The Crown: Gelignite
(2016)
Episode 6, Season 1

Car, Townsend ... Waiting ... Tick, tick ... Tick. Bon Voyage.
Instant classic.

"Car, Townsend ... Waiting ... Tick, tick ... Tick. Bon Voyage." - Alan "Tommy" Lascelles

Tommy is perfectly portrayed, and probably my favourite character from the whole series.

One could only imagine, if Tommy was the Private Secretary to the Queen during the Camilla times, he'd definitely have sent her far far away.

Whoever wrote the script and dialogue for this series truly deserve a standing ovation from the public.

One of the most shocking scene was when Peter Townsend addressed the Queen as Lilibet during the flight, and the Queen didn't react to it, but later, gave permission to Tommy to do the necessary. I somehow think that Elizabeth felt disrespect.

Space Jam: A New Legacy
(2021)

Absolute Garbage - And that's an understatement.
I get it, LeBron is a superstar, no doubt.

But his acting in this movie is absolute garbage.

The best part of the entire movie was the Michael Jordan part. I'm not going to spoil it for those of you who wants to watch it, but let me warn you, don't waste your time.

I want my 2 hours of my life back.

Captain Marvel
(2019)

Most Mediocre MCU to Date
The story was bad. Captain Marvel is basically Marvel's response to Superman. She's just that powerful. But watching the movie itself, I couldn't engage myself much in the movie. It's like ... 30 minutes into the movie, it doesn't keep me wanting to know what happens next. It failed to engage me. The screenplay was very shaky and blurry during all the CGI action parts, making me believe that they were trying to save budget on making the CGI look good.

I also thought the main character "Captain Marvel" was a miscast. I didn't quite like DC's Wonder Woman, as I thought Gal Gadot wasn't muscular enough, and she didn't have the body to play the Amazonite Princess. But at least, her expressions in the movie were alright. Brie Larson looked like she didn't care about playing her character, and at some point, her expression looked exaggerated.

The whole movie looked like it was forced in to fill in the void left by the Avengers Infinity War's Post Credit scene.

The only thing worth watch were probably the 2 scenes (1 mid credit, and 1 post credit). Otherwise, the rest felt like a waste of potentially a good movie.

Shame on Disney / Marvel for this movie.

The Foreigner
(2017)

Best Jackie Chan Movie in a Long Long Time
Was a huge fan of his movies made earlier in his career. Lately, most of his movies had been nothing but disappointment, until The Foreigner.

Jackie Chan isn't young anymore, but he was able to show that he still have some juice left.

Pure action, his stunt trademarks, and not too much of CGI (unlike recent movies where poor CGI effects really spoilt the films).

I will not spoil it for you, just got watch it, and you'll not regret it.
