Red Sparrow
(2018)

Didn't reach its potential...
"Red Sparrow" is an Action - Drama movie in which we watch a very famous ballerina be recruited by 'Sparrow School' a Russian intelligence service. Her main weapon is her body and she has to use it in order to succeed in any mission she has to participate. Her first mission is targeting a C.I.A. agent who has some very important connections in Russia.

I liked this movie because it had a very interesting plot and some very intense and action scenes. Despite that, I believe that it didn't reach its potential, due to its duration and mainly because of the direction. Regarding the interpretations, I believe that Jennifer Lawrence who played as Dominika Egorova she was simply amazing and she made a very good performance. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Joel Edgerton's who played as Nate Nash and Matthias Schoenaerts who played as Vanya Egorov. The direction which was made by Francis Lawrence was below average since there wasn't any peak in the movie and despite some plot twists that were making the movie more interesting, the main flow of the movie was being interrupted with boring scenes.

To sum up, I have to say that "Red Sparrow" is a nice movie to watch with some very good scenes, some interesting plot twists and some very good interpretations made by its cast. I recommend everyone to watch this movie but first, you have to be prepared for a movie with a long duration and with some boring scenes that will interrupt the action of the movie. If you are prepared for that and you will lower your expectations then I am sure that you are ready to watch it.

Creed II
(2018)

The story continues...
"Creed II" is a Drama - Sport movie and the sequel of "Creed" in which we watch Adonis Creed fighting not only for his title against Viktor Drago the son of Ivan Drago who killed his father but also for his respect. Rocky Balboa for one more time is the personal trainer of Adonis Creed as he was for his father Apollo Creed.

I liked this movie and I enjoyed it very much due to its connection not only with the previous Creed movie but also with the Rocky movies. The direction which was made by Steven Caple Jr. was simply amazing, with many good scenes which combined very well the power of the athletes and the pain they were feeling. He also combined very well the life of Adonis Creed outside the ring and his relationships with other people and how he was influenced by these relationships. Regarding the interpretations, I believe that for one more time Michael B. Jordan who played as Adonis Johnson - Creed was simply outstanding and his interpretation reminded his equally good interpretation in the first movie. Another very good interpretation was Sylvester Stallone's who played as Rocky Balboa and he was very good at his role. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Dolph Lundgren's who played as Ivan Drago, Florian Munteanu who played as Viktor Drago and Tessa Thompson's who played as Bianca.

Finally, I have to say that "Creed II" is an amazing movie with many good scenes, plenty of action and some very good interpretations made by its cast. If you are a fan of the movies of Rocky and you enjoyed the previous movie "Creed" then I am sure that you are going to love this movie as well. I strongly recommend everyone to watch this movie because I believe that every person can gain something by watching it.

Ted 2
(2015)

Funny but not as good as the first...
"Ted 2" is a Comedy - Fantasy movie and the sequel of the movie "Ted" in which we watch Ted and Tami-Lynn getting married. In the meantime, they want to have a baby but they find many obstacles in front. The most serious obstacle is that the government does not recognize Ted as a person but as a property. So, Ted has to prove in court that he is a person in order to be allowed to have a child.

I liked this movie and I had a really great time watching it but since I had already watched the first movie I expected more for the second. Unfortunately, it wasn't as good as the first and it had some boring moments and some others that didn't make any sense of having them. The direction which was made again by Seth MacFarlane was very interesting and it combined very well for one more time comedy with romance and comedy with drama. About the interpretations, I enjoyed for one more time the interpretation of Mark Wahlberg who played as John Bennett and Seth MacFarlane's voice as Ted. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Jessica Barth's who played as Tami-Lynn, Giovanni Ribisi's who played for one more time as Donny and Morgan Freeman's who played as Patrick Meighan. I expected more from Amanda Seyfried who played as Samantha and I believe that she didn't reach her potential with her interpretation in this movie.

In conclusion, I have to say that "Ted 2" is a funny movie with many humorous moments but it's not as good as the first movie. Despite that I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to have a lot of fun and you are going to laugh a lot. If you have already watched the first movie then it would be better not to expect from it to be as good as the first, if you are prepared about it then you are going to like it very much too.

Ted
(2012)

Funny teddy bear...
"Ted" is a Comedy - Fantasy movie in which we watch a man and his teddy bear which is alive due to a wish that he made when he was a young child, trying to continue their lives and their routines when a serious choice has to be made. He has to choose between staying with his girlfriend and keeping his friendship with his extremely inappropriate teddy bear.

