Stupid, insipid, little or no actual story line unless you are on shrooms

This is one of those classic holiday movies I can watch every year.

The story is fairly well known to anyone born in the 80's or earlier. The factual storyline my have been 'movieized' to show it, but what deadly story isn't.

I can speak from plenty of experience since I actually went to the MN Hazelden Center way back in the 80's. Then at least two times at Hoag in Newport Beach for full treatment and countless times there for detox. Also a high priced long term center in Malibu. Several sober livings and none worked because basically, I didn't really want to quit.

I was a functioning alcoholic/addict and paid my way through everything and was just lucky I never crashed or injured anyone else. Many of the events in the movie are way over the top in what they example. No center would move a patient from detox to the main population until they were fully detoxed and not a danger to any other residents. They do keep the makes and females very separated for obvious reasons.

It does take time to sober up and learn how to be real in the real world and the one thing that was rampant in rehab was a lot of smoking. That my not be as true now since I now have been clean and sober for ten years and rehab had little if anything to do with it. Basically I just decided to quit and stayed there.

This would be a much better review if it weren't the ending of a great series. It has been dropped and not purchased by any other streamers. We will just have to wait and hope.

This will never be as good as when Fiona was there. That and when they still had jokes. I just watch to see the final season. It is time to end this one.

True Shameless ended when Fiona left. That, and how amazing it is that Frank, Lip and Carl are all in such amazing shape when they can't afford a gym or workout places. The storylines get desperate for humor and there is very little left in the show.

The fun and funny parts of the show get old after awhile so it starts to get pretty slow. Frank is sobering up and acting more like a human so we now are supposed to laugh a Fiona getting smashed. I was a functioning alcoholic for years so laughing at illnesses gets not to funny. The political items need to be in there when the biggest joke was the person that was in the Whitehouse at the time.

I know they are speaking English but the accents can get so thick and talk so fast that it is hard to follow what is going on. Not just the accents but the rate of speaking is fast. With characters there is a storyline and characters speak dialogue that creates the story. If I can't understand CLEARLY what they are saying it can be hard to follow. I pretty much have to follow the CC's to know what is happening. So far, it is not with the effort just to follow it to spend time watching it.

After season 7 where Frank was basically just a total prick they are finally letting act more humane after Monica has died. Yes, we can all blame it on Monica byput she wasn't there fir the majority of Frank's pricktard behavior. At least he is nicer now.

Nobody had anything good to say about the Vietnam War, until this show. This was great and had great stories for basic broadcasts not cable. I can only imagine how good it could be if it was done on cable without all the ratings restraints.

Lots of stories with sexual stories we all have to face. All episodes have an upgraded version of soft core porn with better stories. The question is, IS the sex just acted or more real in actual terms. You can decide if you watch it. The show is not bad if you are curious, a bit bored and looking for something different and very heard R rated.

Not funny, It is just a few idiots that are getting paid for us to watch them act like 12 year olds. The age may be a compliment. It won't get renewed, I hope.

The book I read many years ago as an assignment in middle school. That makes it over 40 years ago so it gives y9ou an idea of how futuristic the book was. It still takes a bit of intellect to understand and follow what is going on. Our only hope now is that some other streamer picks it up. We can hope for Appletv+, AmazonPrime or Netflix but don't think Disney will ever pick it up.

This is a basic 'low budget' sci-fi genre film that uses most of all the sci-fi fantasies to make it a decent film. It is that, just decent so if you are looking for a great new sci-fi oil, look elsewhere

In late 2011 I suffered from a TBI after a severe skydive incident and had to learn how to talk, eat, and basically live all over again. This movie came out and it was suggested that my wife not to watch it. Basically all the things that are addressed in this film are very spot on. One line from the Doctor in the film is spot in. "No to brain injuries are exactly alike, so no two recoveries are the same either." They are not exactly alike, but the process and extreme difficulties are extremely similar. I speak from first hand experience that it is not easy or fun.

Good story on bad guy but takes far too long to tell what is a very short story. Way too much time with useless background and tidbits that we really have no interest in

Many males will watch just waiting for Mila Jovovich to disrobe and show off her beauty for them. The is a bit of that but the entire story is slow and just not very good. There are other films that are better and at least keep your attention longer.

I actually saw this in a theater and other than seeing Margot and the brief reference to the Manson family, it was a waste of time and money. Not nearly as good as the trailers released on this film.

No I don't work or get paid to promote HULU I just detest commercials. This is a great, very enjoyable musically endowed show. The theory to it doesn't mean much since it is just fun to binge watch and hear some great, nostalgic tunes. It is not just the music the is good, they even dance, bop and choreograph wonderfully to enhance the viewing experience. The great part is music fits into our everyday lives. That is how we live all day every day and for all reasons. This is worth watching to zone out and kick back.

This may show up as an inexpensive item to purchase for streaming but don't. Don waste your money and especially, don't waste your time. Not bad cast with many having bit parts but real acting isn't needed for an interesting story very poorly done. I'm not sure if this was meant to a satirical spoof of the standard scare 'em, kill 'me, amuse them. A true waste of time. The film hunts "The Deplorables" all I can say is the movie is deplorable.

I very disturbing, troubling and unfortunately honest 'unveiling' of what happens all day everyday. This should not be surprise to those that have no idea or understanding of what happens in this world today.

Just another teen trash flick with every but of items geared to get adolescent males to take chicks with to go see. No storyline, just tits n ass, booze n grass and sexual innuendos
