Reckless
(1984)

We're the kids of America whoa whoa
I love this movie when I saw it on cable back in 1985. It was dealt with normal suburban life rather than these kids had money and felt like they were snobs. I saw it as Randy had this hot chick Tracey and Tracey wanted something else - Johnny Rourke. I loved the soundtrack and I wish some of the songs were released. I do remember INXS, Kim Wilde and Romeo Void (who can ever forget that dance scene between Johnny and Tracey, making Randy so mad that he stopped dancing with Mary Pat). This was good that I myself was in high school that I saw this film and I thought it was charming. I liked that Tracey's brother actually liked Johnny, while Randy and Tracey's friends (Kathy, Mary Pat and Karen) did not like him. I also like the cast of the film.

Third Watch
(1999)

The show still rules on NBC for 5 seasons and counting on Monday nights
I know I was going to check out the show when I heard John Welles was doing which his shows are good and I am a fan of Eddie Cibrian (going back to his days from "The Young and the Restless"), which was another factor to draw me to watch this show and have to always let shows get time to develop about the characters, but I was hooked. The actors (besides Eddie and Michael Beach) I never knew of so it wasn't any big names but they pulled themselves as this group and it was never amateur.

The first season I liked and it did have a premise about how they all fit into the premise of the story, and I saw they changed in the second season where they formatted into taking 1 character each week and the story revolved around that character for the week so whatever character that wasn't focused always had something coming up. But it has become more of a show that I was surprised that lasted longer than I thought. Thank you NBC to keep this show because as they changed a lot of time slots I thought maybe this might be the last season (i.e. "Monday Night Football", "Everybody Loves Raymond", "Ally McBeal" (which it turned out to be the one that didn't get renewed as it was their last season)and now possibly "CSI Miami"). And besides its so good that 85% of the show is shot on location in NY that they have a lot of space to show it and despite what NY went through after 9/11. But only one thing I'm not over. "Why did they have to kill Alex Taylor?" Amy Carlson was one of my favorites on the show!!!!!

Passions
(1999)

A soap that is enjoyable to watch in the 21st Century
I never thought in a million years I would be able to watch this show as I remember it aired for its first episode, but after its first 3 years I got into it while I was vacationing in Los Angeles and got to work on it as an extra. After the long day of work, I actually checked out the episode I worked on and after that I got hooked. I worked on it after Timmy died and thought maybe Cracked Connie would be taking over and it was sad that she never got to showcase more work on the show, but I really enjoyed it. Its a soap thats out there and much different than "The Young and the Restless" (my favorite soap). But I really got into it and can reason why teens would watch the show. It can be like "Dark Shadows" and they try to explore more into reality than gothic stuff, but I enjoy it with the antics. But I ask that please please please let Sheridan & Luis get married and no more of her missing because I would love to see this couple have a chance of happiness together than her always missing. And I hope Simone gets someone who appreciates her.

10 Things I Hate About You
(1999)

Really talented actors who showcased there work in this film for Taming of the Shrew
I'm not much into teen flicks like I use to be because I always loved the teen films from the mid 70s to the late 80s but I actually wanted to check out this film and I was glad I did. I have to say Julia Stiles was such a raw talented actress in the film that I had to love Kat and her sister Bianca and I am glad that I could say that Julia was a delight to be casted in the role because I never saw her before that movie. I thought the cast really did a great job in there work, but I have to say that the one I really liked and she was so supporting was Susan May Pratt (Mandella), which I thought she stood out as the most gorgeous girl in the film. I hope to see more of Susan in films as more to come

Baywatch Nights
(1995)

A show that had action that was sometimes at the beach or away from the beach
I only watched the show when Eddie Cibrian joined and I liked it while it was around and seeing that Eddie was going to be the sidekick of the agency it was cool. But then they had the sci-fi stuff for its second season and the show was being focused mainly on David (which the show was his baby) and Angie and it was turning that Eddie was going to be the sidekick, because his character started from a photographer to a detective and instead of him carrying a camera he's carrying a gun, I wasn't enjoying it. That's how I started to lose interest. But it did have a good run. A shorter one than the actual "Baywatch".

