Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason
(2004)

Sweet, Funny, Cute
I thought Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason was much better than what I expected it to be, I don't think it's better than the first one, and I don't think it's worst than the first one, I find it to be at the same level. One of the best actors in the movie this time, was Colin Firth, you can can not love him in romantic comedies, he's so amazing (and well, kinda CUTE). Rene Zelleweger did a wonderful job, though not her best ('Jerry Maguire' was her best performance I have to say), and Hugh Grant was hardly in the move, it seemed that he maybe had four or five scenes and not very many lines. And he looked waaayy too skinny (although, he still too, is pretty cute). But overall, the movie was good, the "fight" scene between Grant and Firth was honestly a personal favorite (scene). Pretty hilarious. You really don't need to see the first one in order to see this one, just need to know how they all connect/ meet each other, but that's pretty much it. Recommended for Zelleweger/Firth/Grant/Bridget Jones fans. I give this 8.5 out of 10 stars. Enjoy!!

The O.C.
(2003)

A MUST SEE
The OC. How can I describe it? It is an amazing show. My brother wasn't that big of a fan when he first started watching it, but then I bought the first season on DVD, and now he's completely hooked! The story line is amazing, yet a bit confusing with the whole love triangle thing going, but it's exciting because you never know what's going to happen next.

Some of the acting is not so great (i.e., Mischa Barton as Marissa Cooper, she could take some serious acting classes), but everyone else is brilliant, Adam Brody and Peter Gallagher (my personal favorites) make a great team, Rachel Bilson, Benjamin McKenzie, Tate Donavan, Kelly Rowan, Melinda Clarke, they are all excellent!! I give this show a 10 out of 10. A definitely MUST SEE!!!! YOU WILL BE HOOKED!
