Chip Factor
(2007)

It was fun and very entertaining
I must say, director Michael K. Harris gets better with every film he makes. "Chip Factor" is his third feature film. And this one is a thrill ride compared to his previous two films, "Reflections" and "The Common Denominators." Harris must have had a bigger budget for this one compared to his earlier works, since there are some special effects on this one. Particularly, in one scene, where a person is killed and his head explodes and blood just spews out like a fountain. It's cheesy, but you got to give the man credit, because most indie films don't have that much special effects, if any at all.

And you got to give actor Derrick Barrett props for acting as the devious womanizing scientist, Dexter St. James. He's like the Robert DeNiro to Michael K. Harris' Martin Scorsese.

I only see more critical acclaim for this movie. It was fun and very entertaining.