Modern Girls
(1986)

Three Hot Chicks out on a Friday night!
Yum. These girls were sensational in this movie. This was the first time I would know of Virginia Madsen and Daphne Zuniga because I know of Cynthia Gibb ("Search for Tomorrow" and "Fame") but I saw this flick and I liked it so much. When I did catch this movie on cable, I remember living this kind of lifestyle at the time, (19 years old, going out on Friday nights to trendy clubs, didn't know what I wanted to do in my life as yet except to live), I did relate to these girls and what they wanted to get out in their lives going out barhopping. I had a lot of fun enjoying this film and the characters was so much different from each other. You had Cece - the attractive, bubblehead, red hair, (which that was an attractive shade of red on Cynthia), Kelly - the one who couldn't figure out what made her attracted by this sleazeball, dj, but couldn't get him out of her head and Margo - who was definitely the force in there lives. Long lives that life and when I saw this movie I was at that stage at that lifetime. (Now 33 yrs old). But who could ever forget the part of the WonderBread bus and the passengers mistaken Cliff as the rock star Bruno X or the food fight at the club, or the fight that took place in the fountain. And I have to say that it was a good thing that none of them was actually selfish with what they wanted like such as Margo pointed out to Cece that they went through hell just for you to dump them for Bruno X. But Margo went through with helping out her friend and roommate to look for Bruno. And it was good when Cece realized that she didn't want this lifestyle that Bruno was going to provide and make sure she was taken care of. It was when she realized that she was going to miss her friends if she took off with him and she stopped and realized that Kelly, Margo and Cliff was more important in her life than being with a publicized rock star. But it was a great film that I loved and was always hoping for a sequel to come out and see where their lives has taken them now. And who could forget the part when Cliff had to go after a limo only to be a bunch of Arabs with machine guns to follow them.

Night of the Comet
(1984)

Oh My God!!! The world is left with 2 gorgeous Valley Girls who survived!!!
I remember watching this film and I was aware of the two actresses from there days on being on soaps, but I thought it was cool. I mean Kelli in those cheerleading Valley Girl outfits was awesome. She didn't play this part as an empty headed Valley Girl. She was someone that just didn't like playing second best to her older sister Regina (Catherine Mary Stewart). I liked the part when Regina came home and found Samantha, which Samantha didn't realize they everyone was taken from the face of the earth. Or better yet when they went to the radio station and Samantha took over the airwaves that was funny. I liked when she responded back to "I wasn't expecting a phone call you know. I didn't take notes or something". And my favorite when they were at the department store and all the action that was going on. I still laugh when I think of Samantha throwing a television set and ran for her life when the stock boys was aiming at her and she told them they were a bunch of wimps. They couldn't hit at anything and used her advantage to beat up one of their accomplices. But it was a good campy film for the 80s.

Joy of Sex
(1984)

Virginal seniors strikes out
I remember checking out this movie because I remember Martha Coolidge's first film ("Valley Girl") and the recruits that she brought in for this film and this time having Cameron Dye and Michelle Meyrink (who were supporting players in "Valley Girl") really worked out well as leads (post "Valley Girl"). But the one that was really great was Colleen Camp in her role going undercover as a narc. I was glad Martha had casted Heidi Holicker (as you really couldn't say she was a spoiler as Candy as she was as Stacey in "Valley Girl") but I wish her role was bigger as well as the girl who played her best friend (Allison played by future ER star Connie Marie Brazelton). But it was cool for the 80's dealing with Reaganomics and something I liked as a teen back then.

Happy Birthday to Me
(1981)

A classic and not a campy film for me
I remember the movie when it was being released in the theaters and I was tooo young to see it but I caught it on cable a year later. I always liked Melissa Sue Anderson (from Little House on the Prairie days)and I was glad she was casted in this role as Virginia. It brought out all her tragedy in the film from losing her mother in that accident where her mother made sure she got out from being killed because of her bout of alcoholism to where you thought she could of been the one killing all her friends before her birthday reached then it turned out it was her best friend Anne who was responsible for all the killings. I myself thought it was Virginia till Virginia pulled off the mask and that was a thriller there and when Anne told her all the times that she tricked her as her best friend by looking like her, walked like her and even talked like her. Gosh they was suspense and kudos to Tracey Bregman who was so young at the time for her acting ability which is sometimes rare to find in actresses these days, where she still uses skills in her acting on "The Young and the Restless".

