Teen Titans Go! Vs. Teen Titans
(2019)

Well done!
Really fun, really funny movie! Tons of laughs. I think this film does a good job of staying true to each iteration of the Teen Titans present in the film. All the characters feel like they were plucked directly from their respective canons.

Barney's Great Adventure
(1998)

Definitely a great adventure!
An absolutely magical film. Barney transitions seamlessly from television to film, with some added cinematic depth. It's nice to see Barney off the sound stage and out and about in our world- and with some kids with a wider range of emotions than we see on the television series and in the direct-to-video productions. Dropping Barney into our world like this provides a nice contrast to his constant cheerfulness and gives him more to play off of for some good laughs. It's a fun ride from start to finish! I only wish BJ and Baby Bop had more screen time.

Thomas & Friends: Wild Water Rescue and Other Engine Adventures
(2015)

Phenomenal!
Absolutely phenomenal collection of episodes! Some of the best of Sharon Miller's tenure as Head Writer of Thomas & Friends.

Thomas & Friends: Thomas' Christmas Carol
(2015)

Absolutely phenomenal collection of episodes. Reminiscent of the classics. Just like Awdry used to make!

Bob the Builder: The Legend of the Golden Hammer
(2009)

Good for kids!
Collects six separate stories (they're most likely six separate television episodes) that come together to tell one overarching narrative. I'd hesitate to call it a movie, but it's definitely one continuous arc. Scrambler and Spud hunt for pirate treasure in the background of each episode, while Bob and his crew take center stage to do their usual routine. Overall, it's not Bob's most exciting series of stories, but it should delight young Bob enthusiasts. I would recommend this to parents.

Bob the Builder: Mega Machines
(2017)

Seriously awesome movie!
This new version of Bob the Builder is absolutely phenomenal. I loved Bob before, but this is even better. The animation is top notch and looks great in HD. Has a nice cinematic feel. This movie is really, really excellent.

Thomas and Friends: Curious Cargo
(2012)

Some good Toby episodes.
If you are a parent with a Thomas obsessed toddler, then this video is sure to please. It collects four pretty solid episodes strung together with fun segments hosted by Mr. Perkins, one of Sir Topham Hatt's engine drivers.

If you've come here looking for classic Thomas (akin to The Railway Series/Seasons 1-7 or even Seasons 17-21), then you will be disappointed because this is nowhere near classic Thomas. These episodes are from Seasons 14-15.

Alternatively, if you're a fan coming here specifically for Sharon Miller's Thomas, then these episodes are perfect for you, and I highly recommend this collection. These are pretty standard Miller episodes.

Thomas & Friends: Animals Aboard!

Panti & Sutokkingu with Gâtâberuto
(2010)

Never gets old!
Very fun and very funny series! Very high rewatch value! Consistently hilarious!

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Mega Battle
(2017)

Had fun with it.
Very simple, but fun. I enjoyed it. Would recommend.

Cats
(2019)

Love from a fan!
I am a huge fan of the musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber and the poems by T.S. Eliot. This film is an absolutely wonderful adaptation of them both. A new addition to my all-time favorites.

SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated
(2020)

Got it for Xbox One.
Great game! I've been a SpongeBob fan since the beginning. The improved graphics are very nice. Beautiful visuals. Not much is different from the original outside of that, which I don't really have a problem with. I'm having a lot of fun with the game! I highly recommend this game to SpongeBob fans and kids alike.

Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash
(2017)

Lots of fun!
Great game! Simple and fun. Perfect for when I want to take it easy. It's very quirky. I highly recommend it!

Thomas & Friends: Merry Christmas, Thomas!

Thomas & Friends: Percy and the Bandstand
(2009)

How best to describe it...
This DVD contains four episodes from Season 12. I'm reviewing the Region 1 DVD.

Alternatively, if you're a fan coming here specifically for Sharon Miller's Thomas, then you'll probably enjoy this. There are a lot of fun cameo appearances by characters from years gone by. It's kind of like a going away party for the live action models. Outside of that, I think this season is one of the absolute weakest in the franchise. It's a pretty dull one. So a mixed bag overall.

But the DVD itself is pretty good product. The episodes are strung together with fun segments hosted by Mr. Arkwright, one of Sir Topham Hatt's engine drivers, and includes English (American), Spanish, and French audio tracks.

Thomas & Friends: The Adventure Begins
(2015)

Without flaw.
Wonderful movie! Just like The Railway Series. Simply perfect. Andrew Brenner (Head Writer) is excellent. He understands Thomas & Friends, its lore, and its history so incredibly well. The animation is beautiful. Worth watching in high definition.
