While not the best animation, the sound effects, story, and pacing really pull it through.
Found myself watching it again and again, looking for things I missed before, and trying to hypothesize about the characters and plot.
Just be open going into it, and you'll be sorry it's over, and left wondering what happens at the end.
It's amazing what a great plot can do. Still wondering about the animals and what they might represent.
It's also a mostly peaceful and visually enjoyable film, even if the cgi is lacking at times.
I'd say watch it a least twice. That way you can stop just "watching" it, and really try to entrees yourself in it.

Seems like a lackluster mix between FarScape and Firefly.
Overused plots and trite dialogue.
Not even solid performances by the actors, well most of them, can save this mess.
Star Trek only in name, but not much else.
Also, it seems to try to appeal to a crowd that doesn't want to think too much.
Overall, I'd say it's good to watch without expectations or really hope for much.
Mostly fast paced CGI and bad dialogue and plot, give me a boring old TNG episode anyway.
This movie seems to try too hard to mix genres and tell some kind of "epic story". Instead it just comes off as confused, undefined, and kinda lackluster overall.

One of the worst movies in a while, and that's really saying something.
It's cliche, boring, and missing what made the first two feel so special.
Seems like an Ai program tried to make a movie that tried to cram in everything deemed popular at this time.
Result, just not funny or even interesting.
Slick CGI, but who cares these days?
Lazy plot, lazy movie, rushed yet somehow drags on and on... And did I mention it feels written by some algorithm that tries to include everything it can, just for the sake of including it? I mean, zero point to most of the add ons too, unless of course the goal is selling more merchandise.
