The Boys: Herogasm
(2022)
Episode 6, Season 3

Actually found myself air punching...
What an episode, this series just keeps getting better. The action moments on this episode had me out of my seat.

The only thing that scares me is that it might end!

Ghostbusters: Afterlife
(2021)

The best cr@p I have seen in years!
Absolutely loved this film. For anyone seeking a deep plot, method acting or a twist, please do not see this film. It is basically a perfectly sweet tribute to the cult that is the 80's ghostbuster films abs ultimately a tear jerking eulogy to the wonderful Harold Ramis.

Thank you Jason Reitman, it's just what I needed.

Outer Banks
(2020)

Ignore the pedantic whiners
This programme is as good as it gets when it comes to a modern day treasure hunt. It's like the Goonies 2021.

Anyone moaning about the age of the kids or the constant slip ups needs to get a life. This is simple and pleasurable viewing which can be enjoyed by a teenager as much as a forty something.

If you take life seriously and need every equation to add up then this is not for you.

The Sopranos
(1999)

Anyone not giving this show 10/10 deserves to be given the Tony Soprano treatment!
Anyone not giving it 10/10 deserves to be given The Tony Soprano treatment!

TV has finally been perfected!

Coming 2 America
(2021)

If you like the first you'll like the second...
Anyone overthinking the review if this movie did not get the first one. Sure the story is a bit thin and cliched but it is a pleasant reminder of how the original became forgettably iconic.

Worth a watch.

Ted Lasso: Two Aces
(2020)
Episode 6, Season 1

Best one yet
Bend it like Bekham meets Cheers. Clever, funny, charming!

Ted Lasso
(2020)

I never want it to end...
The highlight of my week. Everything about this should not work but it is perfectly brilliant in the way it charms. This is how TV should be!

Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood
(2019)

Incredibly difficult to watch with little reward
I love Tarantino movies. Not this. I made it though 1 hour 40 before giving up. I was given nothing. Might finish it one day but others tell me it is confusing unless you happen to know the true Sharon Tate story which I did but did not connect with this story. It might be me!
