Jobs
(2013)

A summer film taking us back to school...
Jobs: A messed up, want to be masterpiece. It was boring. I ended up on my phone. I was excited to see it, but it was honestly nothing like it looked like. I wasn't good, at all. It was anger, then stupidity, and it was completely a movie that you would zone off with. I say Ashton Kutcher only got the part based of of his looks, you would be so surprised how much they look alike. And he gets so much anticipation from so many other movies he has worked on. I like him, but this was not him. He is good, but not for this movie. And despite the fact that I was bored, I was waiting for when the iPod, and the reactions to it, and the iPhone, and iPad, but I sat through boredom waiting for nothing to come. And where was pixar? I mean, it is about Steve Jobs, not Apple Inc.! If people like the movie what would they say about it to there friends..."It was great! I saw all of his anger issues! That is it!" Yipee for Jobs. I really think Steve Jobs is a genius but this does not capture his true self. And what everyone wants to see. A summer film is taking us back to school with all his history when we just want to see iPhones. I was pretty excited in the beginning when he introduced the iPod, then before I know it he gets high on drugs and gets his girlfriend pregnant. It is not a drama movie!

Do not watch Jobs. It is a waste of money.

We're the Millers
(2013)

Hilarious!! Must see!
Okay, honestly, my chest was hurting so much after this movie. Everyone had a great performance, each standing out specifically. Jason Sudeikis, he was hilarious. He was the perfect part for that role, and it fit so well with him have Jennifer Aniston as his "wife". There two kids, Kenny and Casey did unbelievable. On rotten tomatoes, this got a 47, but people are always looking at the downside if there is any. A person that would want to enjoy a movie like this wouldn't have to be such a critic. Yes, it was partly stupid, but there was a brightside! If you want a good laugh, this is a very high recommendation, and the funniest film I've ever seen.

The Purge
(2013)

It was great, but...
Being honest, I loved the movie, but it totally copied other movies. Also, to me, I expected it to be 100 times more scary than it was.

Starting off, I want to bring up the film The Strangers, the 2008 film staring Liv Tyler. In the film, it is about a couple being invaded by 3 people in masks. This film, 20 people in masks invading a home...it was very similar. We all knew what was going to happen, especially the people who have seen many scary movies, or even better The Strangers, which copied the entire vibe.

Second, it did not reach my scary expectations. I am a scary movie fanatic, and when I saw this, it was a great storyline, just not scary. You know when people say "Don't judge a book by its cover", well, in my words, "Don't judge a movie by its trailer", in terms of scariness in this film.

I know this is my opinion, and you may disagree with it, but if you want to see the movie, go and see it. I want to see what you think of it. Was it scary, or was it not?

Thanks always.

Sam & Cat
(2013)

MUCH better than I had expected!
For all of the haters, you are probably adults rating a TV show which is not fair.

Sam and Cat, the spin off from the two popular nick shows, iCarly and Victorious, comes this. Cat Valentine, a sweet, young, dumb, funny girl soon turns out to be Sam Pucket's, a funny, wild, crazy girl's roommate. They become unofficial babysitters in their apartment trying to make money. Plot: 88/100 (for first episode)

The first episode was not the best. It was better then I expected, but was not as good as it is now. Plot: 100/100 (for any episode but first)

Obviously, their have been different things added in. With guess stars as far as reuniting some characters, showing Kel from the famous 90's show "Kenan and Kel", and my favorite, Goomer. The plots have gotten wilder, the stories have gotten funnier, and the level of excitement increased by 1,000,000 miles. These girls are truly amazing together. Guess stars rate : 97/100

The acting in this show is average. It was the same level of acting as it was when they each did their previous shows. Jennette Mccurdy was always a favorite of mine in iCarly. Ariana Grande was my favorite character in TV history. She was funny, loud, and crazy. Ariana is also an amazing singer (just putting that out there). Acting: 90/100

Lastly, the writing. Honestly, the jokes in this show are amazing. The writing is well planed out, and honestly, I don't think the writers could have done it better. The emotion is so well done, I can't take it. Writing: 100/100

In conclusion, the show Sam and Cat is truly spectacular. Dan Schnider has given his best effort, and has definitely succeeded. Overall, Sam and Cat has 95/100 (A+) and is an excellent show. Watch it.