I liked this movie because it was based on a very clever idea and it was something that I haven't seen before. I enjoyed it because it had very good and humorous moments combined with some inappropriate jokes. The direction which was made by Seth MacFarlane who is also the writer of this movie, was very good and it had many good moments. I also enjoyed the fact that he combined very well comedy with dramatic moments and romance with comedy as well. Regarding the interpretations, I believe that Mark Wahlberg who played as John Bennett was simply amazing and he did a very good job on his role. Some other good interpretations that have to be mentioned were Mila Kunis who played as Lori Collins John Bennett's girlfriend, Giovanni Ribisi's who played as Donny and Seth MacFarlane's voice as Ted was simply the best choice.

Finally, I have to say that "Ted" is a nice comedy movie with many humorous scenes and even more hilarious ones. I strongly recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to enjoy it and I am definitely sure that you are going to laugh a lot.

Nine
(2009)

Average...
"Nine" is a Musical - Drama movie in which we watch a famous film director trying to balance his life while he has to write a script for his new movie. He has to deal with not only the pressure from the producers of the movie but also from his relationships with his wife, his mistress, his muse, his agent, and his mother.

I have to admit that I had high expectations from this movie due to its cast but I was disappointed by it. I believe that it didn't reach its potential despite that the story and generally the plot was very good. Regarding the direction which was made by Rob Marshall, I believe that it was very good and I enjoyed the way he presented the story of the director and how he also presented his relationships with the women of his life. I also liked the interpretation of Daniel Day-Lewis who played as Guido Contini and he was simply amazing. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Marion Cotillard's who played as Luisa Contini, Sophia Loren's who played as Mamma and Penélope Cruz's who played as Carla.

In conclusion, I have to say that "Nine" isn't a bad movie to watch, it's just an average movie with great potential. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that every person has something to learn from it not about the life of this director but for its own life from the perspective of the main character.

The Debt
(2010)

Great potential...
"The Debt" is a Drama - Thriller in which we watch three Mossad agents based on East Berlin in 1965, having as their mission to apprehend a notorious Nazi war criminal after he was tracked down. Thirty years later their story and their secrets are ready to destroy them if nothing happens so, they have to do something about it.

After watching this movie I believe that it was great, it had many good parts but I also believe that it didn't reach its potential because I am sure that it could have been even better than the final outcome. I also believe that the movie didn't make the cast which has much of experience and is very well known to reach its own potential. I don't say that this movie isn't good or anything like that but I believe that it could have been even better. I enjoyed the interpretations of Helen Mirren's and Jessica Chastain's who played as Rachel Singer and Young Rachel Singer, respectively. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Sam Worthington's who played as Young David Peretz, Marton Csokas who played as Young Stephan Gold and Tom Wilkinson's who played as Stephan Gold.

To sum up, I have to say that "The Debt" is an interesting movie with a good plot and some plot twists that you won't expect. I enjoyed this movie because it had many good interpretations made by its cast but as I mentioned before I believe that it didn't reach its potential. Nevertheless, I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to enjoy it very much, it's very interesting and has many good scenes.

Jerry Maguire
(1996)

Nice story...
"Jerry Maguire" is a Drama - Romance movie in which we watch a very famous sports agent having under his guidance many top athletes when a night he has a moral epiphany after working for many hours. In his epiphany writes a text, prints it in many copies and distributes it to everyone in the firm he works for, he is fired and now he has to search as an independent agent for other athletes. Only one athlete stays with him and his former secretary.

I enjoyed this movie very much because it had a very good plot and a well-written script. In addition to this, there is a nice direction with some plot twists that I didn't predict so, that made this movie even more interesting. Regarding the interpretations of the cast, I believe that Tom Cruise who played as Jerry Maguire made for one more time an exceptional interpretation and I also believe that Cuba Gooding Jr. who played as Rod Tidwell made his best interpretation so far (Academy Awards, 1997 Oscar Winner - Best Actor in a Supporting Role). Another good interpretation that has to be mentioned was Renée Zellweger's who played as Dorothy Boyd and she was very good at it. The direction which was made by Cameron Crowe was very interesting and I enjoyed the way he presented the many changes in the life of Jerry Maguire and how he had to fight in order to get back on track and also how this influenced his personal life and the people loved and cared him the most (great character evolution).

