Fishing Naked
(2015)

Great movie
This is an awesome, light, "family" movie. I enjoyed everything from the cinematography to the soundtrack. The story is entertaining, the casting was great and the hidden gems like the bricklaying doctor were amazing. Watched multiple times and even with the few plot holes, this is super wholesome.

Great job.

Alone
(2020)

Predictable, rehashed, boring
This is another reboot/rehash/remake of all these 90's movies. It brings nothing new and you almost feel like watching on fast forward.

The Old Guard
(2020)

Finally, "real" super-heroes.
This puts all the Marvel and DC junk to shame. Finally a super hero movie where they're not bitten by a radioactive spider or other random nonsense.

This is somewhat scientifically possible (as opposed to all the mainstream superzero junk), doesn't spend hours on endless repetitive fights, and has a story to stand tall on.

Well done. Hope the sequel teaser comes to life.

Jumanji: The Next Level
(2019)

When 3 A-listers can't pull a movie...
Let's bring in 2 more B listers. Had to fast forward twice during the first 10 minutes and resisted the urge to stop the movie after 25 minutes. Absolutely terrible. Bad writing, bad acting and bad story.

Robin Williams would be ashamed.

City of Lies
(2018)

What the what?
Boring, slower than a snail in molasses, and historically inaccurate.

At least it's refreshing to see Johnny Depp playing an actual role and not rehashing his pirates crap again.

Sunshine
(2007)

It had potential... but.
As stated in other reviews, the last 30 minutes made this go downhill faster than a snow mobile on a rocket.

The refusal to show the intruder clearly were by far the biggest annoyance.

And the shaky cameras... this is not an action movie. It only served to deter the entire mood.

And lastly.. we never really know the motivations behind the attack.

Could have been much much better.

Contagion
(2011)

Oh the irony
This is more topical now than ever, right down to the (alt-)right peddling misinformation and selling snake oil.

Underwater
(2020)

Meh.
The best part of the movie was seeing T.J. Miller die.

Bad Boys for Life
(2020)

What the ... did I just watch?
Rehashed to act cool. Plot holes bigger than craters on Mars. More than half the actions scenes are CG (I mean, how old are these guys anyway). This smells of absolute desperation for a quick buck. Even the humor was terrible compared to the first two. The only cool part was seeing Hudgens play a badass, but she didn't nearly have enough screen time.

Pixels
(2015)

Wouldn't exist without Futurama
This bad ripoff of a short film ripped off from Futurama's Tales of interest is pretty bad. Imagine a president this bad... wait... just replace Kevin James with donald duck trump but with failure instead of success. This is neither action nor comedy. Fantasy should be the only tag.

The Week Of
(2018)

This is a comedy?
Nothing funny happens. This should be a (bad) drama with a little humour.

That's My Boy
(2012)

Meh.
Adam's Sandler's "only accent" he uses in all his bad movies is overplayed and boring... but it's nothing compared to Andy Samberg's abysmal acting.

Little Nicky
(2000)

When was the last time you stopped a movie?
For me it was watching this wreck. If this was supposed to be a comedy, it didn't make me laugh once. The overplayed "stupid boy" Sandler role brought nothing new. I'm glad I didn't waste time on this movie before but sad I did now. This was definitely a low in Sandler's career.

A Walk to Remember
(2002)

One of the only movies I watched on FF
Boring, predicative, generic.

I actually watched this with the remote it was so boring.

3022
(2019)

A bunch of has-beens trying to stay relevant
The movie premise had potential, but the bad acting by washed up irrelevant actors made this unbearable.

Ultimate Expedition
(2018)

Boring.
This should have been two hours max. It's 10 episodes (5 hours) and nothing interesting happens until the 7th episode; the rest is just filler and useless jabber.

Zombieland: Double Tap
(2019)

I wish...
I could have slow-mo-got-shot until it ended.Unnecessary, bland, pointless money grab.

3 from Hell
(2019)

Should have left them dead
It was better as a duology with a decent ending. This is unneeded and managed to make the whole thing worse.

The Witcher
(2019)

Another game rip-off
Why is everything game-based to terrible, ALL THE TIME? The soul of what made the games great is completely missing.

Netflix is the new Uwe Boll.

The Aeronauts
(2019)

Don't listen to the incels
This movie was good. not great, but still had its moments. Sure, the science is a bit lacking (when the balloon hits an air pocket at starts falling, it doesn't magically just stop like it hit the ground), but the script is still well written and the cinematography quite good.

It's based off two different real people that had nothing to do with each others. The incels are mad that a woman (gasp!) took the place of a man. But the woman was an actual aeronaut; Coxwell was replaced by well-known aeronaut Sophie Blanchard.

This, like almost every other "based-off" movie, is just a lose representation. It's still a good movie and never meant to be historically accurate.

Joker
(2019)

Absolutely horrible and desperate cash grab
Bad acting, bad CG, and the story is just pathetic. Apparently the ability to laugh, smoke, lose weight and put on make up means great acting. Worst movie of the year, hands down.

Changeland
(2019)

Underrated
This movie is amazing. From the captivating cinematography all the way down to the soundtrack. I'm usually not one for the slower-paced movies, but here everything just fits in perfectly. Great "debut" directing for Seth.

Hustlers
(2019)

Any movie that hires a thief and a criminal
Deserves one star. If it were anyone else they'd have been fired and it would have been a huge deal. #HypocriteMuch.

A Star Is Born
(2018)

Excellent
A "Musical" everyone can finally enjoy. On every level. Except Sam Elliott and Dave Chappelle.. Useless as usual, just in it for the cash.

Killers Anonymous
(2019)

When a bunch of has-beens become a bunch of try-hards
Everything is boring. The story, the "action", the dialog. Yawn.

There's no depth, there's nothing to keep you interested. It's a bad spin of rehashed material.
