Big Little Lies was excellent, a bit soapy, but with a well developed story with interesting & complex characters that was very well acted. Ever since then, Kidman has starred in series that have become progressively worse, but I'm not sure one can get worse than The Perfect Couple.
I don't want to get into too much detail, but literally everyone is cartoonishly awful in this story, I'm not sure if it was supposed to be a comedy, but I laughed hard enough for it to be. (My laugh lines were visible, but I can't say the same for a few of the female leads.) The dance number every episode? Why? Just why? I'm trying to understand how renowned actress Nicole Kidman thought "This sounds great! Sign me on!"
I could have answered you as to who committed the murder within the first episode, but Netflix decided we needed to suffer through 5 more episodes of watching terrible rich people. I would recommend watching The White Lotus or Big Little Lies if that tickles your fancy.
