We were really excited to see the movie weeks before it aired. The continuous playing of previews made it seem exciting. We gathered up a lot of us in Friday night to watch it & ordered out. When the first song played we were so confused. Once the next song played, we were ready to turn. By the third song, we were over it! I couldn't bare anymore. The movie was confusing and all the songs were distractions!

Let it Shine" is a great family movie and my entire family, young and old watched together and appreciated over six years ago. That same year, My daughter, three, at the time & myself pmet Coco Jones at Busch Gardens, Williamsburg. Her performance was awesome and she signed our C.D. She was so nice and gave my daughter a hug. In 2017, we had a "Let it Shine Reunion" invited friends, watched the movie and had appetizers......The music, the lessons, the premise of the movie is extraordinary. We will always remember this movie! One of Disney's greatest!

I loved the way they jumped in and out of time zones battling Sharknados. It made it very interesting in which ever era they were in and it was witty in that context. I just think the ending was a little overboard silly in the Sharknado ripple. Still very funny!
