Down a Dark Hall

Un-intresting
A young girl is sent to all-girls school for troubled teen, where she signs a deep dark secret. A very artic modern horror but also very boring and uniteresting. The best thing about this film, is Uma Thurman. She's great here.

A very boring horror
A group of people including a biologist goes into a mystery zone to do research. A very boring and sometimes very un- interesting horror here. Very good acting though, but the script is just bad.

Hau mo chu

A ok asian horror
After a school only for girls, invides boys, strange things starts to occur. A very typical formula, here that have been used many times both in the us market aswell in the US, it's not a bad horror here, just something we've seen so many times.

Jigsaw

Really more of the same
Bodies of murdering people starts to turn up and the police is very puzzle about it. Jigsaw doesn't really give us anything we haven't seen before, it's just really the same over and over again.

Very unique
A young couple relationship is certainly tested when a group of people, somehow connected to her husband begins to visit them. Mother! is a very unique horror-movie, it's a little bit of experience of human nature of inside the religious cults. Mr. Aronofsky does a very intersting insight how organized religion can brainwashed you in very bizarre and dangerous way.

Three young people renovatin a old get involed into a old mystery, at the same time a man who recently lost his wife, gets into the dilemma of the case. Ég man þig, is a great horror-mystery, great script, with descent direction.

Lost Creek

Not really a horror, but still
Three young kids, starts to having nightmares and connect it with a monster in they're dream. Lost Creek might not be everybody cup of tea, but it's very well made, and the young actors do very well, in this beginning of they're acting.

Apostle

A western-horror that simple doesn't work
A drifter looking for his lost sister, comes around a dangerously religious cult, that seems to be connected to his sister. Apostle is some kind of a mess, is half a western, and half-horror. The director seems to be kind of a confused. Doesn't work out.

A group of friends goes to a horror-fan fest, but soon is obvious it's for a much more sinister reason. Blood Fest is a poorly made horror film, made for certain fangroup that will like this, the rest, not so much.

After a young girl survives a massacre, leaving herself a sole surviver, she starts to question her own sanity. A very b-independent horror film which is so rediculous nearly all of time, it's just bloody boring.

A young lawyer to be is called home by his mother after his father dies. The Final Wish is kinda like many modern horror film, starts good but fall aparts later on. Very predictable moments, and sometimes very boring.

A fun korean monster horror film
A former soldier and his brother, along with his step- daughter, are called into action when a monster threating civilization starts to attack people. Very well made monster flick, with great acting and good script.

Monsters Among Men
(2017)

Bad vampire flick
A young man and his girlfriend, walking in the park are attacked by a group of vampires, and have to find a way to escape. A very amateury horror film. Bad acting, awful script.

Mandao of the Dead

A kind-of a boring scifi
Nothing really special about this one, it is a b-horror sure, but it's just a bunch of amateur actors talking around. Just bad.

GH5 is a descent b-horror film, there a many way worse than this little horror film out there...

A man hide in the woods, for whatever reason, at the same time kind of monster is murdering young girls. Very b or c kind of filmmaking, very boring and useless.

The Exorcist
(1973)

The first great possession film to make it
After a young girl start to behave strangely, her mother gets help from the church to save her. The Exorcist with all it's super-cast is a classic, no doubt. Linda Blair steal the show and director William Friedkin was a great choice in directing his own novel.

The Haunting
(1963)

A timeless classic of horror
A scientist researching the paranormal at an old mansion, along with two other women, get involed in a old mystery around the mansion, especially the other lady. The Haunting was a stepping stone in many ways for haunted houses-movies. Julie Christie is outstanding here.

Halloween

A movie that changed horror forever
Fifteen years after a young boy kills his older sister, he escape from institution and hunts for his younger sister. Halloween created a very thrilled formula of horror, that would last for a very long time, and inspired many others to come, it's also made a lot of rip-offs later on.

James Wan is certainly becoming an icon in horror
After the events in The Amytiville house, Lorraine Warren wonder if she should retire after a frightening experience. At the same time a young family in England is expering they're own nightmare. After the very successful The Conjuring, James Was, do the unthinkable, and makes even better film.

The movie that got Mr. Fulci his legendary statue
A young woman inherits an old hotel in Louisiana where some very disturbing things happend in the past. The Beyond is the unique bloody disgusting horror film, with Fulci unique horror storyline, and the great cast. The Beyond, is a true horror masterpiece.

Tenebre
(1982)

Easily one of horror greatest piece. A true classic
An American writer staying in Italy, starts to get threatening phone calls, at the same time, women starts to get murdererd, and the murders are all tied to him. Especially since all the murders are exactly same as in his recent book. Tenebre, like Mr. Argento early film Profondo Rosso, he uses very unique horror tactic, which many people didn't see back then.