Finally, I have to say that "Jerry Maguire" is a nice movie to watch with a very good direction, a well-written script and many good interpretations made by its cast. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to enjoy it and you are going to have a lot of fun. The contrast of this movie between drama and comedy scenes is very well placed and makes this movie very interesting.

Insidious: The Last Key
(2018)

Not that bad...
"Insidious: The Last Key" is a Thriller - Horror movie in which we watch the parapsychologist Elise Rainier facing her very old and personal haunting in order to save everything she has. She has to back to her childhood house where all started and face her own daemons and the terror which started from there.

I liked this movie because it had a different plot from the previous movies following the same pattern. I enjoyed how this movie was connected with the previous movies and how the main characters of it reacted in some moments. It has many good scenes but not so many scary ones something that I didn't like. I enjoyed the interpretation of Lin Shaye who played as Elise Rainier and for one more time, she did a great job on it. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Angus Sampson's who played as Tucker and in combination with the interpretation of Leigh Whannell's who played as Specs gave a different touch in the movie that was used as relief from all the terror. Another one interpretation that I enjoyed was Hana Hayes who played as Teenage Elise Rainier and she was very good at her role.

To sum up, I have to say that "Insidious: The Last Key" is an interesting horror movie with not so many scary scenes but it creates the feeling that you are inside the movie too, something that I found scarier than a scary scene because you are feeling that you are a part of this movie and what happens to the main characters happens to you as well. If you have already watched the previous movies then you should watch this movie too because you won't be disappointed by it since it's a bit different than all the previous movies.

Insidious: Chapter 3
(2015)

Prequel time...
"Insidious: Chapter 3" is a Thriller - Horror movie and the prequel of the "Insidious" and "Insidious: Chapter 2" in which we watch the gifted psychic Elise Rainier accepting her gift and considering on how she is going to use it in order to contact the dead and the beyond to help a teenage girl. The teenage girl is in big danger since she was targeted by a very dangerous supernatural force.

I liked this movie because it had a very simple but interesting plot and a nice direction. The way this movie was connected to the previous was very clear and without any other unnecessary information that may cause any plot hole. Regarding the direction which was made by Leigh Whannell who was also the director of the first movie, I found it very good, with many good and scary scenes. I enjoyed the interpretation of Lin Shaye who played as Elise Rainier and she was for one more time very good at it. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Stefanie Scott's who played as Quinn Brenner and Angus Sampson's who played as Tucker and gave a different touch in the movie with his unique way.

Finally, I have to say that "Insidious: Chapter 3" is a nice horror movie to watch, it has a simple but decent plot and a good direction. If you have already watched and liked the previous two movies then I am sure that you are going to enjoy that too. But even if you haven't watched them I believe that you won't be disappointed by watching this movie at all.

Roman J. Israel, Esq.
(2017)

The lawyer...
"Roman J. Israel, Esq." is a Crime - Drama movie in which we watch an idealistic defense attorney trying to get back on track after losing his job. He is recruited by a brilliant young lawyer who has completely different beliefs than him and he has to fight with himself and his own beliefs in order to continue his job.

I liked this movie very much due to its interesting plot which was consisted of some unexpected plot twists that made it even more interesting. I also enjoyed the direction which was made by Dan Gilroy who did a great job on it and established the main character of the movie very well and there was also an evolution of it. Regarding the interpretations, I have to admit that for one more time Denzel Washington who played as Roman J. Israel, Esq. was simply outstanding. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Colin Farrell's who played as George Pierce and Carmen Ejogo's who played as Maya Alston.

In conclusion, I have to say that "Roman J. Israel, Esq." is a great movie with a very nice and interesting plot and with an equally good direction. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to enjoy it and you will talk about it for a long time after watching it.

L'âge de raison
(2010)

Remember who you are...
"With Love... from the Age of Reason" (L'âge de raison) is a Comedy - Romance movie in which we watch a woman who forced herself to forget everything about her childhood memories. Now she is a career-driven businesswoman, she has a very successful career and she is considered a very important person at the company she works for. Everything change when she starts getting letters that force her to remember her traumatic past.