Furious 6
(2013)

The Best One Yet!
Yes, I am aware of the fact I have written "The Best One Yet!" and only gave it a seven out of ten. Yes, I loved the movie but it did not exceed all my expectations.

The length, well, it was very long. I wouldn't be bothered about the length but this film did not amaze me, and I wasn't prepared to see more.

The plot. I liked it, but there was a flaw. Yes, it was about cars and racing, but unlike all the other ones, this had the least of it. It definitely shouldn't have been titled "Fast and Furious 6", it should be "Chasing Shaw", which includes a hint of cars, but the main idea of this film.

The acting. It was good. But, it didn't make me feel like I was there, to be honest, I felt the only scenes that blew my mind were the very visual ones that included stunts, action, or humor, but otherwise I felt it was to..to self-centered on the plot, (MUCH different than what I expected) where the characters weren't able to do what they were meant to, and it made a big impact on the movie.

In conclusion, Fast & Furious 6 was an outstanding film with some flaws that definitely effect my opinion, but yet I do encourage you to see the film yourself. Most people liked it much more than I did, and with the box office total just for the past few days, I think that you would like it as well as mostly everyone else.

Oblivion
(2013)

Great settings and imagination...but the movie?
Yesterday, I went to go see Oblivion. I thought I was going to see more, and in some ways I did, but, in some I did not. The settings in this movie were phenomenal, and it had better acting then I expected. It really hit heart in the ending. But, I honestly thought this movie was to slow, WAY to long, a little boring, and 100% confusing. Toward the end I started to take guesses at when it was going to end. Their was always a perfect spot to end the movie, but instead, they add on 15 more ongoing minutes that waisted my time. The ending definitely could've been better, although it was very deep. It was just how the plot worked and how everything was just all over the place you just lost focus and were not able to pay attention. As much as I want to say I loved it, or even liked it, all I can say is it's okay.

Oblivion is a fresh new idea that you may like for sci-fi fans (although I am one) and do encourage you to see this movie.

Oz the Great and Powerful
(2013)

The Most Unbelievable Settings, and an Amazing Story and Acting Too
All I can say is wow. This film is amazing. I thought I was in to see little film achievement, but this film blew me away. Along with the plot, the acting was amazing. But the glue that held this movie tighter than all was the creative imagination and setting. I felt like I was in the world that Oz (James Franco), Theodora (Mila Kunis), Evanora (Rachel Weiz), and Glenda (Michelle Williams) was in. There was one problem. James Franco, an amazing actor, did not fit the movie right. It was not meant for him. I thought his acting was good, just his appearance made the movie somewhat weirder. Many say that the beautiful Mila Kunis was a mis-cast, and I love all her work. The reason why people did not like her is because she tends to play in more inappropriate movies, and do an outstanding job. She doesn't have as much pizzaz in this film, but she did good to me. But other than that, it was unbelievable. The plot was not boring, it was suspenseful. Some scenes pop out at you, and you might even jump off your seat! My eyes widened, and every new scene made you want to know what was going to happen. My favorite parts (not giving any spoiler alerts) was the tornado scene as seen in the trailer, and when Oz enters the world. Watching this movie did not waist the expensive tickets and snacks you pay for, it was worth more than anything you bought at the theater. The Beginning:On-Going and Great; The Middle: Creative and Amazing; The Ending: Suspenseful, Eye Popping, Jaw Dropping moments that are unbelievable. Please, if you see this...grab some money and head on to the movie theater. You will be in for a surprise.

