The single shot technique creates the illusion that you are in the middle of the kitchen, backrooms and other small spaces of the restaurant following the characters as they got through some truly anxiety producing events. The acting is just perfect. Everyone is magnificently cast and they play they role to flawlessly, headed by Stephen Graham as the chef of the restaurant. You are laughing hysterically in one moment and you are felling creeped out in the next, disgusted a couple of moments later and then back to gut wrenching laughter after it. It is weird and disturbing at times but you will love every minute of it. Just a shame it was canceled after two seasons.