WKRP in Cincinnati
(1978)

A classic comedy
I was not into WKRP till after it was cancelled, but I did catch a rerun of it while it was still on the air (CBS). After I watch that episode I loved it that I couldn't wait till they run the show on syndication. I realized that this was such a laughable show that they were no characters on there that I all loved and laughed at. I loved Andy Travis's (Gary Sandy) hair do. His hair was so cool. And my personal favorite was Bailey Quarters (Jan Smithers). I have to say that Bailey was more beautiful than Jennifer Marlowe (Loni Anderson). She was so naturally beautiful. I liked Jennifer to but the only thing I had to say was that Loni's hair looked like a motorcycle helmet. I wish they would put a reunion with the original actors because when they came up with the new WKRP I did not like it. The original was the best thing.

Melrose Place
(1992)

"Might be looking for a 1 bedroom apartment at 4616 Melrose Place"
I remember watching the first episode (which was 90 minutes long) and remember all these people I never heard of (with the exception of Grant Show and Courtney Thorne Smith) and I liked it when it first came on with all the adventures that these 20 something year old characters. They didn't have money like "Beverly Hills 90210". They were adults making their lives. And it was typical like having a gay character (Matt which they never did much with) and a token black (Rhonda), all in this gang but it was interesting. I did like Sandy (Amy Locane) and I wish they kept her on as they can, because I did like Jo (Daphne Zuniga), then came along Amanda (Heather Locklear, an almost ageless beauty) who was cunning and shrew with almost all the characters. I loved Jane (Josie Bissett) and I was upset when her mean sister, Sydney (Laura Leighton), did all these things to her (I could never to that to an older sibling and get away with what she did). But it was good. It was the show to watch but it did get boring about how many times could Billy (Andrew Shue, a good looking but a BAAAAD actor) and Allison would get back together. I was glad that Allison put him out of her life and get together with Jake for a while. But I like the issues they had such as childhood abuse and alcoholism that Allison faced. But it was an interesting show. I like Kimberly (Marcia Cross) who went through heaven and earth to be with Michael (Thomas Calabro), only to find him someone after she died. That was sad. But then there was Brooke (Kristin Davis) who I liked as this spoiled little rich girl who snagged Billy away from Allison, married him and made all these mistakes but to wind up falling into the pool. (Anytime they had a cast photo by the pool, they all were there except for Brooke). But I also like Richard, (Patrick Muldoon) till he raped Jane, which was good that Jane was this strong minded character and became obsessive with Jake because of that. But when Taylor (Lisa Rinna, probably the best lips job in Hollywood) came on she spiced it up. Now Billy found love with Samantha (Brooke Langton) and Taylor was that warped lady obsessed with Peter (Jack Wagner). Since Taylor was so evil, she became my favorite. I liked the way she stood up to that she devil Sydney (who took an interest to Kyle (Rob Estes) and made her take her favorite painting out of her restaurant and auction it off. Taylor did wrong to Kyle, but Kyle was wrong by sleeping with Sydney before he found out about her affair with Peter. But the best was there was no more Sydney, because she was so annoying. It was good for a little time more but it was no more the same except for Lexi (Jamie Luner) who did things against Amanda and I always loved that last scene she had with Michael, who wanted to marry her in the pool and she turned him down and told him "You deserve better" - a man who did evil from the second season on could not meet his match. All this drama going on in 1 building or by a beachhouse I would definitely take a residency as a single person.

Knots Landing
(1979)

