage pregnancy is not all bad and there can be a happy ending. The adoptive parents angle shows another type of scenario that ends up for the best in the movie.

This movie is a must see film and should win awards. There are very few Fox Searchlight Picture films that are this good, and as long as you can stay open to the idea of teenage pregnancy and not judge it for the content matter you will be able to enjoy this film for what it is, a humorous film with outstanding performances by the cast.

Psych
(2006)

Wonderful, Intelligent, USA Does it Again
After missing most of the first season and catching up on re-runs throughout the summer and watching the second season religiously. This show is witty, with the lead character Shawn providing the comical and enjoyable bantering with his partner, co-lead Gus. The show provides a new life into the all to common police shows that litter television. His keen "psychic" abilities help allow the audience to try and figure out what is going on moments before he reveals the answers.

If you are looking for another police investigative show, please pass on this, but if you are looking a new type of television show that allows the audience to be involved with a great sense of humor, stay tuned for the next season which premieres the 11th of January.

Sgt. Bilko
(1996)

A Great Simple Movie
I read the review that is up right now, and I'm pretty sure he talks about other movies than the main movie.

Steve Martin is well the exact same in every role, you know this, I know this, everyone knows this. It doesn't take from this movie at all, this movie is simple fun, and rated PG by the MPAA so you can watch it with the family. It has some very interesting aspects and has Phil Hartman in it too which makes it almost comedy gold.

The movie has Bilko dealing with an old major (Hartman) who he screwed over once upon a time. Hartman is intent on getting Bilko, and the antics are pretty "darn" funny. The movie also has Chris Rock in it, and it's a simple funny movie that didn't try to hard. I don't know why people always bag on this movie. Maybe because they had such high expectations and never even gave it a chance. They are showing this on USA pretty often and it's easy to watch and moves fairly quickly.

I recommend this movie for everyone to at least see.

Entourage: Dominated
(2006)
Episode 3, Season 3

Entourage Crew Heads Down Iffy Road
SPOILER: This episode was a complete new turn for Vince, Eric, Turtle & Drama. When they arrive home after dinner they see their front door is open and to their surprise they see an "old friend" Dom sitting in their house. The entire episode revolves around how Drama, Turtle and E start to notice how Dom is still living the rough way. E feels nervous from the beginning when Drama and Turtle start to get annoyed when Dom encroaches on Drama's cooking and Turtle's driving. It gets worse and worse as Dom steals from a gas station, then roughs up a photographer. Vince says he'll talk to him and does but the rest of the entourage is apprehensive.

Meanwhile Ari is dealing with his daughter and her new boy Max who is an up and coming movie star. To sum it up, he's a player and Ari threatens him with the kid coming right back and putting Ari in his place.

Grandma's Boy
(2006)

Stoner Movie, Stoner Classic
Now I'll give this movie a 9 just for originality. Even though it only lasted in theaters for a mere three weeks if that, it deserved more. This is the Adam Sandler crew who you've seen in movies like Big Daddy, Little Nicky, Mr. Deeds and Anger Management.

Allen Covert plays the main character who misses his rent payment due to his room mate, and is then forced into moving in with his grandma. Now this movie is pure stoner, it's the half baked of the decade, it will be a cult classic and of all the people I have made sit down and watch this, maybe 2 or 3 out of 30 or 40 have found it boring. The movie has a great cast of nobody's who you've seen but don't know their name.

Nick Swardson really holds this together and the Character of J.P. is somewhat based on the Gay Robot skit from Adam Sandler's latest C.D. Shhh Don't Tell.

To the movie, Alex (Covert) moves in with his Grandma and the story revolves around them trying to make a deadline for bug fixes for the game Eternal Death Slayer 3. It follows the story but also has plenty of side scenes to keep you laughing as the story unfolds. The ending is easy to figure out, yet still funny enough to keep you laughing until the very end.

I'd recommend this if you are with some friends and need something to watch and don't know what to go. Don't go in thinking this will be an Oscar caliber movie because it's simply not. It's a movie that will be a classic, and you will remember for a long time to come.
