QAnon: The Search for Q
(2021)

Love this expose!!!
This is the best coverage of QAnon that I've ran across. It outlines the background and reasoning of this group in an understandable way, because it is a complicated concept and the basic local news programs don't make it a priority to define it. These two journalists are seeking the truth and doing a good job at it...bring us more, please!!!!

Get on Up
(2014)

Excellent Acting by Chadwick
Chadwick Boseman's acting, in my opinion, was excellent. I really, really, can't believe or understand why he and this movie didn't win an Academy Award. Maybe because I tend to lean more toward natural and believable acting roles than those of generally expected, predictable roles. All the actors were so good and I just watched it again on TV (CTRC) and still enjoyed it as if I was watching it for the first time. That's when you know a movie is good...that's the measuring tool. Plus James Brown's life was an interesting one, no doubt. He rose through the ashes and made something of himself, almost as if, it was just plain destiny. Even though he was treated so bad as a child, it made him the man he became and nobody can take that away...nobody.

Vanished with Beth Holloway: Fleischmann/Rivazfar
(2011)
Episode 8, Season 1

So tired and frustrated
Here I am, watching "Vanished with Beth Holloway" about the missing young man named Kyle Fleischmann. In the episode, it's been thought that Kyle walked in a different direction, and the narrator states, "Within minutes, the dangers of north Charlotte become all to real" and in that scene the camera pans to railroad tracks showing an African American young man walking.

Who ever produced this show apparently has no problem with defining what they consider to be "The" problem and including this in a crime show for everyone to see from their perspective. I think its sad that they couldn't just show railroad tracks instead of their opinion of trouble via ethnic identity. Crime shows involve all walks of life and yes, many of those suspects are white, believe it or not. But really, I think there's a lot more to this story than believed and maybe people don't want too much personal information coming out. This whole thought about him going to the bad area doesn't even sound right. Unfortunately, people point to a situation to direct everyone a certain way when they don't want you to find out the truth or when they are trying prove a point. Sort of when that white woman who killed her kids tried to tell the detectives a black man carjacked her. This happens frequently.

I Am Homicide
(2016)

Love this detective show!!!
I like watching detective shows, but this show is so good. I love how Detective McFadden (Homicide) narrates the show. It just makes the story even that more interesting because he tells it like it is....and throws in that authenticity. I even like how the show starts when he says " If I'm getting out the car and I'm coming to your house, you don't want to see that". I LOVE IT... Hope this show stays on for a long time so I can see all his cases and watch every episode. Plus, I've gotten sick of watching 20/20, Dateline, 48 hours and all their re-runs. The same stories but each station is picking them up and titling them something else with current dates. Then you turn it on only to find out you've seen it a hundred times. Lastly, Homicide Hunter: Lt. Joe Kenda's show has nothing on "I am Homicide", never will.

Margaret
(2011)

Who wrote this mess?
I never known of a another movie that I've watched that I hated the female characters so much. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth. I can only guess that the writer wants females to come across as horrible, nagging, b's, while the guys are the easy going common sense individuals. There is no way I can see anyone giving this movie more than one star and even that's far reaching.

In addition, the movie doesn't even make sense. You have a girl running along the side of a bus repeatedly trying to get the bus drivers attention to the point where I thought she was going to run into a pole, and she then goes on a one man crusade to get him arrested for something she caused.