The nighttime soap that ran the longest
I got into Knots Landing during its 4th season and I didn't watch it when it first began and when primetime soaps were becoming an in thing I wasn't interested in "Knots Landing" mainly because of the title and because it didn't hold viewers like the other shows (i.e. "Dynasty", "Dallas" and "Falcon Crest", but after watching it I became totally hooked on this show. I like the structure of the show where they all lived on the same block and took place of their lives and who were sleeping (mainly Abby) with who. This was a soap opera and now that I think of that show it was more interesting than "Dynasty" (which a show I cannot stand to look at on SoapNet), "Dallas" and "Falcon Crest". I was glad that they didn't have to wear these $10,000 dress (the female characters that is). Nor they made themselves jokes for a drama. Because it was more of a realistic drama than the other nighttime shows. I like the topics of the characters such as Gary's alcoholism, Karen's addiction to painkillers and Olivia's abuse on drugs. These characters had real issues and it made the show more to look at. I did catch the reruns on cable and was amazed how much I missed out on such as Sid's car accident, Abby and Richard's affair, and Abby's affair with Gary. Abby was the best! She was better than Alexis Carrington and was more real. She was soft hearted when it came to her kids, but Abby was more interesting than Alexis on "Dynasty". I remember when they fazed out on Kenny, Ginger and Richard which was sad because I did like Kenny and Ginger. When they brought on Greg and Ben it was cool. One of the only characters that I didn't like was Diana Fairgate. I was so glad when the actress Claudia Lonow was gone. I was happy they brought back Lisa Hartman (Black)as Cathy Geary than her first stint (Ciji Dunne). But Cathy was boring. They could of gave Lisa a little better to do. Now when Jill came on I thought her and Mack would of got it on, but enter Gary who had it on. I love Teri Austin and thought she was so beautiful. But it was noted that the only way to get through Gary's heart is to get him past Val (who was so boring, but I did say Gary and Val always belong together and thank God that CBS allowed to keep the show on to put them back together for a couple of more seasons) but it was the best finale they ever had when Jill attempts to murder Val. (I always remember that one because I was in my senior year in high school when that happened). But Jill bit the DUST!!! I also like Paige and all about her when the show focused on her because she was this young heroine, that all the women was not a young spring chicken (Karen, Val, Laura and not Abby). But it worked out for the show. I did like her love scenes with Tom (Joseph Gian). But the show was geared to put her and Greg together which they had great chemistry!!!! But of course I loved it when Greg was together with Laura and I cried myself when Laura died and how was Greg going to get by without Laura. I thought of her as one of those special characters that was sympethetic, unselfish, classy lady and the producers should of did whatever to keep Constance McCashin on the show. But there is Karen (Michele Lee, who was the best actress on the show). Karen was so awesome. She had her moments like putting Abby in her place, like Greg (even sometimes she wanted to kill him). Karen was great!!! I also like the fact that Abby started out as a garage girl going after horny alcoholics and a sleazeball (Richard), affair with Senator Greg and that ambitious Peter Hollister who wound up dead. This show was so good that it ran for 14 seasons and I wish it was still around for another 14 seasons. Maybe CBS could do another special like it did over 6 years ago. The best primetime soap in history

Sunset Beach
(1997)

It still lives whether it is Sunset Beach, CA or Ludlow, KS
I remember I checked out the first episode of the show, I thought it was different (film, not tape) and I remember I wasn't impressed till I heard that Eddie Cibrian (one of my favorite actors) joined the show and I said maybe I check out the show and after that I got hooked. I was hoping somewhere NBC would keep the show on as of today but they cancelled it and I kind of figured that once Eddie was leaving to do "Third Watch" I said to myself goodbye Sunset. But it had some hilarious stories to watch and I love the cast. It was different for the 90s as well as up to date stuff like cyber romance, Annie's craziest fantasies, (which I am glad that NBC never cut the scene out that Annie fantasized that Sean and Caitlin walked on their mother in bed with Rose, the maid) and kudos to the crew for putting that structure of that story together and sticking by it when they knew they were going off the air. I miss the show, but thank God for VCRs which I taped most of the episodes. So I could say I still live back in Sunset Beach. Just wish they were newer episodes, that someday Aaron Spelling would do a miniseries of the show and show us what these characters are doing. I also had the laugh when Meg finally married Ben and she fell asleep and dreamed she was in Ludlow after all these years with the existing cast there. I want the show back.

Texas
(1980)

A show that should of stayed on the air much longer
I remember I got into "Texas" as one of the newest soap on the air back in 1981 and I thought it was a good show. Too bad it didn't do much for ratings when it was against "General Hospital" (which was the number 1 soap at the time) and "Guiding Light" which I particular liked this show and the cast and I thought it was so good when they did on location scenes and the sets which they were taping in a studio in Brooklyn, NY. I wish NBC gave it more time to find an audience for the show to continue on. But they were fans (like myself) were outraged when the show was cancelled and it only proved that viewers wrote to NBC to place their complaint and it was the most mail that NBC got at the time than any other show on the air daytime or primetime. (Too bad this show was not on the air on CBS which at the time CBS cancelled "Cagney and Lacey" only to prove they got letters of protest to reconsider them to put them back on the air). But I did enjoy the show and the characters and it will always be remembered for me of this show.

