I actually don't know why there is so much hate. I thought that this was a lovely family movie. Colourful and enjoyable.
If you are after something a bit different with suspense, tension and arguably some thought provoking content then this is it. Well worth a watch, if just for the great performance from Robert Carlisle alone. The rest of the cast are slick and the characters all bring something to the story. If you watched and enjoyed Designated Survivor then you will like this British drama.
