Master Sergeant Brandon Beckett (Chad Michael Collins) is a Marine sniper. He joins Kate Estrada (Danay García) and her team in Colombia on a mission to take out cartel leader Jesús Morales. They get ambushed by a bomb and attacked by cartel sniper El Diablo. There is a mole at their end.
This has two snipers played by Billy Zane and Tom Berenger from previous films. The most compelling part of this movie may be the Colombian streets. Mostly, this is a B-movie action series and nothing in this says otherwise. There is some fine action with good explosive work. The writing is subpar. The acting is passable. This is borderline. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

Gary Bloom (Adam Scott) is trying to connect with his new young stepson Lucas after marrying the boy's mother Samantha (Evangeline Lilly). Evidence builds that Lucas could be the Anti-Christ who will bring about the Apocalypse.
Writer/director Eli Craig is definitely pulling some stuff from Edgar Wright. That's perfectly fine as long as it works. I love Tucker and Dale vs Evil. In this one, Eli is tackling The Omen. Adam Scott is doing his standard everyday guy character and that's fine for the straight guy lead. This needs someone with more comedic touch than Evangeline Lilly. She's a hottie, but mostly dramatic. The boy is the boy. I'm still not sure how or why Gary gets buried. Maybe I missed that. This is marginally funny at times, but there isn't enough for this to be great.