Charlie's Angels
(1976)

A chick show that guys love to watch every Wednesday night
I grow up watching the show when it first aired in 1976 and I was in the first grade and I loved it. I couldn't get enough of it at the time and I had a huge crush on Farrah Fawcett-Majors (maybe because she was a blonde and bubbly)and I like the action that took place back in the 70's. When she left I was terribly upset, but got use to Cheryl Ladd as her replacement. Too bad Kate Jackson didn't take a liking to her, because I thought they had got along off screen, which Kate knew Cheryl before Farrah and Jaclyn Smith when they worked on Satan School for Girls. I love the adventures and the action that centered around them, but I really was not a fan of Sabrina Duncan (or Kate Jackson), because I did say she was the least attractive and I always felt that the show revolved around Sabrina than Jill, Kelly or Kris (which I noticed after Kate was fired the show revolved around Kris, which I myself felt Cheryl was the better actress) but I did like the episodes and I always loved watching them in reruns. The episodes in the first season was always the best where I always like when they had to go on a cruise to investigate and each of them had a bomb to throw off the cruise and when they focused on each of them individually they hair was blowing into the wind except for Farrah's hair. It never moved. I liked the comedy she kind of provided for viewers to watch which had men keep watching more as her career took off way after the show.

The second season I did like the episode "The Sandcastle Murders", but the only con I could say about that episode it was really bad after Bosley (David Doyle) fired his gun to the bad guy, Dave Rossiter which he fell into the ocean, that they made Sabrina dive into the pier fully clothed to get him out, but from the back it was bad to say you could tell that it was a stunt double because the person from the back was wide, heavier and they never showed a close up on "Sabrina's athletic powers" (is what Bosley complimenting her to Charlie in the office after they wrap up the case). But I did like the show to take me into the third season, which Kate did wear to much makeup which I still found her to be the least attractive and did check into the fourth season with Shelley Hack. Now I had seen the episodes which I picked out "Avenging Angel" which was a great showcase for Jaclyn to portray and "Caged Angel" which is my favorite where Cheryl was locked up to investigate a case. But I did notice the show downslided and the new Angel Tiffany did not live up to any expectation. I can say Shelley did try her best but it only lasted for 1 season for her.

Now in Season 5 which I was a fifth grader at the time I remember hearing that "Charlie has a new Angel". I couldn't keep up with the changes and I thought it was ridiculous that a model left her career behind to now work as a private detective (not to mention any of the other recruits who looked like models than cops). But I checked out the Hawaii episodes and those were ok as they were a team. The look was in which all 3 girls (Kelly, Kris and Julie were all wearing bikinis and Bosley going topless) which I knew it was a gimmick for viewers to get back into the show with an unknown - Tanya Roberts, (which all of them were unknowns at the time except for Kate). The episodes were not bad, but it just had to be over soon. I did enjoy "Angels in the Deep" where they had Patti Darbanville as a guest who had zest and the 1 they had to have Kris and Julie go undercover as go-go dancers where Kelly is now the investigator (Bad because Jaclyn has more dancing experience on her resume than the other 2 actresses). But it had to be classy. I wish it could be the same about the film because seeing Jaclyn in a cameo appearance, I wish she could be in it and show the other 3 (Drew, Cameron and Lucy) how it should be done. But when the show was cancelled I didn't know if I was upset or what. But there is cable which could rerun the show and I could be entertained by it.

Search for Tomorrow
(1951)

The Search isn't over
I remember when I first watched soaps in 1981 I remember I wanted to see what the oldest soap (at the time "Search for Tomorrow" was the oldest soap on the air)was like. I liked what I saw and I got hooked on the show but I never understood a show like that was only stayed a half hour where most soaps aired for an hour. I watched it when it was in its last few months on CBS and it had a good thing going on location to Hong Kong with Travis (Rod Arrants, who had a quality of Luke Spencer) and his wife Liza (Sherry Mathis, later Louan Gideon) and they were the super couple of the show. I was glad that NBC picked up the show after CBS cancelled it and gave it a few more years to live. I did like the teenagers scene, Wendy (Lisa Peluso) and Suzi (Cynthia Gibb, then Elizabeth Swackhamer and Terri Eoff)and I thought the show was good. Of course the best was Stephanie (Marie Cheatham). She was the best character they had in Henderson, USA. The only problem this show had was that they had a constant turnover of executive producers and writers that the show got lost with viewers. I did remain true to the show till it got cancelled. But I liked it and was glad to be a fan to a soap that lasted for 35 years. It still lives on and the search isn't over.