Deception
(2013)

Who Killed Vivian Bowers?
A cliffhanger. A murder. A question...no answer. Meagan Good stars in Deception, a murder mystery "game" trying to find out who killed Vivian Bowers. The acting, writing, directing, and editing are amazing. Every episode is a new clue...a new secret yet to be unlocked. All the actors are unbelievably talented. They have a way of making the show what it is. It is something about them that would make the dream role come to life. The way the show works is crazy. How one clue goes into another. How everyone creates drama and somehow ends it...in a scary conclusion. The one problem every viewer is trying to solve is Vivian Bowers murderer. Now getting into the plot of the show...the storyline starts with Vivian have someone approach her car and she lets him/her in (I know who got in but that doesn't mean that person murdered her...or maybe that person did). The next morning, Vivian is found dead in a motel room. Joanna, Vivian's best friend going up heres the news of the tragedy. Her old partner, Will, happen to tell her the news. Now, Joanna finds out secrets about this 10 billion dollar family, and is never safe. They used to work together in the F.B.I. After a while Joanna moves to San Francisco and is a cop. Will tells her to go undercover wearing a wire and stay in the house. Joanna grew up there because her mom was a housekeeper for the family, and she lived there. Through the sadness, Joanna goes undercover trying to find out who "murdered" her. Murdered is in quotations because apparently she died of a drug overdose which may not be true. Vivian had many bruises and cuts when she was found dead. Joanna discovers that she is never safe while surrounded by this 10 billion dollar family. They are one of the richest family's in the world, and seem ordinary...but they have a dirty history full of information that can lead us to the murderer. "To find the truth...she'll become a lie"

Brave
(2012)

An amazing achievement in animation.
History went down after I saw the Disney and Pixar animated film Brave. Kelly McDonald did amazing... and same as the rest. A beautiful ending was shown in the movie, and a definite wild ride through folktales and more. I enjoyed every second and I got to notice that Merida (Kelly McDonald) has a piece of everyone in her family. Her Dad's Bravery, Mom's beauty, and a definite for Hamish, Hubert, and Harris's trouble. I laughed and sat watching the whole thing with mixed emotions. I expected it to be worse but now I see how Merida notices that family is King, and the bravest journeys are not taken alone, your family is still there in your heart. Just let me ask you one question... If you had the chance to change your fate... would you?

House of Anubis
(2011)

One thrilling mystery...one you need to unravel...one show.
House of Anubis. One word...amazing! I love a good mystery and each new episode I can't wait because the story has unexpected twists. It is a good show to watch alone, so basically an independent, thrilling, romance, comedy. I end up in my chair on the edge laughing with a stunned face (for romance), and shaking all at the same time. If you miss an episode, you can always watch it again on the internet because you want to know what happens. Great acting, great stories, great laughs, great watching, but most of all, it is definitely a great, great, great unraveling mystery. Watch Nickelodeon's show House of Anubis.

The Exorcist
(1973)

Scariest film ever... not!
Story... okay. Acting... okay. Scariest film of all time and nothing can ever beat it... not at all. I thought the best part of the whole movie was Linda Blair's acting. The worst part was the grossness throughout the whole film. I think that is why people rave that The Exorcist is the scariest film ever made, but in my opinion, I think it is one of the grossest films ever made. If you are in for a good scare don't see this movie it's two and a half hours of boringness that isn't worth wasting your time on. I thought some parts were really funny because of what the devil was saying but that and Linda Blair's acting was it. Ellen Burstyn did not so good. Don't see this movie.

Jessie
(2011)

Bad Reviews...Think Again.
Disney Channel's show Jessie is by far one of my favorite shows. It is very funny, and has a lot f great acting. It is very clever and has a brand new amazing storyline's every new episode. Debby Ryan, Skai Jackson, Peyton List, Karan Brar, Cameron Boyce, and Kevin Chamberlin all did fantastic acting. All of these bad reviews are all full of lies. They probably haven't watched a whole episode, and watched a preview. Funny, thrilling, and more! Watch Disney Channels original show Jessie, with amazing acting, stories, and laughs! After all, the best actress/actor is Debby Ryan, and I'm not saying that because she is the main main character, but she is funny and caring to all of the people on set. Jessie everyone!