I liked this movie because I found it very interesting since it has a nice and very different plot. I enjoyed the meaning of this movie which is to remember who you are and who you wanted to be when you were young. Everything happens for a reason and your past of each person defines who that person will be in the future because the past is the materials from which each person is built. I enjoyed the interpretation of Sophie Marceau who played as Marguerite vel Margaret Flore and she was simply amazing at it. Some interpretations that have to be mentioned were Marton Csokas who played as Malcolm, Michel Duchaussoy's who played as Maitre Mérignac and Jonathan Zaccaï's who played as Philibert Bakary. Regarding the direction of this movie which was made by Yann Samuell who is also the writer of it, I have to admit that is was surprisingly good with some very clever scenes.

In conclusion, I have to say that "With Love... from the Age of Reason" is a great movie, with a very new and different plot and some equally good interpretations made by its cast. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to enjoy it and you will think about your life and the things that you probably forced yourself to forget and why. It's a beautiful movie with a beautiful meaning.

Skyscraper
(2018)

As good as "San Andreas"...
"Skyscraper" is an Action - Adventure movie in which we watch a security expert who was an FBI Hostage Rescue Team leader and a U.S. war veteran trying to save his family from the tallest building in the world which is on fire. Since he is the security expert for this building he knows what has to be done in order not only to save his family but the building as well.

I liked this movie because it had a simple but interesting plot, many good action scenes, and a very good direction. I enjoyed also this movie because it's a good disaster movie that knows its audience and it knows what its audience wants to watch. About the direction which was made by Rawson Marshall Thurber, I found it very good and I enjoyed the visual effects of it. Regarding the interpretations, I have to admit that I had high expectations from Dwayne Johnson who played as Will Sawyer and I was happily surprised since he wasn't just good but he was simply outstanding. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Neve Campbell's who played as Sarah Sawyer, Roland Møller's who played as Kores Botha and Chin Han's who played as Zhao Long Ji.

In conclusion, I have to say that "Skyscraper" is a nice and interesting movie to watch, with many good action scenes and some good interpretations made by its cast. If you have already watched and enjoyed "San Andreas" then I am definitely sure that you are going to enjoy this movie too. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to enjoy it and you are going to have fun.

The Strangers: Prey at Night
(2018)

Sequel...
"The Strangers: Prey at Night" is a Thriller - Horror movie and the sequel of the movie "The Strangers" in which we watch a family staying at a mobile home park. During the night a girl knocks the door twice and asks for a person who doesn't live there. After that incident, some strangers with masks start hunting the family and they have to do their best in order to survive from these psychopaths.

I have to admit that since I had already watched the first movie, I was expecting something more this movie. Unfortunately, it was more or less the same as the first movie since it followed the same plot and it had only some minor differences in comparison with the first. In addition to this, it has to be mentioned again that the movie wasn't based on true events but it was inspired. The direction which was made by Johannes Roberts was interesting with very few scary moments and I believe that Bryan Bertino helped him a lot since he was the director of the first movie. Regarding the interpretations, I have to admit that I enjoyed the interpretation of Lewis Pullman who played as Luke and Bailee Madison who played as Kinsey. Another interpretation that has to be mentioned was Emma Bellomy's who played as Dollface.

To sum up, I have to say that "The Strangers: Prey at Night" is an average horror movie with some good interpretations made by its cast, an average direction and has some good and scary moments. If you have already watched the first movie then I am sure that you are going to be disappointed by it since it's not as good as the first. If you just want to watch a horror movie and nothing more then you should watch it but don't have high expectations by it.

The Strangers
(2008)

Interesting...
"The Strangers" is a Thriller - Horror movie in which we watch a couple staying in an isolated vacation house after returning from a wedding reception. During midnight they receive a knock on their door from some strangers and soon they find themselves in a very weird and unexpected situation since the strangers whose faces are hidden with masks invade their vacation house.

I liked this movie because it was very interesting and even scary at some points. I enjoyed the fact that the faces of the strangers were covered with masks, something that made them look even scarier. The direction which was made by Bryan Bertino was very good and with many surprises and some plot twists that I didn't expect. At this point it has to be mentioned that the movie wasn't based on true events but inspired, it's completely different. Regarding the interpretations, I have to admit that I liked the interpretation of Scott Speedman who played as James Hoyt and Liv Tyler who played as Kristen McKay. Another interpretation that I enjoyed was Gemma Ward's who played as Dollface.

Finally, I have to say that "The Strangers" is a nice horror movie, with some very good and scary scenes and with some good interpretations made by its cast too. If you are a fan of horror movies and you have already watched and liked some other horror movies like "Vacancy", "The Last House on the Left", "Eden Lake" then you definitely have to watch this movie too because I am sure that you are going to enjoy it.