Valley Girl: 20 Totally Tubular Years Later
(2003)

Oh my God there back in action (Valley Girl)
I've just finished watching the DVD and it was a real treat for me to see and waiting for 20 years it is certainly worth it and the worthy of the talents from the writers, Martha Coolidge, Nicholas Cage, Elizabeth (E.G.) Daily, Michael Bowen, Cameron Dye, Heidi Holicker (my favorite), Collen Camp, Frederic Forrest and Lee Purcell (who looks fabulous). I can't forget The Plimsouls and Josie Cotton. This was a real treat for me to see again and behind the scenes of the film and for those who are fans of the film and the cast I would suggest owning a copy on DVD

Square Pegs
(1982)

The show that was never a one hit wonder
I remember being in 7th grade when this show came out and I felt like I've got a glimpse of high school for me with these characters. I loved it and I was so mad when CBS cancelled it after 1 season. I felt like I could relate to these characters and said that I will probably run into these kind of students when I would get into high school. But this show did it for me with the scripts they had and I did pick out my favorite episode was when Muffy (Jami Gertz, who was amazingly beautiful and one of the funniest) had a party and did not want to invite Patty and her gang and the plot in the script worked out very well. I also like the one when Marshall bought a love detector and try to enter it in the science fair and try to prove to Lauren that she was in love with him and it turned out to cause a chaos in school. It was a wonderful show for me to watch and my favorite was Vinnie Pasetta (Jon Caliri) who was the Italian stallion going out with the empty head stuck up popular Valley Girl, Jennifer, which I was hoping he dumped her for Patty when they were casted in the high school play, which I thought that would of been the kiss of death for the character, Jennifer and the show itself. But this is one show I really enjoyed as a teenager and as of this day I was so sorry it lasted for only one season. I have the episode on video for the last 12 years when USA network showed them so that is a collectors item for me.

The Edge of Night
(1956)

An addicted soap that went well for a crowd for teenagers and men
This was one true soap I got into as a kid due to my older sister that was pregnant with her first child that she use to watch this show and I was home one day with her and The Edge of Night was on. I remember how that crafted this murder of a gigolo who got killed and his lover, Raven, was accused of the murder and I thought it was good written and acting that I started watching the show as my afternoon entertainment for its last 4 and a half years on the air. When the news came out that it was being cancelled, I was completely devastated and could not find another show that was so intriguing to watch again for daytime. Days of our Lives could not do it for me. I hope someday that a film or a DVD comes out for a suspense of the show and what happened to its characters that were present on the show or maybe Soapnet could put something together as well as many fans which devastated more of the fans than anything else.

The Young and the Restless
(1973)

Always a favorite show of mine
I remember when I first tuned into The Young and the Restless when I was 12 years old at home sick I got sucked into the characters of Lorie Brooks Prentiss, Leslie, Lance, Lucas, Snapper & Chris Brooks Foster and I invested into these characters then within less than a year they were all gone. I was devastated. It took time to get into the Abbotts & the Williams but I stayed true to this story than I have now. It is 21 years later and that is the only show that I am still hooked on. I grow up watching this show and it always fascinates me that there are always good stories which they are realistic for me and not much of a fantasy like other soaps. This was one true show that I would change my schedule around when I was in college. There was 3 semesters that I did nothing but watch Y&R when Nina was married that psycho David Kimble and had a beautiful mistress named Diane Westin (Devon Pierce, the most beautiful actress that I ever thought that appeared on Y&R). When that story was over I was once again devastated and picked up quickly with the other stories that was playing. That was probably my favorites storyline amongst with other favorite storylines like when Katherine blackmailed Jill, Jill's shooting, the transformation of Nina, the baby switch of Lauren's baby, Lauren and Sheila storyline, Victor's resurrection, Nick/Sharon/Matt/Amy storyline, the revelation to Danny that Daniel Jr. was not his son, Nikki's shooting, Diane's (Jenkins) plot to destroy Phyllis, Leanna plot to destroy Ashley and Victor and of course the best storyline is Katherine and Jill. Now if they were not on the show itself would be boring. But I love Y&R and I watch it every day.

Valley Girl
(1983)

One of my favorite teen movies of the 80s
I remember seeing this film when I was 13 years old and I fell in love with it and I was a big fan of the film and the characters I adored. My favorite character was Stacey (Heidi Holicker), because she made me laugh when she showed no interest in Fred (Cameron Dye) who really liked her and I was hoping that in the end that they would get together then her boring boyfriend, Ralphie (Christopher Murray)because he ignored her and hung out with his friends. I love the cast and the story. I always love the part when Fred try to get together with Stacey, and I always remember when he chased her around the car. But it was so good. I'll always remember cherish that in my teen years. Now that I am 33 years old and I picked up my copy on DVD and will look forward seeing it.