That's My Boy
(2012)

Unbelievably Horrible!
Sandler...have you lost your mind! Two horrible films in a row:Jack and Jill, and there triplet That's My Boy... the worst of them all. I am a big Adam Sandler movie fan (Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison, ext.), and putting a wig on Sandler and making him act drunk is just going to make bumps in his career. The two directors must be very dumb because some of the greatest actors (Adam Sandler, Andy Samburg, Katie Holmes, Al Pacino.) have now become not as great. Making Al Pacino bad is the worst thing you can ever do, and the director of Jack and Jill...congratulations! You are the worst director on earth. I hated the movie and had one only one laugh. I had more laughs watching Elmo. Don't see the movie it's bad.

Hugo
(2011)

Book was better by 1000 miles, but still a great film.
I always knew that books were better than movies (except when I saw The Hunger Games, which was tied with the book), but I had a part of me thinking thinking the movie will be better. I sat through the whole movie, with one thing in my head... the book is 1000 miles better. It was still an achievement. Martin Scorsese, one of the best directors in the world still made Hugo a good story, but the book had a better one. I expected a better story, but I had the same thought about four people. Asa Butterfield, Chloe Grace Moretz, Ben Kingsley, and Sacha Baron Cohen. They were the best part of the film, that was the biggest achievement.

After all, Martin Scorsese's Hugo, based on the book by Brian Selznick was a copied drawing drawn on a fresh piece of paper, but the original drawing was a lot better.

Avatar
(2009)

Okay... I guess.
I didn't get the chance to see this in theaters, and I saw the amount of money it made, so I got it on DVD. It was okay. Was it worth the money, sorta. Was it the best movie and deserved to make 2 billion dollars in box office....not at all. I don't understand why many people were so interested in this movie. Was it because Cameron's Titanic, one of the best movies ever made, plus and amazing directer was also directing this movie. Well, it doesn't really fall into those hands. Movies are about the story, and what makes you interested. I liked it, but some parts were slow. Cameron, you need to step up your game, not with a movie like this, and don't put out Titanic in 3D, that makes me think that you're poor again.

After all, James Cameron's film Avatar was an crumpled up piece of paper with an amazing drawing on it...showing that the movie is okay.

Jack and Jill
(2011)

Razzie Awards.. be prepared.
The Razzie Awards is an award show for terrible movies, and I new from the first minute, this movie was going to have little laughs, and a horrible storyline. Jack and Jill, both played by Adam Sandler is usually good, but in this movie, went beyond the line with horrible acting. It was absolutely horrible, but I rate it a 3 because of the little laughs I had throughout the movie. Adam Sandler, Katie Holmes, Nick Swardson, the famous Al Pacino, David Spade and more, a stacked cast did horrible. About Al Pacino, the most famous and best actor in the world did horrible, the worst in the movie. The writer and directer made Pacino look horrible, they made Pacino look like the worst actor ever. Pacino shouldn't have accepted the role, he is more for thriller, horror, and sci fi movies. Come on Pacino, think! You're losing your mind as you grow older.

After all, Jack and Jill was being used with amazing utensils, but turned out to be a horrible drawing with a horrible artist.

Just Go with It
(2011)

Just go to it!
I cried my eyes out sitting in the theater seeing the Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston movie Just Go With It. Outstanding acting, incredibly funny jokes, and a very accurate rating for a PG- 13 rating. Not a kids movie, I recommend taking 8 and up, but parents will cry there eyes out. Razzie Awards, the awards for bad movie, take what you said back! This movie is an original! It is hilarious, and romantic. Storyline, amazing. Acting, great. Jokes, better than both two combined. Go see the movie if you just want to laugh, cry (if you're super sensitive), and learn the things never to say to your kids.

After all, Just Go With It is an original piece of paper with a funny, good drawing on it.

Spy Kids
(2001)

I would've never expected what I saw.
When I saw this movie, I immediately was pulled in and obsessed. The trailers made the movie look bad, so I decided, no I shouldn't see it. Then on rotten tomatoes, I saw 93% which is a great amount. I decided to see it, and I loved it. For anyone who is uncertain about seeing this movie, go for it. It is an original, unexpected journey, that you can see repeatedly, and will not get bored. I think the best part of this movie is... the storyline, and the acting. Outstanding roles from Alexa Vega, Daryl Sabara (Carmen and Juny), and any other actor/actress in the movie. I recommend any parents to go take there kids to this movie.

