This film is a thriller about a high school student's search for his girlfriend's killer. More compelling to me, it's the story of a lost girl trying to break out of her sad life, never realizing that she's enough. This film captures the intensity of first love, well played by Valentina de Angelis as the doomed Jessie and Adam David as Matt, the boy who loves her. Elizabeth Röhm plays Jessie's mother who can't get her act together long enough to notice how much her daughter needs her.

All the tragically funny pitfalls of trying to make it in Hollywood coupled with delightfully funny musical numbers. Great to see Kaliko Kauahi in a pre-Superstore role!

A superhero movie like no other. It's simultaneously an homage to the genre and irreverent as hell. I can get behind any movie in which the superhero turns to a drag queen for help. Eric Roberts is having a great time as the supervillain Augur. And, like all good superhero movies, you've got to watch to the end of the credits!

This movie will scratch the itch of everyone who's had a bad boss. So, that's everyone. All the performances are spot on in this movie. It takes some nice twists and turns. I only wish we could follow Angela on her next adventure.

Everybody's family is twisted in some way, this one is just more twisted than others. I loved all the fun surprising turns this movie took. If you've ever had thoughts of killing your family at Christmas, this might scratch your itch, in a legal way.

Nice throwback to the classic slasher flicks of the 80's. Unlike with those, you'll find some strong female characters here. Cuddle up on the couch with your honey for this one.
