This documentary gave me diabetes First, you claim that sugar is no longer a contributor to developing Type II diabetes or to gaining weight. Second, you focus the attention on ONE farmer who treats his cattle/environment beyond poor, which you think somehow blankets all admirable environmentally friendly farmers. You then claim that eating high quality dietary fats make people fat, which is physiologically impossible. As your film continued to discredit the benefits of fish, eggs and butter I slowly slipped into an extensive coma further brainwashing what little intelligence I had left. Luckily, (because my diet consists of nothing recommended within the last grueling hour and a half) I was able to pull myself from this vegetative state. As I write this review I find myself experiencing PTSD, attempting to recollect the thoughts of completely biased non-science based claims. The level of inaccuracy is so discerning I believe CNN themselves would label it FAKE NEWS.
In all seriousness there are millions of people that suffer from diseases caused by lifestyle choices who search for outlets to better educate themselves for change. The prejudiced, inaccurate and outdated research provided in this film not only promotes unhealthy living, but potentially will kill people. Recommendations In Film: You are better of investing your time in expanding your health education to the narrative of "The Nutty Professor"