After all, Spy Kids is an original, first one out of the package piece of paper that sucks you in, making you stare at the drawing all day.

Karigurashi no Arietti
(2010)

An unexpected talent.
I saw shorter commercials of The Secret World of Arrietty in commercials, not the story at all. I saw the whole trailer, and got interested. The movie has a different story in the longer commercial. I saw the movie, and I was sucked in. Great voices for each of the characters, great characters, amazing storyline, great directing, everything all added up to an unexpected movie, journey, and a beautiful ending. I would've never expected a movie like that. I just think it should be PG. It would have a bigger success that way, despite how it made 145 million off a 23 million budget. Watch this movie!

The Secret World of Arrietty is a fresh piece of paper with a brand new, never before seen drawing on it.

Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol
(2011)

Best one yet, but predictable.
I saw all 4 Mission Impossible's, but this one was the best. Tom Cruise did an amazing job as well as the others, but the first second I heard the Mission, it's obvious that you know what will happen. Just like superman, he saves the day! I would have rated it higher, but all I would add is more clues that lead up to who the person is. It would keep you hanging, and I love that. So in a sentence, Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol is a very intelligent action, adventure movie that is very predictable. I hope you agree, but if you think different, than that is your opinion, and I am fine with that. But, this is my review, and I hope you respect it.

Super 8
(2011)

I Loved It from beginning to end
This movie was my favorite movie, I watched it 39 times (I counted) and I still loved it. I love this movie, and I recommend you watch it for thrilling scenes, action, and humor and acting, amazing acting. This J.J. Abrams and Steven Spielberg movie had me in my seat, watching while trying to find the truth. If you want to know the best scene, the train crash was very realistic, and throughout the whole movie, you feel like you are in it. This is my 2 favorite recommendation to anyone. My first was The Hunger Games.

After all, Super 8 was a fresh piece of paper with an amazing drawing on it.

The Hunger Games
(2012)

I Was "Hungry" for More
Although the movie was unlike the book in some ways, the movie blew me away. I bet many of these reviews would be much better if there was no book, although the book is amazing. I was left hanging when the games started, and even though the beginning was a little slow, it was very nice to see how Katniss changes throughout and how once quiet, now brave and strong. Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Lenny Kravitz, Woody Harleson, Willow Shields, Liam Hensworth, Elizabeth Banks, Issabele Furman, Alexander Ludwig and the rest of the cast did an amazing job. But the person who stood out the most was Jennifer Lawrence. She did amazing acting and did as well as she did in the movie Winters Bone. If you want a good movie, get some money and go see The Hunger Games...my top movie.

After all, The Hunger Games was a fresh piece of paper with outstanding never before seen drawings on it. This movie is worth the money.

Jessie: Romancing the Crone
(2012)
Episode 12, Season 1

Amazing!
The episode was hilarious! I had a lot of laughs throughout the episode. Debby Ryan did great acting, as well as Skai Jackson, Karen Brar, Peyton List, and Cameron Boyce. If any of you want to know what the episode is about, it's about how Jessie loses a tiara that was very valuable to the Ross parents. Jessie drops it over the terrace of the Ross penthouse, and it lands in Ms. Chesterfields hot tub. Jessie and Zuri have to get it back from Chesterfield while Bertram the Butler distracts Chesterfield while Jessie and Zuri break into her apartment. If you really want a laugh, and to sit of the edge of your seat, than you should watch this episode. This episode's great, and you must see it.

Chronicle
(2012)

One word... Good, not bad, not amazing.
This film is a good film. I was bored some parts of the concept. Like a book, you can't judge it by it's cover. With a movie, don't judge it by it's trailer, and I fell for that... a little. The trailer looks good, and after all, these teenage boys did great acting, but what mattered was the story. Besides the acting, all powers were cool, but I still think it's a 7, If you read this review, don't fall for others. The movie was good, not bad, not great.

After all, Chronicle was a folded piece of paper with good, not amazing, but definitely not bad drawings on it. I hoped you people like this review.
