Nomadland
(2020)

This better win every award it's nominated for.
Wow, just wow this movie is amazing it really is I can't put into words the emotion I went through while watching this movie from tears to elation for the struggles and bitter triumphs that Fern goes through. This is one of the best movies I've ever seen.

Light of My Life
(2019)

A DAMN FINE FILM!
My mind is blown, Casey Affleck did a great job at his first go of production and directing. I would describe this as "Children of Men" meets "The Road" meets "The Last of Us" who ever said this movie is boring doesn't understand what movies are supposed to be. I'll watch it again the same day I saw it for the first time just because it's that good.

Sidney Hall
(2017)

Finding Sydney Hall
This movie is unfairly flying under the radar. Logan Lerman is continuously showing what an amazing young actor he really is, I've said it before and I'll say it again Logan Lerman has a bright future in Hollywood as long as he doesn't screw it up. The movie reminds me much of the perks of being a wallflower I'm not sure if it's the plot, or just the actor but it is a must see. It is well acted and well written I very much enjoyed it and will be one of the best movies of 2018.

The White King
(2016)

A bleak outlook on what a near future dystopia might look like.
This movie is simply put amazing. In a near future dystopian society could look like. This movie has been put on my list of the movies to see in 2017. Independent cinema it it's best. Djata a 12 year old boy from a lower class family that are labeled as traitors after his father is put in prison. Djata caught in the middle between his mother and his grand parents on his fathers side he must try to find a way to see his father again.

Drive
(2011)

Drive........me crazy
This movie made a screeching halt from a fast paced action thrill ride to a long slow quiet Sunday drive thats right This movie is just horrible with its long pause and almost no dialog. I think if you cut out all of the long pauses with no dialog you would have what is considered a "short film". Also the movie title implies that there is more "DRIVING". Don't get me wrong I was not looking for a gear head movie there is no type of movie I hate more then a gear head movie like the "Fast and the Furious franchise I can only pray that more people do. It make the same mistake I made by buying this movie before I renting it. Wait what am I saying this movie is not even worth borrowing from the library. Ryan Gosling is a great actor by I think the director did not do Ryanany favors by the lack of dialog in this movie. If you are think you want this movie I would strongly I courage you to rent it first.
