Trying too hard or not hard enough or just copying formula ..... this is a miss in a bog way... the one good thing about this the apparent dubbing ....it seems to be dubbed into english for Netflix for States and it is decent.. I was needing something to watch this somewhere has an ally because they said watch - THEY were Wrong - -do not waste time

This was amazing and great story telling - it is absolutely worthy of your time - the story is interesting, loving, story arcs. There are no spoilers here but i was not disappointed

I love Staham movies - i am not ashamed because he is not ashamed to make nonsense action packed movies - this one was absolutely ruined with Hollywood agenda lead character Agent Verona Parker my wish is that this " tough" non male lead gets back to something more believable rather than the over the top angry person - the movie was a wonderful simplistic attempt at a natural metaphor for man and nature and is a typical shot em. Up beat. Up Statham flick..... i enjoyed it - no spoilers because - well it is a Statham flick and there are typically no surprises... if you have nothing to do - pop some corn and sit back.

No spoilers but from the get go - literally in first 12 mins you can tell this is absolute nonsense designed to tell a dumb story - but we watch because Biel is easy on the eyes and Cage makes often entertaining odd ball flicks however most disappointing is the "tough" girl boss character by Moore - no more to be said just silly "lets make our lead cop a female" kinda ting before it was the normal in most films after 2010..... so it is worthy of popcorn but nothing else in this viewers opinion

the balance of this review is fluff - no need to read further ..... no seriously find something else to wast 2 hrs.

Travelers (2016–2018)

This is one of those shows you have to let "art flow" don't be critical about time space continuum possibilities and forget all you know about Physics. Full of good characters bad characters - characters you want to win and others you wish would die a horrible death early ( jeff Conniker) some characters. You root for others you root against.

It is entertaining and dumb but like a train wreck you can't turn away from. Does it make sense - ? Who knows but with popcorn it is worthy of a strong 6 - i give it an 8 because it is funny on how it tries to be so serious and fails so nicely while elegantly wrapped in a world of physics but one in which makes zero sense - but only if you try to make it make sense - just watch and don't think about it and grab some popcorn.

John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum (2019)

Short and sweet - read 1st paragraph only - repeated to meet rqmt... - laughable but still i watched - the entire premise is well i guess designed by some writer to equate the character with the greek stories of gods and trials / tribulations - in a modern tradition - so over the top that it can only be done for the audience and it's need for kill bill's - at some point these last 2 1/2 decade aged action heroes will have to step aside less they become the ridiculous liam neison style i can barely run but i need the paycheck or ego boost people really want to see me on screen sad pas their prime non acknowledging actors unable to find the next genre to continue their chosen craft of acting - but then again maybe they all secretly think they can all keep on going like Stallone -? Who knows - this got a start because it was popcorn worthy as are most of these vehicles - we watch because we expect nothing less than B action movie stuff and even though we fast fwd past the ridiculous trained body guards that seem to never ever ever ever be able to land a bullet in the intended target will ultimately succumb to their inevitable screen death by the Greek tragic hero - we know the ending going into this agreement when we hit play - but still even if we shorten the movie with our remote by 30 or 40 minutes of nonsensical action sequences - we finish and priovide a 6 Star rating.. - go figure - we are just as dumb as the creators - expect 100 or 200 million dollars less wealthy :)

Well - i read the reviews and history tells me that it is a 50/50 shot that they might be real - but there is no way yo tell this so even that statement is bogus - i guess - i typically will read straight to the 5 star ratings - mid point - there can not be a 10 ever right - just on principle.. maybe citizen kane or casablanca - but this time i figured there was a 5 or a 6 and it seemed honest - trust me know believe me when you disregard and also find something else at 10 - 12 min mark - if you make it that far.. - you have been warned - BTW. I do think Madison Bailey will become a constant actor in film/tv - but i could not even get to her appearance in this film - shame on Jon Voight for agreeing to do this - there is no way he needs the paycheck...

I'm just one man with one opinion the cgi was iffy, the story was well crafted the funny back and forth typical of Ritchie story telling seemed to disappear about mid way and i think that was a shame - it offers m comic relief - But i think that even though it failed at box office - this is would be a fun series to see again - maybe some young thing with money and backers can purchase rights - it will stream and make money....many a wonderful and colorful characters - and arthurian legend has many stories - and these days we don't even care about the accuracy as long as it entertains - - this was a good popcorn flick....

I did not read other reviews but i saw cumulative and for me. - this is a great little story - no spoilers but this is worthy of a bowl of popcorn and feet up - chock full of tidbits to remember - I am always amazed at Hollywood and the actors that are truly actors and not turning performance after performance as he same character - we all know of whom i speak 0- Brian Cox - we love to hate and love him and if i could offer awards he would get one for this role - and "i'll go Beth Dutton on you". She is great in her small role and not a once do you see a Beth Dutton but a mom... I truly would recommend this to most anyone as a decent nights entertainment...

We love rom com's and in today's environment this was pleasant surprise to movies made maybe 10 -15 years ago and perhaps even further back - meaning yes not really a Woke Effort - which is a wonderful break from everything pumped out recently - " now i ask you would you, would you give an F___ what kind of pants..... """ Marisa is great in this role, and Rupert was an Ass in Ted and you just hate him but here as the art friend he was great and you just love his side kick character.... I think that giving these types of movies ratings is like everything difficult bc the scale needs to slide ( meaning they can't all be Casablance or citizen kane or even when harry met sally )- great art - ehh - good entertainment - yes, soon to be a classic - ehh, but easy to forget - maybe not.... It gets 7 bc it is a decent rom com with an almost cinderella story line told anew ( this is not a spoiler bc it really is not Cinderella)..... we would watch it again.

