Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard
(2021)

Full of action packed but not as good as the first one
Rating a movie after a lot of days. Gonna be straight here, this is not even closer to the first one. All sorts of weird sex jokes. Poorly written story to be honest, but funnier than the first one I think. I don't understand the hate it had been taking, just enjoy.

Overall, 6.4 on 10.

Dark
(2017)

Many sci-fi will come & go but to me DARK will always remain in the first place
The writers of this show are definitely from other dimensions. How cynical, perfect a show can be? Instead of advertising series like La Casa de Papel, Netflix should promote and inspire this series. It would be better if you binge-watch it, you'll get clear conscience & better understanding. Hats off to these casts, outstanding without any question.

The End of the F***ing World
(2017)

Teenage madness, I loved it!
Binge-watched 2 season and it satisfied me. I was expecting this ending and glad that came true. If I'd to rate both season, I'll give slide edge to season one because of their madness. It's true, over the course of the time, they got matured and understood their mistakes. The vibrance of the show was entirely different, formidable performance from both of the casts. Beautiful indeed.

Red Sparrow
(2018)

Never read the book, never heard of the writer, but the movie is cold and thrilling!
The movie depicted the cold war between two vigorous countries. Story progression is really slow to be honest. Life as a sparrow is truly dreadful, your life belongs to the country, not to you. The body that you've, is a weapon, a blessing for your nation. You give everything for your country, this is how sparrows show their patriotism. I don't understand why this movie getting down-voted so much! It's not perfect but Jennifer Lawrence is not a good choice as a cast. She's versatile, professional, excellent actress, this role didn't suit her in my opinion. Whatever it is, don't take it as a US-Russia loathe propaganda. Enjoy!

Ready or Not
(2019)

Enjoying, Entertaining, Appalling
This is first time I watched Samara's acting. She's potential to be honest. Action was quite spirited, Some comedy blended with gore, carnage. Movie ended with bigger sanctification I believe. Whatever it is, haters will hate. I loved it, give a shot!

Upgrade
(2018)

Outstanding, this movie seriously needs some recognitions.
Spectacular, mind-blowing I would say. When a synthetic-mere part can rule over you, imagine what it could achieve, beyond human imagination! Cinematography, plot, background music everything are so good. Future is truly scary if this happens! I never thought it would be so good but my expectation had been subverted.

El hoyo
(2019)

I don't know how to rate! Leaving a strong message for our society, that's all I can say.
Some movies are difficult to rate. you would google to understand some meaning, you'll feel ambiguous with such confusing ending and so on. The message brought by film is inexplicable. If we human stick to our conscience considering others, maybe our blue planet would be beautiful as it should be! A bizarre intense solid thriller, give it a try & interpret all by yourself!

The Lincoln Lawyer
(2011)

A rigid thriller!
The story built-up was excellent and Matthew McConaughey nailed lawyer role perfectly. This is kind of true reality happens sometimes to real life lawyers since they defend the guilty one. If you're not bold enough to get out of predicament then chances of surviving is zero honestly. Give a shot to this movie, really good thriller.

Dead Poets Society
(1989)

Carpe diem! A sad melancholy.
One of the few films I would like to watch over and over again and it was a tumultuous experience to me. This movie perfectly portrayed modern vision of our society. Always follow your instinct, show you who you are, prove it with passion, courage. Life is a race if you halt, people will leap forward you. But what's the point of leading a race when you can't suck the marrow out of your life. Robin Williams always wished to be a teacher like this in his school life and he didn't let down. This journey felt like the true visual representation of Dead Poets Society!

Nocturnal Animals
(2016)

This sort of movie is hard to rate!
This movie really left us a strong message that materialism is not beyond anything. You might be rich, leading posh life, having servants, doing business but your love life is entirely null and void. I mean what's the point to lead a life when you've everything yet nothing! Amazing plot, different taste. Jake Gyllenhaal, Michael Shannon really played their best. Highly recommend to watch, kind of cliffhanger ending, will make your mind ambiguous, suspicious.

This Is the End
(2013)

People who can't take sarcasm with fantasy really need to avoid it and if you're fun guy, take a SHOT!
I've always been a fan of Seth Rogen & Franco fan. They're both deadly sarcastic duo tbh! Watched their The Pineapple Express, also was fun to watch. What made it more funny with adding Jay in the cast, this dude is seriously underrated. Danny, Craig, Jonah took it into another level. Celebrities took their real name here which may feel like incidents are truly happening. Loved it.

Annihilation
(2018)

A super-tensed bizarre thriller!
Another brilliant Alex Garland direction. VFX, artifact, atmosphere all were exceptional. One might feel ambiguity with such ending, but it's all in there. But I think poor choice of casts except Natalie, as usual she did her best. Background music made it more suspense and thrilling. Haters will hate, but unquestionably exceptional movie it is!

The Invisible Man
(2020)

Don't listen to critics. if you're a thriller lover, watch it!
Once again Elisabeth Moss nailed her role. I think she's perfectly suited for type of oppressing character. That last trick of her really paid off since she had suffered by her husband. Thriller lover will definitely love it I believe. Plot was simple but some thriller, suspense tone made it special. Recommended to watch.

