When the book came out I wasn't interested, but with the first trailer I was HYPED and immeditely read it. This was a highly anticipated movie of the year for me, and my dudes, it delivered!
Go see it as it is intended. There's singing yes, but it's not a musical.
The acting is amazing, Tom is great as a young Snow.
There's a lot of worldbuilding, as we get to see how the games evolved, we get to see a war torn Panem. I think this is a great villian origin story.
I couldn't name anything big they left out. They really made the book justice. You can't expect them to line by line. Don't nitpick.
It was worth the hype! Can't wait to see it again.
