Going to get straight to the point with this movie:

    1. Extremely enjoyable film with exciting action and great visual effects

    2. Brought a lot of nostalgia from the first three for you Pirates Fans

    3. Great Humor and also had light tone overall

    4. Some parts/scenes were extremely ridiculous

    5. Plot was fairly straightforward but at some points there was simply too much going on

If you overlook some of the minor problems with how some of the scenes didn't make much sense logically, I think you'll find Pirates 5 to be a very enjoyable adventure.

If you want to take the family to see a blockbuster movie with thrilling action, adventure, and comedy, this is the film to see!
  • Going to get straight to the point with this movie:

    1. Great Action; keeps you on the edge all times

    2. Strange & Unnecessary Dialogue; Some times in the most serious of scenes they started cracking jokes which ruined the atmosphere

    3. Good Storyline; Connects well to previous films, and all the actors did a great job with the characters

    4. Very Clichéd; The dialogue and some key scenes (especially with the villain) were predictable and didn't offer anything new

    5. Too Much Comic Relief; Too many jokes and humor

Overall this movie had great potential to be something absolutely fantastic but is cut short by the film's quirkiness and lightheartedness which at times did not blend well with the story's dark tone. Very similar to the tone mix in Avengers: Age Of Ultron.

But judging based on action, which mostly everyone probably watches this movie for, the action was intense, fresh, and exciting and was very enjoyable for me.
  • Absolutely stunning film & the greatest solo movie Marvel has delivered to date. The movie makes full use of it's R rating with tons or gore and language (Don't watch this if you're afraid of blood, there's more enough to fill a couple of swimming pools). Great performances by everyone and truly a film that stands out from the rest of the superhero movies we have today. It is Hugh Jackman's final portrayal of him as the Wolverine and it was a great finish back to his humble beginnings back in 2000 with the first X-Men film that we knew and love. Needless to say it will be hard to never again see Jackman as the Wolverine again, but with this film he has made his mark among the greatest superhero movies of all time.

Fantastic Direction & Acting by all members of cast. Every single character was unique and relatable which made watching the ending even more sad. Darth Vader and plenty of other characters you know and love come back and have great scenes and the movie was filled with explosive action and drama.

Needless to say one of my favorite Star Wars films and personally I found it better than the Force Awakens which was good but offered nothing new. The movie fit perfectly well with the Star Wars Episode 4 and ends right where New Hope begins and many people were cheering throughout the movie, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did :)