The Nun
(2018)

Scared...
"The Nun" is a Horror movie in which we watch a priest who is being called in the Vatican and he is assigned a difficult task of investigating the death of a young nun in Romania. He will have by his side a young nun to help him. After they arrive in the monastery they find out a force in the form of a demonic nun. Risking their lives they have to try their best in order to solve the mystery behind the death of the young nun and shield the demonic force.

Despite all the bad reviews which I have read I have to admit that I liked this movie. It had a nice and interesting plot with many good scenes and a very clever conection to "The Conjuring". I also enjoyed the direction which was made by Corin Hardy and I believe that he did a great job on it. Regarding the interpretations, I liked very much the interpretation of Demián Bichir's who played as Father Burke and Taissa Farmiga's who played as Sister Irene. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Jonas Bloquet's who played as Frenchie and he gave a different touch on this movie and Bonnie Aarons who played as The Nun.

To sum up, I have to say that "The Nun" is a nice, entertaining horror movie with a decent plot and a good direction. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to like it. If you have already watched and liked some other movies like "The Conjuring", "The Conjuring 2", "Annabelle" and "Annabelle: Creation" then you definately have to watch this movie too.

Thanks for Sharing
(2012)

Drama...
"Thanks for Sharing" is a Drama - Romance movie in which we watch two people facing their addiction to sex and another one who has faced his addiction to alcohol. The first person has a five years absence from sex and he meets a woman so, he wants to be with her. The second person is addicted to sex, he faces many difficulties even at his work so, he has to deal with it and do everything he can in order to fight his addiction. The third person has been clean from alcohol for a lot of years and now he helps as he can the new people who come in the group therapy.

I liked this movie very much because it was a big surprise since I wasn't prepared for it. I was expecting a comedy movie with many funny moments but after a short period of time, I understood that it isn't a comedy but a drama. I enjoyed the direction which was made by Stuart Blumberg and it was very good. I liked the way he presented each person's addiction and how he/she has to deal with in addition to the help that was given by the group. Regarding the interpretations, I have to admit that I enjoyed very much the interpretation of Mark Ruffalo who played as Adam and he was simply amazing at it, and Tim Robbins who played as Mike and he was equally good. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Joely Richardson's who played as Katie, Mike's wife, Josh Gad's who played as Neil and Gwyneth Paltrow's who played as Phoebe.

In conclusion, I have to say that "Thanks for Sharing" is a nice movie with a very interesting plot and it has many good interpretations made by its cast. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that each person has something to take by watching it. It's not just a movie but also a lesson about addiction.

The First Purge
(2018)

The Start...
"The First Purge" is a Thriller - Horror movie in which we watch an American political party called the New Founding Fathers of America making an experiment on Staten Island. This experiment is called Purge and the people who will survive from a twelve hours period with no laws will take five thousand dollars. This movie shows us how all started and takes us back at the start of The Purge.

I liked this movie because it was interesting, it had a nice plot and some very good scenes. I enjoyed the fact that it presented us the start of the purge and explained us everything behind that experiment because it made me see everything from a different perspective now that I know the truth behind it. The direction which was made by Gerard McMurray it was very good and is obvious in the whole duration of it that he did a great job. Regarding the interpretations, I liked the interpretation of Y'lan Noel who played as Dmitri, Lex Scott Davis who played as Nya and Mugga who played as Dolores and gave something different in this horror movie. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Marisa Tomei's who played as The Architect - Dr. Updale and Patch Darragh's who played as Chief of Staff - Arlo Sabian.

Finally, I have to say that "The First Purge" is a nice movie to watch with an interesting plot and some plot twists that you won't expect, something that makes this movie even more interesting. Under the guidance of James DeMonaco who was the director of the three previous purge movies, Gerard McMurray's direction is equally good. If you have already watched the previous three movies then I am sure that you are going to enjoy this movie too.

The Purge: Election Year
(2016)

Third Purge...
"The Purge: Election Year" is a Thriller - Horror movie and the third movie of "The Purge" in which we watch a Former Police Sergeant trying to protect the Senator who is also a Presidential candidate from the purge. Senator is considered a high target due to the fact that she wants to eliminate the Purge, something that every other Presidential candidate uses in order to be elected.

