Confusing

This movie has the most ridiculous dialogue. It was like walking into the middle of a conversation about something you never heard of and people you don't know. And that never changed.

Lift tickets

I just watched this again because it makes me nauseous and on the edge of my seat. However it always gets me about the bribe. Okemo charges $15 for a lift ticket. In 2009 it was $8 If they said "we should've bought tickets earlier since they run out so fast" would have made more sense than "we saved money" Three tickets would've cost $45

Also those lifts (in the upgraded area) need a ticket since they won't run if that isn't skewed in Just sayin

Any teen agers out there reading this

I know this is for reviews but I am hoping that someone in the age group that this is targeted at read this. I.lost 2 nephews 2 brothers before they even finished high school they committed suicide or so we think. (it was a small town , a well known family , so the police did little mainly because they didn't want to). And the boys did it at 2 different times. so just in time for us to finally start seeing the light of our pain when Joshua did it Justin turn around and started it all over again. I have had dialogue with many young adults since then and I decided to open this up I wanted to see if maybe I'm right about how I would handle this.

When hannah's photo was sent to everyone at her school how painful was that? You would think that somebody besides clay would have reacted very strongly to what those boys did to her rather then blame her for the outcome. I guess it's gonna go on forever. But I asked what would have happened if she would have used the words on the tape and texted that to everyone that got those pictures. She should have told that horrible kid "that was my first kiss and you ruined it . Something that is part of a persons memory they will always think about fondly you turned into a nightmare. it was just a kiss for me but for you it looks like a fabrication of something else."

They said that definitely would have redirected their attention away from Hannah , but they followed up with "wow that would have been great but we just don't think like that on the fly." Which again leads me to give the advice of maybe you should sit back and think before you start texting stuff period

First Netflix that needs to add back the social media aspect of reviewing titles

Having said that this particular episode is crazy. Main focus of this episode beyond the fact that our protagonist seems to be in hot water with everybody is the principle of a local school has some unseemly ideas about how to discipline children and the general position is stop. I don't care how many teachers say he's just doing it because he's a good guy or how many parents say no big deal, if even ONE parent says it is a big deal it needs to stop! If the FBI comes in and tells you to stop it REALLY TRULY needs to stop.

I was in elementary school during the period covered here and even then that behavior would have just been too creepy for words. But truly the bottom line is if you are working for a company and they ask you to stop doing something, and their customers request that you stop doing something, if you don't stop doing it you're gonna be fired. Whether it's an oil company or a school, that is a reasonable outcome to expect. Of course film school 101 tells us that this guy is going to evolve into something far worse but just on the off chance that he doesn't does not validate him at all.

Kristin Scott Thomas did not play William's wife. as a matter of fact, she wasn't even in the film. this film is definitely one of my all time favorite movies. i don't know how many times i have seen it, but i still find new things. Samantha Morton always delivers. this movie is something to pay attention to because we are heading down this road. however, genetic testing could be done to make certain that even if they were related, they did not carry the genes that would cause defects. there is a Jewish tribe that has a lineage of inbreeding and except for TA Sachs's the children are of superior health and intelligence. the only time incest of this nature (where neither person actually knew each other prior to the 'coupling) is an issue is where introducing one set of genes from one parent would not cause problems but if both have the defect then yes, it would be advisable to not let the intimacy occur.