The Man from U.N.C.L.E.
(2015)

Binge-watched 2 movies of Guy Ritchi, didn't dissapoint. Part 2 at Istanbul please!
Another masterpiece by Guy, I mean what a guy! Brilliant vibes of 1960s, the tone was soothing, action really mind blowing. Twist after twist and excellent choice of casts. Armie Hammer is so underrated, he even did some of his own actions and stunts, spectacular performance from him.

Hope to see another part of it since Hugh Grant gave them codenames. I know this review is too short but if you haven't watched it, try it asap. Worth of your time.

The Gentlemen
(2019)

Outstanding, Thank you Guy Ritchie!
The only movie I can think about is Aladdin. Well that was a Disney fairy tale but this is spectacular. Matthew once again nailed it. The selection of cast was brilliant. Everybody did their best according to their role.

The story had so much twist and fun, truly enjoying. Humors, casts, action, background, costumes, soundtrack were so perfect. Brilliant direction by Ritchie. If you haven't watched it, go watch it now. Well worth of your time.

The Accountant
(2016)

A weird crossover but with a stong message!
Surprising good. Didn't expect to see Ben act as a cold hero but the theme was entirely shocking. People with savant syndrome should not be pushed aside by our society at all but rather educate them. teach them, how to live. His father taught him how to live in this mundane. Taught him how to defend, fight to survive. Really thrilling and enjoying.

Snowden
(2016)

REVEALING DARK SIDE OF THE INTERNET, A TRUE AMERICAN HERO !
First of all I would like to appreciate Joseph as he portrayed excellently like the real Edward Snowden. Fantastic job done by him.

We all live in this era of technology. Using social medias, chatting, booking flight tickets, using browsers, VPN etc. But the most terrifying matter is that what if someone tracking my internet world? Isn't that scary? What if I'm writing this review on the internet and someone already tapped it? There's no confidentiality, no privacy nothing! It's a universal true that we never agree to the terms and conditions that given by any operator or so. This is the dark part of the internet. Millions of people might be bugged by medias, operators, governments, group of industries. We're giving them data, sharing our digital footprints and digital advertisements shows up anywhere you're browsing. This is truly terrifying and scary.

This is the dark side of our internet that we pay for. It's brave that Ed truly showed the world the hidden face. Brilliantly directed by Oliver Stone,

Before Midnight
(2013)

I will always reminisce those Vienna, Paris, Peloponnese days!
My favorite trilogy has come to an end. I'll really miss it. Not a kind of midnight I will cherish but I loved their screen chemistry. Hope to see their eternal love will continue forever!

Before Sunset
(2004)

Let me sing you a waltz!
A trip to Paris, hanging out after 9 years since Vienna, everything is perfect. I was upset they both found themselves in those years, doing different things that makes them sad and happy simultaneously. A different kind of sunset I would like to cherish!

Before Sunrise
(1995)

A kind of sunrise I would like to fantacize !
A true story of Linklater, it was truly enjoying. The most charming thing was seeing the chemistry of Ethan and Julie. Everything felt so real and yes this is kind of story I always anticipate.

LOVE STILL EXISTS, DOESN'T IT!

Ex Machina
(2014)

The FUTURE is HERE!
Brilliant writing by Alex. The visual effects, background scores, artifacts all were mesmerizing. Alicia really nailed it. This movie resembles distinct dystopian future where intelligence will rule over human kind and yes they can be cruel as hell. Human build intelligence to test for human ergonomics but AI will control over human function to escape the true reality.

Dallas Buyers Club
(2013)

Matthew, Jared. a deadly performance ! ! !
Astonishing performance from Matthew & Jared, nailed it. He fought alone for all. The physical transformation of Matthew from beginning till end, hats off. I was bit of skeptic when I saw Jared here as I couldn't recognize him. Superb acting overall.

Body of Lies
(2008)

I was expecting more intense action, DISSAPOINTED A BIT HONESTLY!
Story was quite easy but the execution became much complicated and tedious. Really hoped there would be much fight drama action blast, but kinda diplomatic plot film. Overall, mediocre! ! ! ! !

Ford v Ferrari
(2019)

James Mangold, a defination of PERFECTION ! ! !
Who said racing movies is boring because casts always wins ? i don't think that rubbish is valid anymore. I mean the man who directed Logan, what you expect from him ? Seriously, the casts did an awesome job. The vibes of '66, with soundtracks, costumes, artifact, editing everything was so perfect. The ongoing politics inside the Ford was truly cumbersome but beyond everything, it's a masterpiece movie to me.

Marriage Story
(2019)

compassionism with emotion, enjoyed it thorughly !!!!
Hats off to Adam driver, i mean seriously. Amazing performance from him, especially that fighting scene with Scarlett, it was so real. didn't understand how Laura Dern won an academic award with a short acting scene. is that how academic awards work for acting as a supporting actress ? I don't know, maybe! overall a great example of solicitude!