Since I had already watched the two previous movies I was expecting something more from it. I believe that it had mostly the same plot as the second movie which was based entirely in the idea of the first movie. Despite that, it still is a nice movie to watch, with an interesting plot and some good interpretations made by its cast. Regarding the direction which was made by James DeMonaco who was also the director of the two previous movies, I believe that he did his best on this movie, he made it reach its potential for one more time but I wanted to watch something better than this. I liked the interpretation of Frank Grillo who played as Leo Barnes and he was very good at it. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Elizabeth Mitchell's who played as Senator Charlie Roan, Betty Gabriel's who played as Laney Rucker and Mykelti Williamson's who played as Joe Dixon.

To sum up, I have to say that "The Purge: Election Year" is a nice movie to watch, it has a good plot, decent direction, and some interesting interpretations. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I believe that you are going to enjoy it and you are going to be scared too. If you have already watched the two previous movies, I think that you won't be disappointed watching it but you will have the feeling that something was missing from it.

The Purge: Anarchy
(2014)

Decent sequel...
"The Purge: Anarchy" is a Thriller - Horror movie and the sequel of "The Purge" in which we watch three groups of people trying to survive the purge night in Los Angeles. There is a couple whose car broke down and they have to survive by themselves during the night, a police officer who wants to take revenge for his son death and a mother with her daughter who left their home after an attack.

Since I had already watched the first movie I had high hopes and expectations from this movie and I have to admit that it reached its potential. It wasn't as good as the first movie but still, I think that it was a nice movie which had an interesting plot like the first and some very good interpretations. About the direction which was made again by James DeMonaco, I believe that he did a great job for one more time and presented us a nice film. Regarding the interpretations of the cast, Frank Grillo who played as Police Sergeant made a very good interpretation and Carmen Ejogo who played as Eva Sanchez made an equally good one.

In conclusion, I have to say that "The Purge: Anarchy" is a good movie to watch, it reached its potential and despite that, it isn't as good as the first movie, it's a decent sequel to watch. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because once more I am sure that you are going to enjoy it. If you have already watched the first movie then you definitely have to watch this movie too.

The Purge
(2013)

Nice idea...
"The Purge" is a Thriller - Horror movie in which we watch a wealthy family trying to survive a twelve hour period when any and all crimes are legal. This period is named the Purge and everyone can do whatever they want and since every crime is legal a lot of things happen.

I liked this movie very much because it had a very interesting plot with a nice idea which I hadn't watched before. I enjoyed very much the interpretation of Ethan Hawke who played as James Sandin and he was very good at it. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Lena Headey's who played as Mary Sandin and Max Burkholder's who played as Charlie Sandin. Regarding the direction which was made by James DeMonaco, it was outstanding with some scenes that were surprisingly good.

Finally, I believe that "The Purge" is a very good movie that used a new idea, it has an interesting plot with some plot twists that you won't expect and some very nice interpretations made by its cast. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to enjoy it and if you are a fan of horror movies then I believe that you won't be disappointed watching it.

Sex and Breakfast
(2007)

Very poor...
"Sex and Breakfast" is a Drama - Romance movie in which we watch two young couples trying to save their relationships. After a lot of problems, it is obvious that both relationships cannot work and something else has to be done in order to actually work. They both visit a psychologist who is very familiar with such cases and she suggests for all of them to try something new. So, she suggests trying partner-swapping.

I was expecting something better than that and I believe that I lost one and a half hour of my life watching this movie. It doesn't have an interesting plot or may I say a plot, it doesn't succeed in making us understand the problems of the couples in order for us to feel that we are a part of this movie and we actually understand them. The direction which was made by Miles Brandman was poor and without any imagination, a lot of cliché about the couple's relationships and how that affects all of them. Regarding the interpretations, I believe that Macaulay Culkin made a decent interpretation playing as James and all the others were simply below average.

To sum up, I have to say that "Sex and Breakfast" is a very poor movie, with a boring plot and only one decent interpretation. I don't recommend this movie to anyone because I am sure that if you watch it you will regret it and you will think that you wasted your time watching it.

Les rivières pourpres 2 - Les anges de l'apocalypse
(2004)

Pierre Niemans and one more mystery...
"Crimson Rivers II: Angels of the Apocalypse" is a Mystery - Crime movie and the sequel of "The Crimson Rivers" movie in which we watch a murder detective investigating a series of ritual murders. As he continues his investigations a young officer starts to work with him in order to help him solve the mystery behind all the murders. Their team joins a woman who is a specialist in Christian mythology and will help them understand what lies behind all these murders.