I LMAO through most of what i could watch... i love watching DAW act - she has a great screen presence and Foggy is wonderful character -... disclosure - i did not come to this after reading current MArvel comics - but this story arc was so humorous and i guess if we were to extrapolate the comics to the screen we would have to have this over the top action and unbelievable acts because they are after all action heros.... but The kingpin character was entirely entertaining -

now i did fast. Forward through most of this and managed to finish 3 seasons in a couple hours without missing much of anything....proceed with zero expectations and enjoy - but no way does this get more than 5 stars -

Well what to say--- lets think about this story having been cooped from other stories and pasted together with a fav of mine Morven,....the agenda to hvae strong women leads is so blatantly evident that it is laughable in this story and distracts for anyone watching and paying attention to the narrative - don't mis read this as misogynistic. - i am all for equal things and woman are strong have many such in my life - but this show is different in that it ( bare in mind i am only on episode 3 one more than i would have normally gone after such an attempt) it has a woman being tested ( honest one as so far presented ) and then the other leads chasing and basically being in competent in their duty - on purpose - a red herring -= who knows - no spoilers and I will probably finish but it reminds me of Veronica mars Season 3 and the equally laughable journalist character that hates men in a wonderfully. Comic manner ....

Ok - no spoilers all the following is online - season 1 started off very interesting nice combination of mystery and other....the wokeness seems unnecessary and you can skip all of it without missing any story line (hence unnecessary) - season 2 Tamura character are painfully unnecessary and those parts it is on the screen i skipped - litterally offers nothing except a tease about a possile relationship with a much younger character... - this is one of those shows you have to let "art" flow.. i found myself fast forwarding through much just to read he last chapter - so to speak.... it is in other words a forgettable series.

I was not shocked to learn that Ben Miller was a comedic performer.... but wow the character combined with the screen representation of what might be going on in this characters head - every episode I belly laughed....the mysteries are _ -at least in season 1 very interesting and I struggled to find something like this that i have enjoyed as much - - but Whitstable Pearl, Harry Wild come. Close...and surprisingly they seem to depict the violence of crime without the overly gratuitous nature of so many new shows... watch this.. his mom and his front office Mrs Snares are awesomely funny

Tis is up there with some of good popcorn flicks i have seen - ridiculous stunts bond women eye candy villains, good guys, evil self righteous, the list goes on for cliche action films - but i love to laugh at the nonsense in this one the best so far - don't misread this a dislike - many a good film want there to be comedy - some blatant some subliminal often its accidental... the franchise is no mistake - it makes money, therefore it needs storyline, each succesive needs to be better than the one before and this one does not stop to try to be over the top... still i lmao as i watch .... the rest is repeating - if you have 2 hours and nothing better to do who can finish this in about 30 mins if you fast fwd past fluff and many of the action scenes.....

I watched it all and for mindless drivel it was passable - makes me sad to think 1- this could be real -ish or 2 - what the creators think is plausable. If you are reading this - then watch this in background and do not try to think of it as real or possible - it would either frustrate or make you sad --- it is somewhat entertaining. I just wanted to write something because it is not a 10 not a 4 but somewhere in the middle. If this is at all based on truth or reality i am sorry for my country. If it is study on personality types then there were basically 3 only explored all 3 of which are boring as all... min character met...

NO spoilers here - i found this by accident and thoroughly enjoyed it as a comedy (dark) - it is intended as serious but how can you not laugh - in this day and time period there is a very palpable trend to have women in strong positions and overcome adversity and this is no exception.. I found the mystery to be decent but maybe not unlike the movie Rambo which can be shortened to 17 mins of only talking scenes - i imagine each episode would be 5- 10 mins shorter if they did not shoot so much lamenting alone type scenes that i guess are "artistic" expressions to make audience "feel" the pain of the character... There are characters to cheer for and root against - and i will say i enjoyed it - but when you watch you to might ask. - how is there a crime if no body.....? Maybe rules are different in other countries....but this is the great part - how they stretched 8 episodes in season 1 when it could have been over in 1.5 - ish..... so more things i disliked - it is very hard at to listen to that song over and over again - and one of the main characters Evan - how did she ever fall fro this cry baby poor poor me fella in - in the story - i can't help but turn him off every time he has the screen.. with all this "hate" i still watched because the mystery is fun.

Arctic Air (2012–2014)

No spoilers - I really enjoy the lead actors - decent work - but this was a circuitous find that i really only enjoyed in watching season 1 maybe a 6er - popcorn, flaws but - "eh - we will see how it goes in season 2".... and it was not an improvement - plot holes. - jumpy story lines - formulaic nonsense - i found myself skipping lots - romance arc was not well thought out, villain holes etc etc by season 3 - i literally only watched the recap because the story on a whole was uninteresting and the endings and connections most would naturally want to see kept getting further away because of scripted conflicts to otherwise "intelligent" characters... just nonsense for a series that might have gone for 6 or 7 seasons... personally i would not waste time on this one.

His is one of those - just let the art flow - it has been years since i read the book - but after the ridiculous phone tag tension and the odds of these were not part / could not have been part of the book - and i assume created to to make a 1970's book up to date - but this is the ridiculous part that made me not go past 5 stars. OF course there are more crazy stupid things but they together make for good popcorn flick - not great but good...do i recommend - on the fence .....good luck if you decide - oh and yes of course it is chock full of contemporary themes and ideologies that those that make these believe everyone should see and believe it is all everyday ...etc etc etc... what is the truth - who knows but certainly decoding is more and more a challenge.
