Christmas in Rome
(2019)

Franco Nero and Xmas in Rome
Why wasn't wasn't one of the biggest stars, Franco Nero, who had a supporting role, included in the cast? Beautifully filmed. Always enjoyable, Hallmark movies, always deliver.

Carol's Second Act
(2019)

Patricia-Great!
Want to like Carl's Second Act. Lots of Older People going into Medical Field. Patricia Heaton delivers, especially Last half of show. It starts out with "canned laugh track"-Bad. Need to "modify" laugh track drastically. The other actors come off as acting in a stage play. I think they "look" good and improved in the latter part of show. Good to see Kyle Maclachan. I will continue watching because of Patricia Heaton. I truly hope the series succeeds to encourage people who always wanted to go into medicine but were discouraged for multiple reasons. This could be a good series. Please, drop the forced canned laugh track. Give the actors a chance to "act" natural. Not so stagey. They have a good premise. Looks like talented crew. Go for it.

Travis McGee
(1983)

Beautifully Filmed.
I loved the chemistry with Sam Elliott and his wife,Katherine Ross. But the performance that gets overlooked, which I remember, and would like to have a copy of,is Vera Miles,as the discarded wife (widow, which we find out). She underplays and her interaction with Travis McGee,(Sam Elliott) is so skilled coming from a veteran leading lady.I loved how she ironically summed up her marriage, and her role in the missing husband's life with no pity or bitterness. This must have been one of her last acting roles. You never hear anything about her.Although,I think she is still alive. I believe, I saw that she might live in retirement in Florida -(don't quote me,just a rumor.)How could I get a copy of this?