I have to admit that since I had already watched the first movie I had high expectations from this but I was a bit disappointed by it. I enjoyed the movie and I really liked it but I was just expecting by it to be better than the first. I liked it because it had an interesting plot with some very good plot twists and I also enjoyed the fact that the murders were connected very well with religion. The direction which was made by Olivier Dahan was average compared to the first movie's which was made by Mathieu Kassovitz. For one more time, the interpretation of Jean Reno's who played as Pierre Niemans was simply outstanding. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Benoît Magimel's who played as Reda and Christopher Lee's who played as Heinrich von Garten despite that it was a bit short.

In conclusion, I have to say that "Crimson Rivers II: Angels of the Apocalypse" is an interesting mystery movie with some great interpretations made by its cast. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because it's a very interesting movie and with a very good plot, and I am sure that you are going to enjoy it. If you have already watched the first movie "The Crimson Rivers" as I did, then you might think that this movie isn't as good as the first one but this doesn't mean that it's not worth seeing.

Les rivières pourpres

Mystery...

He connects one murder that happened in Gueron, a prestigious university in a mountain valley with another incident to a city located 200 kilometers far from Gueron. As he continues his investigation a lot of secrets comes in front and many people look suspicious.

I like this movie very much because it had a very interesting plot with some plot twists that I didn't expect and the direction was simply amazing. I also enjoyed very much the interpretation of Jean Reno who played as Pierre Niemans the very famous murder detective. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Vincent Cassel's who played as Max Kerkerian and Karim Belkhadra's who played as Captain Dahmane. Regarding the direction of this movie which was made by Mathieu Kassovitz I believe that it was very interesting and I liked the way he presented the murders and also the ending.

Hitchcock
(2012)

Alfred Hitchcock...
"Hitchcock" is a Biography - Drama movie in which we follow the life of Alfred Hitchcock during the filming of Psycho (1960) in 1959. He wants to create his new film inspired by a horror novel but he cannot persuade his producers so, he self-finances and labors on this film. During that time we also follow the relationship between Alfred Hitchcock and his wife Alma Reville.

I enjoyed this movie very much because it is based on the life of a brilliant person and an amazing artist. It combined very well his professional life with some aspects of his personal life and the relationship between him and his wife at that difficult part of their life. Regarding the direction of it, I have to admit that Sacha Gervasi did an amazing job with many great scenes as the proof of it. I liked very much the interpretations of Anthony Hopkins who played as Alfred Hitchcock and Helen Mirren who played as Alma Reville and I believe their combination of both actors were simply outstanding. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Jessica Biel's who played as Vera Miles and Scarlett Johansson's who played as Janet Leigh and they were equally good.

In conclusion, I have to say that "Hitchcock" is a great biography movie with a very good direction and many amazing interpretations made by its cast. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to enjoy it and you are going to have fun since Alfred Hitchcock was very famous not only about his movies but also because he had a very unique sense of humor. If you are a fan of Alfred Hitchcock's movies then I believe that you are going to love this movie since you are going to have a chance of looking behind the scenes and what exactly he did for his success.

The Nutcracker and the Four Realms
(2018)

Different plot...
"The Nutcracker and the Four Realms" is an Adventure - Family movie in which we watch a young girl going to a party with her brother, her sister and her father. There she is transported into a magical world where she has to find some answers about her mother and the gift she left her after her death. With the answers, she has also to find a key which is very important not only for her but for the whole magical world.

I liked this movie because it surprised me with its plot. It was very different from the previous Nutcracker movies that I had seen. I enjoyed very much the beautiful costumes. About the direction which was made by Lasse Hallström and Joe Johnston I found it very interesting and I liked very much their idea of having a ballet scene at some point of their movie. Regarding the interpretations, I have to admit that I was happily surprised by the interpretation of Mackenzie Foy who played as Clara and she was very good. Some other interpretations that have to be mentioned were Jayden Fowora-Knight's who played as Phillip, Keira Knightley's who played as Sugar Plum and Morgan Freeman's who played as Drosselmeyer and gave a different touch in this movie.

Finally, I have to say that "The Nutcracker and the Four Realms" is a great family movie, with a very different plot than the original Nutcracker movies but equally interesting. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to enjoy it. If you want to watch a classic Nutcracker movie then you should watch one of the previous movies and not this one, but if you want to watch a different movie than the previous then this is the movie you should watch.
